Claims (18)
- 工業検査装置のハンドセット部であって、
ユーザに視覚情報を与えるためのディスプレイと、
ハンドセット部を動作させるための制御モジュールと、
ハンドセット部に電力を供給するための電池アセンブリと、
前記電池アセンブリを受け入れるためのハンドルと
を備え、
前記電池アセンブリが、
少なくとも1つの電池セルと、
前記少なくとも1つの電池セルを充電するための電池充電器を接続するためのコネクタと、
前記電池アセンブリについての情報を監視する、ハンドセット内のプロセッサと通信するための電池回路と、
前記電池アセンブリに残っている充電量の視覚的指示を行うための、前記電池回路に接続される前記電池アセンブリの表面上の電池充電指示器と
を備える、工業検査装置ハンドセット部。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電池セルが、リチウムイオン電池である、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 前記コネクタがDCコネクタである、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 前記電池充電指示器が、メンブランスイッチを備える、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 前記電池充電指示器が、前記電池アセンブリに残っている充電量の前記視覚的指示を行うための複数のLEDを備える、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 前記電池アセンブリがばねベースのラッチ部材をさらに備え、前記ばねベースのラッチ部材は、前記電池アセンブリを受け入れ、保持するためのハンドセット部のハンドルのばねベースの受け部材と連結するためのターンコネクタによって動作される、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 前記電池アセンブリがシール部材をさらに備え、前記シール部材は、前記電池アセンブリを前記ハンドルに完全に挿入すると、ハンドセット部のハンドルとの密封状態を作り出す、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- ベースユニットに接続されない、請求項1記載の工業検査装置ハンドセット部。
- 工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法であって、
前記ハンドセット部に取り付けた挿入チューブ用のカメラ照明についての第1の最大電力出力値を設定するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部に取り付けた前記挿入チューブから画像を受信する撮像素子信号プロセッサを監視して、前記画像信号プロセッサのゲイン値が、所定のゲイン値未満であることを判定するステップと、
前記画像信号プロセッサの前記ゲイン値を前記所定のゲイン値まで増大させるために、前記カメラ照明についての、前記第1の最大電力出力値未満である第2の最大電力出力値を設定するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ハンドセットは、ベースユニットに接続されず、前記ハンドセット部に電力を供給するための電池アセンブリを備える、請求項9記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。
- 工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法において、
前記ハンドセット部に取り付けた挿入チューブの関節動作についての第1の最大電力出力値を設定するステップであって、前記挿入チューブの移動を複数のアクチュエータによって行うステップと、
オペレータコントロール部を監視して、第1の所定時間の間に関節動作がなかったことを判定するステップと、
前記挿入チューブの位置を監視して、前記挿入チューブの位置が、所定の座標領域の外側にあることを判定するステップと、
前記挿入チューブを所定の位置に保持するのに十分な前記関節動作についての、前記第1の最大電力出力値未満である第2の最大電力出力値を設定するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ハンドセットは、ベースユニットに接続されず、前記ハンドセット部に電力を供給するための電池アセンブリを備える、請求項11記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。
- 工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法において、
前記ハンドセット部に取り付けた挿入チューブの関節動作についての第1の最大電力出力値を設定するステップであって、前記挿入チューブの移動を複数のアクチュエータによって行うステップと、
オペレータコントロール部を監視して、第1の所定時間の間に関節動作がなかったことを判定するステップと、
前記挿入チューブの位置を監視して、前記挿入チューブの位置が、所定の座標領域の内側にあることを判定するステップと、
前記関節についての電力をオフにするステップと
を含む方法。 - 各前記アクチュエータの両端を短絡するステップをさらに含む、請求項13記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。
- 前記ハンドセットは、ベースユニットに接続されず、前記ハンドセット部に電力を供給するための電池アセンブリを備える、請求項13記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。
- 工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法であって、
前記ハンドセット部の、少なくとも1つのコンポーネントについての第1の最大電力出力値を設定するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部のオペレータコントロール部を監視して、第1の所定時間の間にユーザの入力がなかったことを判定するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部の前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントについての、前記第1の最大電力出力値未満である第2の最大電力出力値を設定するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部のオペレータコントロール部を監視して、第2の所定時間の間にユーザの入力がなかったことを判定するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部の、少なくとも1つのコンポーネントをオフにするステップとを含む方法。 - 前記ハンドセット部のオペレータコントロール部を監視して、第3の所定時間の間にユーザの入力がなかったことを判定するステップと、
開いているデータファイルを閉じ、保存するステップと、
前記ハンドセット部をオフにするステップと
をさらに含む、請求項16記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。 - 前記ハンドセットは、ベースユニットに接続されず、前記ハンドセット部に電力を供給するための電池アセンブリを備える、請求項16記載の工業用検査装置のハンドセット部の電力管理方法。
