Description
(A)シート材料、
(B)水又は水性流体を吸収可能な材料、
(C)少なくとも1層の結合層、及び
(D)層の全厚さに渡って通る毛細管を有するポリウレタン層
を成分として含む多層複合材料であって、
ポリウレタン層(D)が、シート材料(A)又は吸収可能な材料(B)と1箇所以上で直接的に接触することを特徴とする多層複合材料に関する。
(A)シート材料、例えば自立性のフィルム/シート、特に自立性のプラスチックフィルム/シートの状態、又はフォームの状態のシート材料、
を含む。適切な自立性のプラスチックフィルム/シートは、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、好ましくはポリエステル又はスチレンと1,3−ブタジエンのブロックコポリマーである。適切なフォームは、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリスチレン(それぞれは、添加剤、例えばグラファイトの粒子を有していても、有していなくても良い)を発泡(foaming)することによって製造される。
1.カルボキシル基を有するモノマー:モノエチレン性不飽和のモノ−又はポリカルボン酸、例えば(メト)アクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、ソルビン酸、及びイタコン酸;
2.カルボン酸無水物基を有するモノマー:モノエチレン性不飽和のポリカルボン酸無水物、例えば無水マレイン酸;
3.カルボン酸塩基を含むモノマー:モノエチレン性不飽和のモノ−又はポリカルボン酸、例えばナトリウム(メト)アクリレート、トリメチルアミン(メト)アクリレート、トリエタノールアミン(メト)アクリレート、ナトリウムマレイン酸エステル、メチルアミンマレイン酸エステルの、水−溶解性塩(アルカリ金属塩、アンモニウム塩、アミン塩、等);
4.スルホン酸基を含むモノマー:脂肪族又は芳香族のビニルスルホン酸、例えばビニルスルホン酸、アリルスルホン酸、ビニルトルエンスルホン酸、スチレンスルホン酸、(メト)アクリルスルホン酸、スルホプロピル(メト)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシ−3−(メト)アクリロイルオキシスルホン酸;
5.スルホン酸塩基を含むモノマー:上述したスルホン酸基を有するモノマーの、アルカリ金属塩、アンモニウム塩、アミン塩;
6.ヒドロキシル基を含むモノマー:モノエチレン性不飽和アルコール、例えば、(メト)アリルアルコール、モノエチレン性不飽和エーテル又はポリールのエステル、例えばアルキレングリコール、グリセロール、ポリオキシアルキレンポリオールのもの、例えば、ヒドロキシエチル(メト)アクリレート、トリエチレングリコール(メト)アクリレート、ポリ(オキシエチレンオキシプロピレン)グリコールモノ(メト)アリルエーテル(ここで、ヒドロキシル基は、任意に、エーテル化又はエステル化されていても良い);
7.アミド基を含むモノマー:ビニルホルムアルデヒド、(メト)アクリルアミド、N−アルキル(メト)アクリルアミド、例えばN−メタクリルアミド、N−ヘキシルアクリルアミド、及びN,N−ジアルキル(メト)アクリルアミド、例えば、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド、又はN,N−ジ−n−プロピルアクリルアミド、N−ヒドロキシル(メト)アクリルアミド、例えばN−メチロール(メト)アクリルアミド又はN−ヒドロキシエチル(メト)アクリルアミド、N,N−ジヒドロキシ(メト)アクリルアミド、例えばN,N−ジヒドロキシエチル(メト)アクリルアミド、ビニルラクタム、例えばN−ビニルピロリドン;

9.4級アンモニウム塩基を含むモノマー:例えば、N,N,N−トリアルキル−N−(メト)アクリルオキシアルキルアンモニウム塩、例えばN,N,N−トリメチル−N−(メト)アクリロイルオキシエチルアンモニウムクロリド、N,N,N−トリエチル−N−(メト)アクリロイルオキシエチルアンモニウムクロリド、2−ヒドロキシ−3−(メト)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、及びGB patent 1,034,296に記載されたモノマー。
(D)層の全厚さに渡って通る毛細管を有する、少なくとも1種のポリウレタン層、
を含み、該ポリウレタン層は、簡単にポリウレタン層(D)とも称される。
本発明の一実施の形態では、毛細管は、平均径が、0.005〜0.05mmの範囲、及び好ましくは0.009〜0.03mmの範囲である。
1)適切であれば添加剤及び/又は助剤を含む、液体バインダーをパターン化された表面、例えば他の成形型又はオリジナルパターンに施す工程、
2)例えば熱硬化、照射硬化又は熟成によりバインダーを硬化させる工程、
3)このように得られる成形型を分離し、及び適切であれば、これを担体、例えば金属板又は金属シリンダーに施す工程。
1)レーザー彫刻可能な層、又はレーザー彫刻可能な層を担体上に含む複合体を含む成形型(レーザー彫刻可能な層は、バインダー及び好ましくは、添加剤及び助剤を含む)を準備する工程、
2)レーザー彫刻可能な層を熱化学的、光化学的、又は化学線に現像(amplification)する工程、
3)レーザーを使用して、レーザー彫刻可能な層に、表面構造化された被覆の表面構造に対応する表面構造を彫刻する工程。
A1が、2〜20個の炭素原子を有し、アリーレン、無置換又は1〜4つのC1−C4−アルキル基で置換された、アルキレン及びシクロアルキレン、例えば、1,4−シクロヘキセンから選ばれるスペーサーである。好ましいA1は、フェニレン、特にパラフェニレン、及びトリレン、特にパラトリレン、及びC2−C12−アルキレン、例えば、エチレン(CH2CH2)、及び−(CH2)3−、−(CH2)4−、−(CH2)5−、−(CH2)6−、−(CH2)8−、−(CH2)10−、−(CH2)12−である。
但し、AOが、C2−C4−アルキレンオキシド、例えば、ブチレンオキシド、特にエチレンオキシド(CH2CH2O)及びプロピレンオキシド(CH(CH3)CH2O)又は(CH2CH(CH3)O)であり、
xが、1〜50、好ましくは5〜25の整数であり、及び
