Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for skin application, and more particularly to an adhesive sheet for skin application used for sports taping, therapeutic taping, etc., or an adhesive sheet for skin application that can be used for medical applications such as adhesive bandages and adhesive bandages. Is.

Conventionally, adhesive tapes used for so-called sports taping and treatment taping, and adhesive tapes used for medical purposes are applied by applying an adhesive tape wound in a roll shape while applying an appropriate tension to the skin surface. Various effects are expected for the prevention and treatment of injuries at the target site (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).

Also, this type of adhesive tape for skin application is generally provided with an adhesive layer on one side of a support substrate, and a separator (release paper) is applied to cover the surface of the adhesive layer. It consists of a combined configuration. In use, the separator in the adhesive tape for skin application is peeled off, and the exposed adhesive layer is applied to the application target position on the skin.

However, such a roll-shaped adhesive tape for skin application needs to be cut to a length suitable for the application site using scissors or the like when used, but the adhesive is applied to the scissors blade part at the time of cutting. There is a problem that it cannot be cut cleanly due to adhesion. Furthermore, in order to apply the adhesive tape cut to a predetermined length to the skin surface, the separator must be peeled off. However, if all the separators are peeled off, the adhesive layer surfaces will stick together at the time of application and the skin surface will be clean. There is also a problem that it can not be attached to. Therefore, there is a method of applying an adhesive tape to the skin surface while gradually peeling the separator from the end, but there is a problem that an appropriate technique is required to apply an appropriate tension to the adhesive tape.

On the other hand, roll-shaped wound bandages are generally used also for medical tapes such as bandages, but it is necessary to cut them to an arbitrary length at the time of use. In the case of wound bandages, there is no need to apply tension as described above, but in order to save the trouble of tearing by hand and to prevent the finger from touching the adhesive surface, the length should be set in advance. A cut medical tape has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As described above, in the case of an adhesive tape wound in a conventional roll shape, it is necessary to cut with scissors or the like when using it, so there is a problem that it takes a lot of work when cutting a number of sheets. The cutting length varies, and there is a problem that it is difficult to cut to a certain length. In addition, in the case of an adhesive sheet that is preliminarily cut to a predetermined length as described in Patent Document 1 and provided with a perforation for separating each tape piece, it can be used as a medical tape of a predetermined length. When peeling and using, there existed a problem that it was hard to stick by applying fixed tension, when the above adhesive surfaces adhered, or when an elastic support base material was employ | adopted.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a skin adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a separator are sequentially laminated on one side of a stretchable support base material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a predetermined length can be cut out. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application that can be applied to the skin surface cleanly while applying an appropriate tension to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

The present invention has been found as a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the stretchable support base material, and a plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are formed across the width direction on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application that is covered and protected by a separator provided with perforations, and is processed into a strip-shaped sheet so that each of the plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets for skin application is aligned with the edge in the length direction. It is characterized by being joined.

In particular, a plurality of adhesive sheets for skin application to which the edge portions in the lengthwise direction are joined can be stored in a compact manner by being folded at the edge portions and stored in a bag. It is convenient to carry.

Since the adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention is provided with a plurality of perforations across the width direction of the separator coated on the surface of the adhesive layer provided on one side of the stretchable support substrate, the separator of the adhesive sheet The adhesive layer is exposed by peeling and removing only the separator at the end and the center part, and the remaining separator is attached to the skin surface. Since the sticking operation can be performed while peeling, the adhesive layer surfaces do not stick to each other, and the sticking can be performed neatly. In particular, in the case of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for taping, an effective taping operation can be easily performed by pasting a part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and applying it while applying an appropriate tension.

Further, the adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention is not wound in a roll shape, but is cut into a strip-shaped sheet of a predetermined length, but each sheet is separated one by one. Rather than being joined so that the edge in the length direction is aligned, it can be folded and stored in the bag, and can be easily separated and used at the joint at the edge of the sheet when in use. It is also a convenient shape for such as.

It is a top view which shows one embodiment of the adhesive sheet for skin sticking of this invention. It is a side view of the adhesive sheet for skin sticking shown in FIG. (a)は図1に示す皮膚貼付用粘着シートを折り畳む操作を説明する側面図であり、(b)は折り畳み操作によって折り畳んだ状態を示す皮膚貼付用粘着シートの側面図である。(A) is a side view explaining operation which folds the adhesive sheet for skin sticking shown in FIG. 1, (b) is a side view of the adhesive sheet for skin sticking which shows the state folded by folding operation.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention has a strip-like shape in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on one side of a stretchable support substrate, and the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is covered and protected with a separator having a plurality of perforations across the width direction. This is a sheet. In the present invention, by processing into a strip-like sheet of a predetermined length and width, there is no need to cut with scissors when using it, and it is very convenient, especially sports taping and taping treatment (rehabilitation taping) ), And can be used for various purposes such as medical bandages.

