Description

の少なくとも1種の化合物を含むα〜ωジオールおよび/またはポリエーテルジオールから誘導される尿素末端封止ポリウレタンであって、
ここで、R2がZ1またはZ2でありかつ少なくとも1種のZ1および少なくとも1種のZ2がポリウレタン組成物中に存在していなければならず、
pは1以上であり、
pが1である場合、mは3以上〜約30であり、
pが2以上である場合、mは3以上〜約12であり、
R5、R6の各々は、水素、アルキル、置換アルキル、および、アリールからなる群から独立して選択され;ここで、R5は、R5とR5またはR6とが結合して環構造を形成していることが可能である置換メチレン基について同一であるかまたは異なっている)、

前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンインク添加剤の尿素含有量が前記ポリウレタンの少なくとも2重量%である水性インクジェットインク組成物。
2.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、pが1でありmが3〜30であるジオール構造(II)を含む、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
3.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、pが2以上でありmが3〜12である構造(II)のジオールを含む、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
4.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、全インク組成物の重量を基準として約0.1〜約12重量%である、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
5.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、全インク組成物の重量を基準として約0.2〜約10重量%である、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
6.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、全インク組成物の重量を基準として約0.25〜約8重量%である、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
7.前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンが、前記ポリウレタンの少なくとも2.5重量%、かつ、10.5重量%以下である前記尿素末端封止ポリウレタンインク添加剤の尿素含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
8.インクの総重量に基づいて約0.1〜約10重量%の顔料、25℃で約20dyne/cm〜約70dyne/cmの範囲の表面張力、および、25℃で約30cP未満の粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
9.前記水性ビヒクルが、水および少なくとも1種の水和性の溶剤の混合物である、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
10.前記自己分散顔料がアニオン性分散基を含む、請求項1に記載のインクジェットインク。
11.前記自己分散顔料が、顔料表面1平方メートル当たり約3.5μモル(3.5μmol/m2)未満の官能化度を含む、請求項10に記載のインクジェットインク。
12.前記自己分散顔料が、顔料表面1平方メートル当たり約3.0μモル(3.0μmol/m2)未満の官能化度を含む、請求項11に記載のインクジェットインク。
13.セット中のインクの少なくとも1つが請求項1に記載のインクである、インクジェットインクセット。

An aqueous inkjet ink composition wherein the urea content of the urea end-capped polyurethane ink additive is at least 2% by weight of the polyurethane.
2. The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane comprises a diol structure (II) wherein p is 1 and m is 3-30.
3. The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane comprises a diol of structure (II) wherein p is 2 or more and m is 3-12.
4). The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane is about 0.1 to about 12% by weight, based on the weight of the total ink composition.
5. The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane is about 0.2 to about 10% by weight, based on the weight of the total ink composition.
6). The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea-terminated polyurethane is about 0.25 to about 8 wt% based on the weight of the total ink composition.
7). 2. The urea end-capped polyurethane ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane ink additive has a urea content of at least 2.5 wt% and not more than 10.5 wt%. Inkjet ink.
8). From about 0.1 to about 10 weight percent pigment, based on the total weight of the ink, having a surface tension in the range of about 20 dyne / cm to about 70 dyne / cm at 25 ° C., and a viscosity of less than about 30 cP at 25 ° C. The inkjet ink according to claim 1.

11. The inkjet ink of claim 10, wherein the self-dispersing pigment comprises a degree of functionalization of less than about 3.5 μmol (3.5 μmol / m 2) per square meter of pigment surface.
12 The inkjet ink of claim 11, wherein the self-dispersing pigment comprises a degree of functionalization of less than about 3.0 μmol (3.0 μmol / m 2) per square meter of pigment surface.
13. An inkjet ink set, wherein at least one of the inks in the set is the ink of claim 1.
14 14. A method for ink jet printing comprising the step of jetting ink onto a substrate, wherein the ink is the aqueous ink according to claim 1 or the ink set according to claim 13.
15. The inkjet ink of claim 1, wherein the urea end-capped polyurethane has an acid number (mg KOH / 1 gram solid polymer) of at least about 10 and about 90 or less.