R6は、水素、及びC1−C30−アルキル、特にC1−C10−アルキル、例えばメチル、エチル、n−プルピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、sec−ブチル、tert−ブチル、n−ペンチル、イソペンチル、sec−ペンチル、ネオペンチル、1,2−ジメチルプロピル、イソアミル、n−ヘキシル、sec−ヘキシル、n−ヘプチル、n−オクチル、2−エチルヘキシル、n−ノニル、n−デシル、より好ましくは、C1−C4−アルキル、例えばメチル、エチル、n−プルピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、sec−ブチル、及びtert−ブチルである。
全部で20質量%〜30質量%のポリウレタン(PU)、又は全部で20質量%〜30質量%のポリウレタン(PU1)及び(PU2)、
適切であれば、1質量%〜10質量%、好ましくは2質量%〜5質量%の硬化剤、
適切であれば、1質量%〜10質量%のシリコーン化合物(f)、
0〜10質量%、好ましくは0.5質量%〜5質量%のポリアルキルシロキサン(g)、
を含む。
10質量%〜30質量%の柔軟性ポリウレタン(PU1)及び
0質量%〜20質量%の硬質ポリウレタン(PU2)、
を含む。
I.1 水性ポリウレタン分散物、Disp.1の製造
以下のものを攪拌容器内で混合した:
7質量%の、柔軟性ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の水性分散物(粒子径:125nm、固体含有量:40%)で、以下のものから製造されるもの;ジイソシアネートとして、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(a1.1)及びイソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)が、13:10の質量割合、及びジオールとして、分子量Mwが800g/molで、イソフタル酸、アジピン酸及び1,4−ジヒドロキシシクロヘキサン(異性体混合物)が1:1:2の割合の割合で重縮合して製造されるもの、5質量%の1,4−ブタンジオール(b1.2)及び3質量%のモノメチルポリエチレングリコール(c.1)及び3質量%のH2N−CH2CH2−NH−CH2CH2−COOH、質量%は全て、ポリエステルジオール(b1.1)に基づく、柔軟性ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の軟化点:62℃、軟化は55℃で開始する、ショアA硬度54、
65質量%の、硬質ポリウレタン(PU2.2)の水性分散物(粒子径:150nm)で、以下のものから得られるもの:イソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2),1,4−ブタンジオール、1,1−ジメチルオールプロピオン酸、ヒドラジン水和物、及び分子量Mwが4200g/molのポリプロピレングリコールの反応で得られるもの、軟化点195℃、ショアA硬度86、
3.5質量%の、化合物(V.1)の70質量%溶液(プロピレンカーボネート溶液中)、
2質量%のカーボンブラック、
0.5質量%の、ポリウレタンに基づく増粘剤
1質量%の、ポリビニリデンクロリドのミクロバルーン(イソブタンで充填)、直径20μm、例えばAkzo NobelからのExpancel(登録商標)として市販されている。
以下のものを攪拌容器内で混合した:
7質量%の、柔軟性ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の水性分散物(粒子径:125nm、固体含有量:40%)で、以下のものから製造されるもの;ジイソシアネートとして、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(a1.1)及びイソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)が、13:10の質量割合、及びジオールとして、分子量Mwが800g/molで、イソフタル酸、アジピン酸及び1,4−ジヒドロキシシクロヘキサン(異性体混合物)が1:1:2の割合で重縮合して製造されるもの、5質量%の1,4−ブタンジオール(b1.2)、3質量%のモノメチルポリエチレングリコール(c.1)及び3質量%のH2N−CH2CH2−NH−CH2CH2−COOH、質量%は全て、ポリエステルジオール(b1.1)に基づく、柔軟性ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の軟化点:62℃、軟化は55℃で開始する、ショアA硬度54、
65質量%の、硬質ポリウレタン(α2.2)の水性分散物(粒子径:150nm)で、以下のものから得られるもの:イソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2),1,4−ブタンジオール(PU1.2)、1,1−ジメチルオールプロピオン酸、ヒドラジン水和物、及び分子量Mwが4200g/molのポリプロピレングリコール(b1.3)の反応で得られるもの、ポリウレタン(PU2.2)は、軟化点が195℃、ショアA硬度90であった、
3.5質量%の、化合物(V.1)の70質量%溶液(プロピレンカーボネート溶液中)、
NCO含有量12%、
2質量%のカーボンブラック。
基礎質量が70g/m2の、繊維状の不織布ポリエチレンテレフタレートウェブ(A.1)に、モノマー溶液を吹きつけ、該モノマー溶液をUV照射で2分間硬化させた。次に向流乾燥器内で、90℃で5分間、乾燥させた。
19.6kgの37.5質量%アクリル酸ナトリウム水溶液(全モノマー溶液中の24.5質量%アクリル酸ナトリウムに相当)、
435gのアクリル酸(8.5質量%)、
900gの(架橋剤としての)ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(平均分子量Mnが400g/molのポリエチレングリコールのジアクリレート)(3質量%)、
66gの(開始剤としての)2−ヒドロキシ−1−[4−(ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]−2−メチル−1−プロパノン(0.22質量%)、
