Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関(10)が内燃機関(10)の排気領域(13)に排気ガス処理装置(16)を含み、内燃機関(10)および/または排気ガス処理装置(16)の所定の運転状態において反応剤が注入される、内燃機関(10)の運転方法および装置において、排気領域(13)に注入されるべき反応剤量を決定する反応剤信号(S_Rea)に対する補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が決定され、補正係数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、設定目標量に対する尺度(m_Soll)に基づいて注入された排気領域(13)の反応剤実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)と、目標量に対する尺度(m_Soll)との比較に基づいて決定される。

Description
本発明による方法の他の有利な変更態様および形態が従属請求項から明らかである。
一形態は、補正変数が、内燃機関および/または排気ガス処理装置の所定の運転状態において実行される学習方法の範囲内で決定されるように設計されている。
一形態は、補正変数が、反応剤目標量に対する尺度に加算されて、または目標量と乗算されて補正されるように設計されている。
本発明による内燃機関の運転装置は、はじめに、方法を実施するために適した制御装置に関するものである。制御装置は、方法がコンピュータ・プログラムとして記憶されている少なくとも1つの電気メモリを含むことが好ましい。制御装置は、補正変数の種々の値が記憶される少なくとも1つの特定のメモリを含む。
比較器34は、反応剤目標量に対する尺度m_Sollを反応剤実際量に対する尺度m_Istと比較し且つ偏差dmを提供し、偏差dmは、スイッチを介して補正変数メモリ35に供給される。
本発明による方法は次のように実行される。
図示の実施例においては反応剤注入装置14が示され、反応剤注入装置14は、反応剤を直接排気領域13に注入する。反応剤注入装置14は、例えば噴射弁として形成され、噴射弁は、第2の圧力p2を有する反応剤を排気領域13に噴霧する。
排気領域13の反応剤実際量m_Istは、λ信号lamに基づいて決定されることが好ましく、λ信号lamは、排気領域13に配置されているλセンサ15が提供する。λセンサ15は、排気ガス処理装置16の手前上流側、排気ガス処理装置16の後方または排気ガス処理装置16内の所定の位置に配置されていてもよく、この場合、排気ガス処理装置16は、例えば触媒17および粒子フィルタ18のような複数の構成要素を含む。
Claims (16)
- 内燃機関(10)が内燃機関(10)の排気領域(13)に排気ガス処理装置(16)を含み、内燃機関(10)および排気ガス処理装置(16)少なくともいずれかの所定の運転状態において反応剤が注入される、内燃機関(10)の運転方法において、
排気領域(13)に注入されるべき反応剤量を決定する反応剤信号(S_Rea)に対する補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が決定されること、および
補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、予め設定された目標量に対する尺度(m_Soll)に基づいて注入された排気領域(13)の反応剤実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)と、目標量に対する尺度(m_Soll)との比較に基づいて決定されること、
を特徴とする内燃機関の運転方法。 - 実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)が、排気領域(13)で測定されたλ信号(lam)から決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)が、排気領域(13)に発生する計算空気数λから決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)が、排気領域(13)で測定されたλ信号(lam)から決定されること、および
予想λ変化が計算され且つこれが測定λ信号(lam)の補正のために使用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。 - 実際量に対する尺度(m_Ist)の決定において、内燃機関(10)の排気領域(13)の空気数λのほかに、内燃機関(10)の吸気領域(11)で測定された空気信号(ms_L)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、内燃機関(10)および排気ガス処理装置(16)の少なくともいずれかの所定の運転状態において実行される学習方法の範囲内で決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、内燃機関(10)に供給される燃料量または燃料量の変化が少なくとも1つの限界値内に存在する内燃機関(10)の運転状態において決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、内燃機関(10)に供給される種々の燃料量において実行され且つ決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、アイドリングに対応する内燃機関(10)の運転状態において決定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、種々の反応剤圧力(p、p1、p2)に加圧された反応剤において決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、反応剤目標量に対する尺度(m_Soll)に加算されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 反応剤として燃料が使用され、燃料は内燃機関(10)の少なくとも1つの燃料後噴射(Po_I1、Po_I2)において供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 補正変数(ti_Korr、m_Korr)が、1つより多く行われる燃料後噴射(Po_I1、Po_I2)において、個別の各燃料後噴射(Po_I1、Po_I2)に対してのみならず、複数の燃料後噴射(Po_I1、Po_I2)に対してもまた決定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の運転方法。
- 反応剤が直接排気領域(13)内に注入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転方法。
- 請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の運転方法を実施するために適した少なくとも1つの制御装置(25)を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の運転装置。
- 制御装置(25)が少なくとも1つの補正変数メモリ(35)を含み、補正変数メモリ(35)に、学習方法の間に決定された補正値が記憶されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の運転装置。
