Abstract
Description
上記組成のうちの1つの板、または板から切断されたブランクが供給される。完全オーステナイト化が順次起こる範囲で、この鋼板の初期の微細構造が、比較的小さな役割を果たす。しかし、マイクロ合金化元素は、析出された形態でなければならず、例えば、鋼板またはブランクが、溶鋼を鋳造し、次いで1100℃に再加熱することによって製造されてもよい。熱間圧延は、940℃より低い最終圧延温度で実行される。鋼板は、次いで、20から100℃/sの速度で500から700℃に冷却される。その後の空冷後、鋼板は、次いで、450から680℃の温度で巻回される。これらの条件は、マイクロ合金化元素の微細で分散された析出物を得ることを可能にする。
表1に詳述された本発明による組成を有する鋼板Bが検討された。実施例1において説明されたように、厚さ2mmの鋼板が、アルミニウム系合金でプレコートされた。鋼板は、900℃で8分間加熱され、次いで、熱間鍛造されて部品を製造した。冷却速度Vcは、60℃/sであった。部品の形状内で、等価な変形εは、異なる領域にしたがってさまざまであり、ある部分は、実際に、局部的に変形されない(ε=0%)が、他は、20%の変形を受けた。顕微鏡写真観察、硬度測定および引張試験片が、これらの異なって変形された領域で得られた。降伏強度は430から475MPaで変化し、引張強度は580から650MPaで変化し、破断点伸びは17から22%で変化した。したがって、オーステナイト粒は、問題の位置に依存して程度の差はあるが熱間変形されるということにもかかわらず、本発明による鋼およびプロセスは、特性が、同一部品内で非常に均質なままであることによって特徴づけられる。特に、問題の変形がどの程度であれ、引張強度は、500MPaを越えたままであり、破断点伸びは、15%を越えたままである。

Ca≦0.006%
を含み、組成の残部が、鉄および精錬に由来する不可避的不純物からなり、前記鋼の微細構造が、少なくとも75%の等軸フェライト、5%以上20%以下の量のマルテンサイト、10%以下の量のベイナイトからなる、鋼部品。 - 前記鋼の組成が、含有量を重量で表して、

- 前記部品が、全厚にわたって合金化された層で被覆されており、前記合金化層が、前記鋼とプレコーティングとの合金化のための少なくとも1つの熱処理に起因し、前記プレコーティングが、亜鉛系合金またはアルミニウム系合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鋼部品。
- 強度が、500MPa以上であり、破断点伸びが、15%より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼部品。
- 部分の少なくとも1つが、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の部品である、溶接物品。
- 被覆された鋼部品を製造するプロセスであって、
請求項1または2に記載の組成を有する熱間圧延鋼板または冷間圧延鋼板が供給されるステップと、
プレコーティングが、前記鋼板に塗布され、前記プレコーティングが、亜鉛系合金またはアルミニウム系合金であるステップと、
前記鋼板が、切断されてブランクを得るステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが溶接されるステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが冷間変形されるステップと、
前記ブランクが、前記鋼と前記プレコーティングとの合金化によって、前記ブランクの表面上に合金化層を形成するとともに、前記鋼に完全オーステナイト組織を付与するように炉内で温度Tcに加熱され、合金化が、前記層の全厚にわたって生成されるステップと、
前記ブランクが炉から取り出されるステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが、熱間変形されて部品を得るステップと、
前記部品が、前記鋼部品に所望の機械的特性を付与するのに適した条件下で、装置内で冷却されるステップと
を含む、プロセス。 - 部品を製造するプロセスであって、
請求項1または2に記載の組成を有する熱間圧延鋼板または冷間圧延鋼板が供給されるステップと、
前記鋼板が、切断されてブランクを得るステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが溶接されるステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが冷間変形されるステップと、
前記ブランクが、前記鋼に完全オーステナイト組織を付与するように炉内で温度Tcに加熱されるステップと、
前記ブランクが炉から取り出されるステップと、
任意に、前記ブランクが、熱間変形されて部品を得るステップと、
前記部品が、前記鋼部品に所望の機械的特性を付与するのに適した条件下で、装置内で冷却されるステップと、
任意に、コーティングが前記部品に塗布されるステップと
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記温度Tcが、880から950℃であり、前記温度での浸漬時間tcが、3から10分であることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記温度Tcから400℃での平均冷却速度Vcが、30から80℃/sであることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセス。
- 前記温度Tcから400℃での平均冷却速度Vcが、35から60℃/sであることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造プロセス。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の、または陸上自動車用、または農業機械または造船分野用の構造部品または安全部品を製造するための請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のように製造された、部品または物品の使用。