The stretchable support substrate used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it stretches appropriately in accordance with the movement of the skin when applied to the skin surface. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, Various polyolefins such as polybutene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, polyurethane, polyamide, polyester, and the like can be used. Of these support base materials, polyolefin, polyolefin, and the like are preferable in terms of moderate stretchability and mechanical strength. These supporting substrates can be used as smooth films, foamed sheets, nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, laminates thereof, etc., and preferably non-woven fabrics from the viewpoint of stretchability and touch when applied. It is good to use. In addition, the stretchable support substrate of the present invention can be improved in breathability and the like by performing perforation treatment at a predetermined pitch.

In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side of the stretchable support substrate can be formed from a pressure-sensitive adhesive known per se as a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive, specifically an acrylic type A pressure-sensitive adhesive, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a vinyl ether-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like can be used as it is or in combination. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can contain an organic liquid component having good compatibility with the pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a tackifier, a softening agent, or the like can be blended. When the organic liquid component is contained, the internal cohesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be insufficient. In this case, it is preferable to compensate for the internal cohesive force by performing a crosslinking treatment with a crosslinking agent.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed on the entire surface of one side of the above-mentioned stretchable support substrate, but if the stretchable support substrate is a highly moisture-permeable support substrate, it is necessary not to disturb the moisture permeability of the support substrate. It is preferable to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a so-called pattern. When forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a pattern, it can be formed in various patterns such as linear, wavy, sawtooth, and dot-like, but it is easy to form and in the length direction and width direction of the strip-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet In order to prevent deterioration of skin adhesiveness as much as possible, it is preferably formed in a wave shape such as a sine curve shape, a pseudo sine curve shape, a triangular wave, or an arc wave shape.

As a separator that is laminated on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to cover and protect the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a long-chain alkyl group having a long-chain alkyl group bonded to a polymer chain in addition to a silicone resin or fluororesin on one or both sides. A base material that has been subjected to a release treatment with a mold agent or the like, or a separator having a release ability of the base material itself can be used. Various plastic films, paper bases, etc. can be used as the base material for mold release treatment, but when a part of the separator is cut with a perforation or break line provided in the separator, it can be easily performed with a small force. In view of being able to cut, it is preferable to use a paper separator made of pulp fiber or the like.

In the present invention, the separator has a plurality of perforations formed in the width direction. Further, the perforations are preferably provided at regular intervals so that the separator can be cut into a predetermined width. From the viewpoint of sticking operability, the perforations are provided at intervals of about 10 to 50 mm, preferably about 15 to 30 mm. preferable. When the adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention is applied to the skin surface, a part of the separator is cut and removed along the perforation, and the exposed adhesive layer is once adhered and fixed to the skin surface, and then the remaining separator. Affix the adhesive sheet while peeling off. By sticking in this way, it is possible to solve the problem that the exposed adhesive surfaces are stuck together and cannot be applied neatly, and can be applied while applying a desired tension in taping applications and the like.

Furthermore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention is not a sheet wound in a roll shape but a strip-shaped sheet cut in advance to a predetermined length from the viewpoint of improving the handleability. It is said. Specifically, cutting to a size of 25 to 75 mm in width and 100 to 200 mm in length, preferably 38 to 50 mm in width and 120 to 180 mm in length, arms and legs, elbows and knees, shoulders, wrists, It is the optimal size when affixed to joints such as ankles.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention is formed by joining a plurality of adhesive sheets processed into a strip shape having the above-described configuration so that the edge portions in the length direction are aligned. Each skin adhesive sheet is provided with five perforations 4 so that the separator 3 is divided into six parts. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, it is preferable that four adhesive sheets are joined together by a break line 5.

The break line is provided for each strip-like pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet along the end edge (long side) in the length direction, and each pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is taken out by cutting along the break line. This break line is formed only in the separator, and the stretchable support substrate and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are separated for each pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, each adhesive sheet is connected by a break line provided in the separator 3. In the present invention, the length of the joining portion in the breaking line, that is, the portion where the separator is connected is set to a range of 0.1 to 1 mm, preferably 0.2 to 0.5 mm, so that it is easily broken by hand. be able to. Moreover, the cutting part in a fracture | rupture line can cut off each adhesive sheet beautifully by setting to 3-20 mm, Preferably it is 5-15 mm.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application of the present invention has the above-described configuration. From the viewpoint of storage and portability, the adhesive sheet is folded as shown in FIG. It can be in the state shown, and can be made compact by storing it in a bag. When the folded state as shown in FIG. 3B is used, the separator becomes the outermost layer, so that when the bag is stored in the bag, the inner surface of the bag and the separator are in contact with each other. It is preferable that it can be stored in the bag with good slidability and can be taken out without being scratched on the inner surface.

The adhesive sheet for skin application according to the present invention can be used for various purposes such as sports taping, taping treatment, medical use such as adhesive bandages and adhesive bandages.
