Abstract
【解決手段】粉砕容器内に取り付けられた撹拌部材の回転によってビーズとスラリーを流動させスラリー内の被処理物を粉砕し分散する湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機において、該撹拌部材に流動するビーズとスラリーの流路を急激に狭めてオリフィス収縮流を生じさせる貫通した小孔を設け、該オリフィス収縮流によって流動するビーズのベクトルを乱しビーズ間の速度差ΔVを効果的に増大させることで、低周速運転の下においても所望の粉砕・分散効果と処理効率を確保し向上させる。

Claims (6)
- 基台に取り付けられて密閉される粉砕容器と該粉砕容器内に挿通して配置された回転駆動軸と該回転駆動軸に取り付けられて回転する撹拌部材とを有すると共に前記粉砕容器の排出部分に分離機構を備えた湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機であって、前記撹拌部材の適宜位置に流入する流動体の流路を急激に狭めてオリフィス収縮流を生じさせる1つ以上の貫通した小孔が設けられてなること、を特徴とする湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
- 前記撹拌部材が円盤状の撹拌ディスクであること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
- 前記撹拌ディスクの2枚がその盤面を相互に対向させた配設状態で前記回転駆動軸に取り付けられてなること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
- 前記対向させた配設状態で前記回転駆動軸に取り付けられた前記2枚の撹拌ディスクの内の少なくとも1枚の対向する盤面端部位置に1つ以上のブレードもしくは羽根車が設けられてなること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
- 前記撹拌部材に適宜形状の突起体が植設されてなること、を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
- 前記回転駆動軸に流路誘導部材が取り付けられてなること、を特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の湿式媒体撹拌粉砕分散機。
