Claims (7)
- 容器(500)を製造する金型システム(1)で、相互に対向して位置付けられた可動金型部分(10)及び静止金型部分(20)を備え、厚紙素材からプレスされた底(57)、前記底(57)に接続された壁(59)及び少なくとも部分的にプラスチックで注型されて該壁(59)の上縁に接続され、該壁を取り囲むリム(50)を備える該容器(500)を製造するために使用することができ、それにより該静止金型部分(20)に対して動作可能である該金型部分(20)が、少なくともコア(41)を備えたコアプレート(4)、該コア(41)に対して動作可能でありシール表面(5a)を有し、該コア(41)を囲む板状シールリング(5)、及び該コア(41)及び該シールリング(5)に対して動作することができ、その間に嵌め込むことができるカラーリング(6)を含み、該静止金型部分(20)が、少なくとも金型キャビティ(71)及びシール表面(7a)を備える金型プレート(7)を含む金型システムであって、該金型システム(1)内で、板状インサート(9)が該シールリング(5)の該シール表面(5a)に接続され、その1つの縁部が、該シール表面の前縁(5a1)によって画定された平面上にあり、該インサートが、該基本リム(50)に注型される突起(55)の形状を有する凹部(9a)を備え、該凹部が該シール表面(5a)の該前縁(5a1)と接触し、したがって該カラーリングの方向から流れる溶融プラスチックと流連絡していることを特徴とする金型システム。
- 該インサート(9)の該凹部(9a)内に、該インサートのフレームの上面に向かって向けられた1つ又は複数の膨らみ(9b)があり、それにより各凹部内の該膨らみ(9b)が同じ又は異なる深さであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金型システム(1)。
- 凹部(9a)が設けられた1つ又は複数の着脱式インサート(9)、及び場合によっては開口が、該金型システム(1)の該可動金型部分(10)の該シールリング(5)の該密封表面(5a)の上端に、つまり該シール表面の該カラーリング(6)に限定された該前縁(5a1)の周囲で該静止金型部分(20)に向かって向けられたその表面に取り付けられ、該インサートが、該容器の基本リム(50)から外側に向けられた突起(55)を形成するために使用され、該前縁(5a1)の該方向で各インサート(9)の寸法が、最大で該前縁(5a1)の全周長の10〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金型システム(1)。
- 該インサート(9)内の該凹部(9a)が円形、半円形又は長方形の形状又はこれらの形状の組み合わせを有することを特徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載の金型システム(1)。
- 該凹部が、特に丸又は長方形の全体的形状を有することができる膨らみ(9b)を備え、該膨らみの該高さが変化できることを特徴とする請求項4記載の金型システム(1)。
- 請求項1記載の該金型システムによって容器を製造する方法であって、底(57)及び該底を取り囲む壁(59)を提供するために、厚紙素材が該コア(41)と該金型キャビティ(71)の間でプレスされ、その後に、該金型プレートの該シール表面(7a)、該シールリング(5)の該シール表面(5a)及び該カラーリング(6)の該シール表面(61a)によって限定された該注型キャビティ(43)内に溶融プラスチックを導入することによって、該壁の該上縁上に注型して、該壁を取り囲むフランジ状リムが形成され、それにより、該シールリング(5)の該シール表面(5a)の該前縁(5a1)上に、少なくとも1つの着脱式に取り付けられた板状インサート(9)を配置構成することによって、該注型キャビティの形状及び/又は寸法が変更され、該インサート(9)が、該インサートの該板状フレームに組み込まれて該意図された突起の形状を有する少なくとも1つの凹部(9a)、及び該凹部内に場合によっては該板状フレームの該表面に向かって上方向に延在する1つ又は複数の膨らみ(9b)を備え、それにより該インサートの前記凹部(9a)が該シールリングの該前縁(5a1)に接触していることを特徴とする方法。
- 該容器壁を取り囲み、少なくとも部分的にプラスチックで構成された該フランジ状リム(50)を形成するために、少なくとも該厚紙素材(K)が該金型キャビティ(71)に滑り込むまで、該厚紙素材(K)が、該シールリングの該シール表面(5a)と該カラーリングの該シール表面(61a)とそれに対向する該金型プレートの該シール表面(7a)の間に保持され、その後まで、該注型キャビティが該金型システム内に設けられないことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
