Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 撮像の品質を改良するように無線周波数(RF)切除治療をモニタ及び調整する方法において、
較正用の治療前画像を提供するように超音波撮像システムを使用して目標領域を撮像し、少なくとも1つの追加の画像の連続的なリアルタイム取得を持続するステップと、
前記目標領域にRFプローブを挿入し、前記RFプローブの先端の近くで前記目標領域を加熱するようにRF電流を生成し、前記連続的なリアルタイム取得から少なくとも1つの術中画像を生成するステップと、
前記治療前画像及び前記術中画像を比較して、RFパワー生成器に中継されるフィードバック信号を生成し、前記術中画像の品質を改良するように、前記フィードバック信号に応答してRFパワーを変更するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記治療前画像及び前記術中画像を比較するステップが、前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在を決定するインデックスに応答するステップを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードバック信号が、音響フィーチャの変化を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記音響フィーチャが、エコー輝度の変化、複式撮像におけるドップラスペクトルの変化及び非線形検出スキームからなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記非線形検出スキームが、高調波信号及び分数調波信号を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記治療前画像及び前記術中画像を比較するステップが、熱電対測定値又はインピーダンス測定値を得るステップを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 較正用の目標領域の治療前画像及び前記目標領域の少なくとも1つの追加の画像を取得する超音波スキャナと、
前記目標領域に挿入される無線周波数(RF)プローブと、
RFパワー生成器と、
前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在を示し、フィードバック信号を生成する気泡検出器であって、前記RFパワー生成器が前記フィードバック信号に応答して変更される、当該気泡検出器と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記気泡検出器が、更に、前記治療前画像及び少なくとも1つの術中画像を比較する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記気泡検出器が、受動型キャビテーション検出器、マイクロフォン及び聴診器からなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つを更に有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記気泡検出器が、エコー輝度の変化、複式撮像におけるドップラスペクトルの変化、及び非線形検出スキームを更に決定する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記非線形検出スキームが、高調波信号及び分数調波信号を有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在の検出が、閉ループフィードバックシステムにおいて少なくとも1つの事象を開始する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記事象が、RFパワーの変更を更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記RFパワーの変更が、前記RFプローブの少なくとも1つの先端に対するパワーの変更を更に含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記事象が、RFパワー生成器信号の一時的な消滅を更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- ユーザが、前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在の検出を通知され、前記ユーザが、開ループフィードバックシステムにおいて少なくとも1つの事象を開始する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記事象が、RFパワーの変更を更に含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記RFパワーの変更が、RFパワー生成器信号の一時的な消滅を更に含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