1500gのグリセロール(5質量%)及び
7500gの塩化ナトリウム水溶液(6.25質量%のNaCl)。
フルグレインカルフレザーのパターンを有する表面に液体シリコーンを注いだ。ジ−n−ブチルビス(1−オキソネオデシルオキシ)−スタンナンを、テトラエトキシシラン中の25質量%溶液として(酸性硬化剤として)加えることによって、平均厚さが2mmのシリコーンゴム層を得、これを成形型に使用した。成形型は、厚さが1.5mmのアルミニウム担体に付着された。
IIからの成形型を、加熱可能な表面に配置し、そして91℃に加熱した。次に、スプレーノズルを使用して、Disp.1を88g/m2(wet)で、その上に吹きつけた。供給は、直径が0.46mmのスプレーノズルを使用して、65バールの圧力で行なわれたが、この間、空気は混合されなかった。この後、表面が粘着性でなくなるまで91℃で固化させた。
この後、テキスタイルシート材料(A.1)と超吸収材料(B.1)を、まだ熱い状態の結合層(C.1)(結合層(C.1)は、ポリウレタンフィルム(D.1)と一緒に、成形型の上に存在している)の吹きつけを行った側に配置し、そして4バール及び110℃で、15秒間、圧縮(加圧)した。このように得られた、本発明の多層複合材料MSV.1を、次にプレスから取り出し、そして成形型を取外した。
測定した水の最大取り込み :71g/m2
100分後の減少 :50g/m2
Claims (21)
- (A)シート材料、
(B)水又は水性流体を吸収可能な材料、
(C)少なくとも1層の結合層、及び
(D)層の全厚さに渡って通る毛細管を有するポリウレタン層
を成分として含む多層複合材料であって、
ポリウレタン層(D)が、シート材料(A)又は吸収可能な材料(B)と1箇所以上で直接的に接触することを特徴とする多層複合材料。 - 前記シート材料が、テキスタイルシート材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記テキスタイルシート材料が、織布又は不織布ファブリック又はポリエステルを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記水又は水性流体を吸収可能な材料(B)が、超吸収剤(B)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記超吸収剤(B)が、前記シート材料(A)上で重合した有機コポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記結合層(C)が、硬化した有機粘着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記ポリウレタン層(D)が、パターンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記ポリウレタン層(D)が、ビロード状の外観を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 結合層(C)が、硬化した有機粘着剤の遮断層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 吸収可能な材料(B)と結合層(C)の間、結合層(C)とポリウレタン層(D)の間、又は2層の結合層(C)の間に配置された少なくとも1層の中間層(E)を含み、該中間層(E)は、テキスタイル、紙、バット材料、及び連続気泡フォームから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 水又は水性流体を吸収可能な材料(B)を、シート材料(A)と結合させる工程、
成形型を使用してポリウレタン層(D)を形成する工程、
少なくとも1種の有機粘着剤を、均一に又は部分的に、吸収可能な材料(B)と結合したシート材料(A)及び/又はポリウレタン層(D)に施す工程、そして次に、
ポリウレタン層(D)を、前記吸収可能な材料(B)と結合した前記シート材料(A)と、点状、ストライプ状、又は面状に結合させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を製造する方法。 - 前記ポリウレタン層(D)が、シリコーン成形型を使用して形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン型がレーザー彫刻の使用により構造化されたシリコーン成形型を含むこと特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型が、レーザーを使用して構造化され、該構造化は、成形型に窪みをカットすることにより行われ、該窪みは、平均深さが50〜250μm及び中心から中心までの間隔が50〜250μmであることを特徴とする請求項11〜13の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 中間層(E)が、前記吸収可能な材料(B)と前記結合層(C)の間、前記結合層(C)と前記ポリウレタン層(D)の間、又は2層の結合層(C)の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11〜14の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を、座部を製造するために使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を使用して、座部を製造する方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を含む座部。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を、室内空気管理のために使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の多層複合材料を、乗物のインテリアのために使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の少なくとも1種の多層複合材料をインテリア内に含む乗物。
