Abstract
本発明の一つの特徴に従ったダイヤル設定型温度調節器は、温度制御を行う電子回路が実装されたPCBモジュールの前面に電気的に接続され、段階的に回転操作されて相異なる温度範囲を設定するセレクターと、前記セレクターの回転操作のために前記セレクターに結合され、一方側に温度範囲区別用突起が突出形成されたセレクターハンドルと、前記PCBモジュールと前記セレクターを内部に受容し、一方側に前記セレクターハンドルが貫通して結合されるケースと、前記セレクターハンドルの回転操作によって設定された温度範囲別に前記突起の位置に対応するように相異なる位置に突起挿入孔が形成され、前記セレクターにより設定された温度範囲に相当する温度目盛が表示された計器板と、前記セレクターにより選択された温度範囲内で温度を設定するために、前記PCBモジュールの前面に電気的に接続され回転操作される温度調節スイッチに分離可能に挿入結合されるダイヤルと、及び前記ダイヤルの回転量に相当する温度信号を前記セレクターにより選択された温度範囲に比例して算出される温度信号へ変換して認識するようにプログラミングされたマイクロコンピュターと、を含む。

Claims (2)
- 温度制御を行う電子回路が実装されたPCBモジュールの前面に電気的に接続され、段階的に回転操作されて相異なる温度範囲を設定するセレクターと、
前記セレクターの回転操作のために前記セレクターに結合され、一方側に温度範囲区別用突起が突出形成されたセレクターハンドルと、
前記PCBモジュールと前記セレクターを内部に受容し、一方側に前記セレクターハンドルが貫通して結合されるケースと、
前記セレクターハンドルの回転操作によって設定された温度範囲別に前記突起の位置に対応するように相異なる位置に突起挿入孔が形成され、前記セレクターにより設定された温度範囲に相当する温度目盛が表示された計器板と、
前記セレクターにより選択された温度範囲内で温度を設定するために、前記PCBモジュールの前面に電気的に接続され回転操作される温度調節スイッチに分離可能に挿入結合されるダイヤルと、及び
前記ダイヤルの回転量に相当する温度信号を前記セレクターにより選択された温度範囲に比例して算出される温度信号へ変換して認識するようにプログラミングされたマイクロコンピュターと、
を含むことを特徴とする温度範囲変更が容易なダイヤル設定型温度調節器。 - 前記計器板には、前記ダイヤルが回転される下限に制御出力遮断目盛OFFが表示され、
前記ダイヤルが前記制御出力遮断目盛OFFに位置するとき、前記マイクロコンピュターが制御出力を遮断するスイッチ機能をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度範囲変更が容易なダイヤル設定型温度調節器。
