A plastic pot (diameter 6 cm x depth 7 cm) was filled with soil to a depth of about 5 cm. Water was put into this pot and scraped. This was left for 3 days. 成分(A)及び成分(B)の各々2mgをツイーン<登録商標>20(界面活性剤:MP Biomedicals社製)2%(W/V)を含むアセトン4mLに溶解し、これを水で全量が20mLとなるように希釈して薬剤希釈液を得た。
各々の該薬剤希釈液の所定量と上記プラスチックポットに溜まる水とを混合した。
薬剤希釈液を混合してから27日後に、アゼナに対する除草効果を観察した。除草効果を0〜100の指数(0:無作用〜100:完全枯殺)で評価した。結果を表3に示す。
