Abstract
本発明は、1次同期チャンネルおよび2次同期チャンネルがTDMで構成されたOFDMセルラーシステムにおけるセルサーチ方法に関するものであって、端末が受信したフレームに含まれている1次同期チャンネルシンボルを利用して、シンクブロック同期および1次同期チャンネルシーケンス番号を獲得するステップ、前記シンクブロック同期および前記端末が受信したフレームに含まれている2次同期チャンネルシンボルを利用して、前記フレームの境界およびスクランブリングコードグループを検出するステップおよび前記1次同期チャンネルシーケンス番号および前記スクランブリングコードグループを利用して、スクランブリングコードを獲得するステップを含むことを特徴とし、低い複雑度でセルサーチ時間を短縮できる。
Description
結局、1次同期チャンネルシーケンスの周期はシンクブロック130になり、2次同期チャンネルシーケンスの周期は1フレームになることを特徴とする。
Claims (9)
- 無線通信システムにおける順方向同期信号を利用したセルサーチ方法であって、
(a)端末が受信したフレームに含まれている1次同期チャンネルシンボルを利用して、シンクブロック同期および1次同期チャンネルシーケンス番号を獲得するステップと、
(b)前記シンクブロック同期および前記端末が受信したフレームに含まれている2次同期チャンネルシンボルを利用して、前記フレームの境界およびスクランブリングコードグループを検出するステップと、
(c)前記1次同期チャンネルシーケンス番号および前記スクランブリングコードグループを利用して、スクランブリングコードを獲得するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするセルサーチ方法。 - 前記(b)ステップは、BCH(broadcasting channel)アンテナの個数またはパイロットホッピングの要否を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システムにおけるセルサーチ方法。
- 前記スクランブリングコードを利用して、前記フレームに含まれているBCHを復調した結果、
CRCエラーが発生した場合は、前記(a)ステップからセルサーチを再び行い、
CRCエラーが発生しない場合は、セルサーチを終了する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線通信システムにおけるセルサーチ方法。 - 前記(c)ステップは、前記スクランブリングコードグループに属するスクランブリングコードを前記フレームのパイロットチャンネルに対する相関を行って、獲得された相関値中、最大値を有するスクランブリングコードを検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システムにおけるセルサーチ方法。
- 前記(c)ステップは、前記(b)ステップでパイロットホッピングが使用されたものと検出された場合、前記スクランブリングコードグループに属するスクランブリングコードに一対一で対応するパイロットホッピングパターンを利用して、前記フレームのパイロットチャンネルに対する相関を行って、獲得された相関値中、最大値を有するスクランブリングコードを検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線通信システムにおけるセルサーチ方法。
- 無線通信システムにおける、任意のセルに属する基地局が順方向同期信号を使用してフレームを送信する方法であって、
(a)フレームのシンクブロック同期を含む1次同期チャンネルシーケンス、前記フレームの境界と前記セルのスクランブリングコードグループを含む2次同期チャンネルシーケンス、および無線通信システム情報を含むBCHを生成するステップと、
(b)前記生成された同期チャンネルシーケンスおよび前記BCHのそれぞれを利用して、周波数上でコードホッピングされた1次同期チャンネルシンボルおよび2次同期チャンネルシンボルのそれぞれを含むフレームを生成し、前記生成したフレームを送信するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするフレームを送信する方法。 - 前記1次同期チャンネルシンボルと前記2次同期チャンネルシンボルはTDM(Time Division Multiplexing)基盤で構成され、隣接して配置されるようにするフレームを生成して送信することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレームを送信する方法。
- 前記同期チャンネルシンボルおよび前記BCHは前記フレームの同一のサブフレーム内に存在し、前記BCHは前記2次同期チャンネルシンボルを利用して、チャンネル推定によってコヒーレント復調されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレームを送信する方法。
- 前記フレーム内に含まれている前記BCHは、無線通信システムのタイミング情報、帯域幅および送信アンテナの個数を含み、前記フレーム境界、送信アンテナの個数およびスクランブリングコードを利用して復調されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレームを送信する方法。
