Abstract
【解決手段】第1方向に積層される複数の電池セル110と、第1方向に互いに離れて空間を形成し、空間に複数の電池セルを収容する1対のエンドプレート150と、第1方向に延長され、第2方向に弾性的に付勢され、複数の電池セル110の下方に配される弾性フレーム160とを備える。これにより、複数個が積層される少なくとも1つの単位電池セルを支持することによって、バッテリ・モジュール100の位置ずれ現象を改善できる。

Claims (20)
- 第1方向に積層される複数の電池セルと、
前記第1方向に互いに離れて空間を形成し、前記空間に前記複数の電池セルを収容する1対のエンドプレートと、
前記第1方向に延長され、第2方向に弾性的に付勢され、前記複数の電池セルの下方に配される弾性フレームと
を備えるバッテリ・モジュール。 - 前記弾性フレームは、板バネ構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルと前記弾性フレームの端部との間に配される支持突起をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームは、前記エンドプレートに前記支持突起により締結されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルの下面に配される下部フレームをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームは、前記下部フレームに前記支持突起により締結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記1対のエンドプレートの上面に締結される上部フレームと、
前記1対のエンドプレートの横面に締結される側面支持部と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルと前記弾性フレームとの間に配され、前記支持突起に締結されるスペーサをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3から7のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームが支持端を有し、前記支持突起は、前記弾性フレームの前記支持端に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記支持突起は、前記エンドプレートと前記下部フレームとのうちいずれか一方から延びる固定突起であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームが弾性部を有し、前記弾性部が前記支持部より幅狭であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームが弾性部を有し、前記弾性部が前記支持部より幅広であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームは、弾性部、支持部及び前記支持部に設けられる支持端を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記支持端は、終端が開放された支持溝であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記支持端は、前記支持部を貫通して形成される支持貫通ホールであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記支持突起が前記下部フレームの終端に配され、前記支持端が前記弾性フレームの終端に配され、前記支持突起は、前記支持端に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームがバッテリ・モジュールに組み込まれた後に反り、弾性的に付勢された状態になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 前記弾性フレームが反った状態でバッテリ・モジュールに組み込まれ、弾性的に付勢された状態になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ・モジュール。
- 第1方向に積層される複数の電池セルと、
前記第1方向に互いに離れて空間を形成し、前記空間に前記複数の電池セルを収容する1対のエンドプレートと、
前記第1方向に延長され、前記複数の電池セルに向かってアーチを形成し、前記複数の電池セルの下方に弧状に配される支持フレームと
を備えるバッテリ・モジュール。 - 第1方向に積層される複数の電池セルと、
前記第1方向に互いに離れて空間を形成し、前記空間に前記複数の電池セルを収容する1対のエンドプレートと、
前記第1方向に延長され、前記1対のエンドプレートのそれぞれに近接する一対の終端部と、前記終端部間に前記終端部に対して上側及び内側に配され、前記複数の電池セルに向かって第2方向に反った中間部とを有し、前記複数の電池セルの下方に前記複数の電池セルを支持できるように配される支持フレームと
