Description
−予備含浸部品の第1樹脂のみが該樹脂の内部で第1樹脂が十分硬い段階までその位置に固定される部分重合の第1工程に付され、
−予備重合した部品及び乾燥繊維状予備成形品を支持体の回りに配置して、予備成形品は繊維状要素を包含し、これらの繊維状要素は乾燥繊維を包含し、
−第2樹脂を繊維状予備成形品内に射出し、かつ
−第2重合工程において、第2樹脂を重合させ、かつ第1樹脂の重合を同時に停止させる。
−予備含浸樹脂繊維を用いて複合体材料で作り、かつ繊維状要素の層の間に位置する部品、該部品は実質的に互いに平行な繊維を包含し、これらの繊維は連接ロッドの圧縮の好ましい軸に実質的に沿って配位している。
図1〜6は本発明による方法の工程の概要図であり、
図7は予備含浸及び予備重合した部品を得る工程の概要図である。
Claims (17)
- 予備含浸した部品(10、11)を作り、この部品(10、11)は実質的に整列した繊維(12)を包含し、これ等の繊維は第1樹脂で含浸されており、
予備含浸した部品の第1樹脂のみを該樹脂内部に繊維がその位置に固定されるに十分硬い段階にまで部分重合する第1工程に付し、
予備重合した部品(10、11)及び乾燥繊維状予備成形品(8)を支持体の周りに置き、予備成形品は繊維状要素(6、13)を包含し、これ等の繊維状要素は乾燥繊維(7)を包含し、
第2樹脂は繊維状予備成形品内に射出し、かつ
第2重合工程において、第2樹脂を重合しかつ第1樹脂の重合を同時に終了させる
工程を包含することを特徴とするRTM複合体部品の製造方法。 - 予備含浸部品(10、11)は互いに重ねた繊維の片(29、30)によって形成し、予備含浸部品の繊維は、各片について、互いに実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1樹脂は5%から70%に亘る重合率で部分的に重合させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 予備含浸及び予備重合した部品(10、11)は予備成形品(8)の繊維状要素(6、13)の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載の方法。
- 第1樹脂及び第2樹脂は互いに適合する分子構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1樹脂及び第2樹脂は実質的に同一の化学組成を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第2樹脂を射出するために、
支持体(1)、予備成形品(8)及び部品(10、11)を型(16)内に置き、及び
第2樹脂を型(16)内に射出してこの第2樹脂を予備成形品(8)の乾燥繊維(7)に含浸させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 予備含浸及び予備重合した部品(10、11)を作るために、
予備含浸片(29、30)の積重ねを予備重合工程の前に成形し、これらの片(29、30)は実質的に整列しかつ互いに平行な繊維(12)を包含し、これらの繊維(12)は互いに第1樹脂で結合されており、及び
このように成形されたこれ等の片の第1樹脂を部分的に重合することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 第1樹脂の部分重合は真空下又は圧力下で行うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 片(29、30)は予備含浸部品の作成に専用の特定ツールセット(31)上で成形することを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 片(29、30)を支持体(1)上で成形することを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 切断及び/又は機械加工作業は成形し及び予備重合した片(29、30)上で行うことを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 繊維状、ストッキング形状要素(6、13)を用い、これらの繊維状要素(6、13)は組合せた繊維(7)を包含することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- プラス又はマイナス45度で組合せた繊維(7)を用いることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 予備含浸及び予備重合した部品(10、11)の繊維が、得られた最終部品(23)に適用されるべき圧縮力の方向に平行に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- RTM法で成形後に樹脂で含浸した組合せ繊維(7)を包含する繊維状要素の少なくとも2の層(6、13)、及び
樹脂で予備含浸した繊維を用いて複合体材料で作られかつ繊維状要素の層(6、13)の間に位置する部品(10、11)、該(10、11)は互いに実質的に平行な繊維(12)を包含し、これらの繊維(12)は連結ロッドの圧縮の好ましい軸に沿って実質的に配位していることを包含することを特徴とする圧縮の好ましい軸を包含する複合体材料で作られた連結ロッド。 - 繊維状要素(6、13)の層がその上に位置する延長した管状支持体(1)を更に包含することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の連結ロッド。
