Abstract
Description
1つの態様において、希釈の際にその洗浄剤(界面活性剤)の担体への保持が強化されている組成物が提供される。これらの組成物は従来技術に対していくつかの利点を有し、それは例えば、使用に際し洗浄組成物の消費量が少ない、従ってより良好な効率を与える、使用に際しより経済的である、および環境に優しいなどである。洗浄剤の担体への増強された保持はまた、該担体への再充填に費やす時間を低減もし、その結果、本発明の洗浄組成物は、その使用においてより迅速であり、より効果的である。更にその上、本発明の組成物の利点により、洗浄組成物用の容器のより合理的な使用が可能になる。

1つ以上の界面活性剤、
1つ以上の粘度調節剤、
を含む、希釈−増粘水性液体洗浄組成物を提供する。
いずれもが、アルカリ金属アルカリエーテル硫酸塩である、少なくとも2つの陰イオン界面活性剤、
粘度調節剤としての少なくとも1つの電解質、
を含む希釈−増粘水性液体洗浄組成物であり、界面活性剤の量の電解質の量に対する比が約4.3と約12との間である、前記希釈−増粘水性液体洗浄組成物を提供する。
本発明の組成物は、陰イオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、双性イオン性界面活性剤および非イオン性界面活性剤、ならびにそれらの組み合わせから選択され得る少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を必要とする。好ましくは、本発明の組成物は、少なくとも1つの陰イオン界面活性剤、および陰イオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、双性イオン性界面活性剤および非イオン性界面活性剤、ならびにそれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとももう1つの界面活性剤を含む。
有用な陰イオン界面活性剤は、例えば約8から約18の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルキル、アルケニル基またはアルキル芳香族基、およびリン酸基、ホスホン酸基、スルホン酸基、硫酸基またはカルボキシル基から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの水可溶化基を有する有機反応生成物のアルカリ金属塩、アンモニウム塩またはアルカノールアンモニウム塩である。
両性界面活性剤には2つの分類:pH応答性(両性)の界面活性剤およびpH非応答性(双性イオン性)の界面活性剤がある。適した両性界面活性剤は、四級アンモニウム基または非四級アンモニウム基および約8から約18の炭素原子を有する1つの長鎖アルキル基またはアルケニル基および硫酸基、スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、リン酸基、またはホスホン酸基から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの水可溶化基を含む脂肪族二級および三級アミンの誘導体である。
適した双性イオン性界面活性剤は、約8から約18の炭素原子を有する1つの長鎖基および硫酸基、スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、リン酸基またはホスホン酸基から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの水可溶化基を有する脂肪族四級アンモニウム、スルホニウムおよびホスホニウム化合物の誘導体として広く記述し得るものとして例示される。これらの化合物に対する一般式は:

有用な非イオン性界面活性剤は、酸化エチレン、酸化プロピレン、酸化ブチレン、酸化ポリエチレンなどの親水性酸化アルキレンまたはポリエチレングリコールと縮合して非イオン性界面活性剤を形成するために利用し得る遊離反応性水素を有する機能性基を有する疎水性アルキル、アルケニル、またはアルキル芳香族化合物の縮合生成物を含む。そのような機能性基の例としては、ヒドロキシ、カルボキシ、メルカプト、アミノまたはアミド基が挙げられる。
本発明による組成物は、必須成分として少なくとも1つの粘度調節剤を含む。これらの調節剤の目的は、粘度を未希釈組成物の低初期値から希釈に際してより高い値に増大させることである。低粘度は組成物がスポンジなどの担体に容易に浸入する助けとなる。好ましくは、未希釈組成物は500mPas未満の粘度、より好ましくは少なくとも50mPasの粘度、最も好ましくは250から350mPasの粘度を有する。
本発明の組成物は、芳香剤、防腐剤、および着色剤などのその他の成分を場合により含む。特に着色剤は、吸着担体中の組成物の存在を示すために有用である。
i)担体を本発明の組成物と接触させる段階、
ii)担体と組成物との組み合わせを水で処理する段階、および
iii)表面の洗浄操作を担体で実施する段階、

a)界面活性剤の溶液を準備する段階、
b)粘度調節剤の溶液を準備する段階、
c)界面活性剤の溶液を粘度調節剤の溶液と混合する段階、
を含む、洗浄剤の担体への保持を増強するための方法を提供する。
Claims (15)
- 共にアルカリ金属アルキルエーテル硫酸塩である、少なくとも2つの陰イオン界面活性剤;
粘度調節剤としての少なくとも1つの電解質;
を含む希釈−増粘水性液体洗浄組成物であり、界面活性剤の量の電解質の量に対する比が約4.3と約12との間である、前記希釈−増粘水性液体洗浄組成物。 - 陰イオン界面活性剤が、1から4のEO基を有するC10−C18アルキルエーテル硫酸塩である、請求項1に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 両性界面活性剤を追加的に含む、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 両性界面活性剤が、C10−C18アルキルアミドプロピルベタインである、請求項3に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 陰イオン界面活性剤の量と両性界面活性剤の量との間の重量比が、約1.3から約1.9である、請求項4に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 両性界面活性剤の量が、組成物の10から18重量%である、請求項5に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 電解質に加えて、粘度調節剤としての有機溶媒を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 電解質が水溶性有機および無機塩から選択され、陽イオンがアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウムおよびそれらの混合物から選択され、ならびに陰イオンが塩化物、硫酸塩、リン酸塩、酢酸塩、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 水溶性塩が、塩化カリウム、塩化ナトリウムまたは塩化アンモニウム、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項8に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 塩の量が、組成物の2.0から4.5重量%である、請求項8および9のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 有機溶媒が、1から3のヒドロキシル基を有するC1−C4アルキルアルコールから組成物の粘度を増大させるために十分な量で選択される、請求項7に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 有機溶媒が、エタノールおよび/またはプロピレングリコールから組成物の2%と7%との間の量で選択される、請求項11に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 初期粘度が50と500mPasとの間であり、および組成物1に対して、1.5から2.5で希釈した際に、初期粘度の少なくとも5倍のピーク粘度に達する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物。
- 初期粘度が250と300mPasとの間であり、およびピーク粘度が少なくとも10倍高い、請求項13に記載の洗浄組成物。
- i)担体を請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させる段階;
ii)担体および組成物との組み合わせを水で処理する段階;および
iii)表面の洗浄操作を担体で実施する段階;
を含む、硬質表面を洗浄する方法。
