Abstract
【解決手段】走行時にエンジン冷却系のラジエータ92へ外気を導入する外気導入部104と走行時にエンジン22へ外気を導入する外気導入部114とが設けられ、外気導入部104における外気の導入量を調整可能なシャッタ板106と外気導入部114における外気の導入量を調整可能なシャッタ板116とを備える。また、エンジン冷却系の冷却水温Tweが高いほど外気導入部104と外気導入部114とにおける外気の導入量がそれぞれ大きくなるよう個別にシャッタ板106とシャッタ板116とを駆動制御する。したがって、ラジエータ92による冷却水の冷却とエンジン22の冷却とをより適正に行なうことができる。

前記収納部の最前部近傍に配置され、前記内燃機関を冷却する冷却液と外気との熱交換を行なう熱交換器と、
前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記熱交換器へ外気を導入する第1の外気導入部と、
前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記内燃機関へ外気を導入する第2の外気導入部と、
前記第1の外気導入部における前記熱交換器への外気の導入量を調整可能な第1の調整手段と、
前記第2の外気導入部における前記内燃機関への外気の導入量を調整可能な第2の調整手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

- 車両前部の収納部に内燃機関を収納してなる自動車であって、
前記収納部の最前部近傍に配置され、前記内燃機関を冷却する冷却液と外気との熱交換を行なう熱交換器と、
前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記熱交換器へ外気を導入する第1の外気導入部と、
前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記内燃機関へ外気を導入する第2の外気導入部と、
前記第1の外気導入部における前記熱交換器への外気の導入量を調整可能な第1の調整手段と、
前記第2の外気導入部における前記内燃機関への外気の導入量を調整可能な第2の調整手段と、
を備える自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記内燃機関の冷却液の温度である機関冷却液温を検出する機関冷却液温検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の温度が反映された機関反映温度を検出する機関反映温度検出手段と、
前記検出された機関冷却液温が高いほど前記熱交換器への外気の導入量が大きくなるよう前記第1の調整手段を制御し、前記検出された機関反映温度が高いほど前記内燃機関への外気の導入量が大きくなるよう前記第2の調整手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備える自動車。 - 請求項2記載の自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記熱交換器に冷却液が提供されていないときには前記熱交換器へ外気が導入されないよう前記第1の調整手段を制御する手段である、

前記第1の外気導入部における前記収納部の最前部からの外気と前記第2の外気導入部における前記収納部の最前部からの外気とをそれぞれ前記熱交換器への外気と前記内燃機関への外気とに仕分ける仕分け部材を備える、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記熱交換器は、該熱交換器の下端が前記内燃機関の下端より車両上方となるよう前記収納部に取り付けられてなり、
前記第2の外気導入部は、前記熱交換器の車両下方の空間を通して前記内燃機関へ外気を導入可能である、
自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記収納部における前記内燃機関近傍に配置され、蓄電装置からの電力の供給を受けて走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と該電動機を駆動する駆動回路とを有する電機駆動系と、
前記収納部における前記熱交換器近傍に配置され、前記電機駆動系を冷却する冷却液と外気との熱交換を行なう電機駆動系用熱交換器とを備え、
前記第1の外気導入部は、前記熱交換器および前記電機駆動系用熱交換器へ外気を導入するものとしてなり、
前記第2の外気導入部は、前記内燃機関および前記電機駆動系へ外気を導入するものとしてなり、
前記第1の調整手段は、前記熱交換器および前記電機駆動系用熱交換器への外気の導入量を調整可能な手段であり、
前記第2の調整手段は、前記内燃機関および前記電機駆動系への外気の導入量を調整可能な手段である、
自動車。 - 請求項9記載の自動車であって、
前記内燃機関の冷却液の温度である機関冷却液温を検出する機関冷却液温検出手段と、
前記電機駆動系の冷却液の温度である電機駆動系冷却液温を検出する電機駆動系冷却液温検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の温度が反映された機関反映温度を検出する機関反映温度検出手段と、
前記電機駆動系の温度が反映された電機駆動系反映温度を検出する電機駆動系反映温度検出手段と、
前記検出された機関冷却液温が高いほど大きくなる傾向の前記熱交換器へ導入すべき外気の量と前記検出された電機駆動系冷却液温が高いほど大きくなる傾向の前記電機駆動系用熱交換器へ導入すべき外気の量とのうち前記熱交換器および前記電機駆動系用熱交換器への外気の導入量が大きい方となるよう前記第1の調整手段を制御し、前記検出された機関反映温度が高いほど大きくなる傾向の前記内燃機関へ導入すべき外気の量と前記検出された電機駆動系反映温度が高いほど大きくなる傾向の前記電機駆動系へ導入すべき外気の量とのうち前記内燃機関および前記電機駆動系への外気の導入量が大きい方となるよう前記第2の調整手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備える自動車。 - 車両前部の収納部に内燃機関を収納し、前記収納部の最前部近傍に配置され前記内燃機関を冷却する冷却液と外気との熱交換を行なう熱交換器と、前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記熱交換器へ外気を導入する第1の外気導入部と、前記収納部の最前部から走行時に前記内燃機関へ外気を導入する第2の外気導入部と、前記第1の外気導入部における前記熱交換器への外気の導入量を調整可能な第1の調整手段と、前記第2の外気導入部における前記内燃機関への外気の導入量を調整可能な第2の調整手段と、を備える自動車の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関の冷却液の温度である機関冷却液温が高いほど前記熱交換器への外気の導入量が大きくなるよう前記第1の調整手段を制御し、前記内燃機関の温度が反映された機関反映温度が高いほど前記内燃機関への外気の導入量が大きくなるよう前記第2の調整手段を制御する、
ことを特徴とする自動車の制御方法。
