Claims (63)
- ユーザが医師の役割を演じる医療シミュレーション内で、前記ユーザと患者との間の相互交流を含む医療シナリオを前記ユーザに提示する工程と、
前記ユーザと前記患者との間の前記相互交流中における前記ユーザの行為に少なくとも部分的に基づく、前記ユーザに対応するパフォーマンス・データを識別する工程と、
前記医療シミュレーション内で、前記ユーザの医療技能を改善することを目的とする訓練目標を前記ユーザが達成したかどうかを判断するため、識別した前記パフォーマンス・データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記ユーザを評価する工程とを含む、医療訓練の方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法が、前記識別したパフォーマンス・データに基づいて、前記ユーザにフィードバックを提供する工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記フィードバックが、前記ユーザと前記患者との間の前記相互交流中における前記ユーザの前記行為に基づく所見を含む、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記フィードバックが、前記ユーザと前記患者との間の前記相互交流中における前記ユーザの前記行為から生じる、前記医療シミュレーション内での帰結を含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法が、前記ユーザにアバターを割り当てる工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法が、前記ユーザからアバター選択を受け取る工程を更に含む、方法。

- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記識別したパフォーマンス・データが、前記ユーザによる前記患者の診断、前記患者の満足度、前記ユーザがもたらした前記患者の信頼度、前記ユーザが前記患者に尋ねた質問、前記患者からの質問に対する前記ユーザの応答、前記ユーザが前記患者に対して行った検査、及び前記相互交流の視聴覚表現の少なくとも1つを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記相互交流が、前記患者が医療救済を求めようとする試みを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記患者が、前記相互交流中において前記患者の病状に関して前記ユーザに嘘をつく、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記相互交流が、前記医療シミュレーション内の医療機関で行われる、方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記医療機関が病院及び診療所の少なくとも1つを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記訓練目標が前記ユーザによる前記患者の正確な診断を含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記訓練目標が規定された治療計画に従うように前記患者を説得することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記訓練目標が特定の患者満足度を達成することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記患者がコンピュータ制御の患者を含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記患者が第2のユーザを含む、方法。

前記ユーザに対応する、前記ユーザと前記患者との間の前記相互交流中における前記ユーザの行為に部分的に基づくパフォーマンス・データを識別し、
識別した前記パフォーマンス・データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記医療シミュレーション内で、前記ユーザの医療技能を改善することを目的とする訓練目標を前記ユーザが達成したかどうかを判断するように構成された、媒体。 - 医療シミュレーション内で医療シナリオを生成し、
前記医療シナリオ内でユーザが医師の役割を演じる前記医療シナリオを前記ユーザに提示し、
前記医療シナリオ内での前記ユーザの行為に基づいてパフォーマンス・データを識別し、
識別した前記パフォーマンス・データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記医療シミュレーション内で、前記ユーザの医療技能を改善することを目的とする訓練目標を前記ユーザが達成したかどうかを判断し、
前記ユーザが前記訓練目標を達成していた場合、前記医療シミュレーション内での前記ユーザの状態を増加させるように構成された、コンピュータ・コードを含む医療訓練エンジンと、
前記医療訓練エンジンを格納するように構成されたメモリと、
前記メモリに結合され、前記医療訓練エンジンを実行するように構成されたプロセッサとを備える、医療訓練用のシステム。 - 三次元模擬環境を確立する工程と、
前記三次元模擬環境内で少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターを確立する工程と、
前記三次元模擬環境内で、ユーザと前記少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターとの間の相互交流を含む少なくとも1つのシナリオを前記ユーザに提示する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つのシナリオに応答して、前記ユーザと前記少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターとの間の相互交流を含むユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを捕捉する工程と、
捕捉した前記ユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを使用して、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの対人相互交流特性を評価する工程とを含む、対人相互交流を評価する方法。 - 請求項39に記載の方法において、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの対人相互交流特性を査定する前記工程が、
パフォーマンス目標を規定する少なくとも1つの評価基準を提供し、
前記ユーザが前記パフォーマンス目標を達成したかどうかを評価するため、前記捕捉したユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを前記少なくとも1つの評価基準と比較することを含む、方法。 - 請求項39に記載の方法において、該方法が、前記三次元模擬環境内で前記ユーザのユーザ・アバターを作成する工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項39に記載の方法において、該方法が、前記ユーザの前記少なくとも1つの対人相互交流特性の前記評価に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記ユーザ・アバターを修正する工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項39に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターが少なくとも1つのユーザ制御のアバターを含む、方法。
- 請求項39に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターが、人間に近い挙動を示すようにプログラムされた少なくとも1つのコンピュータ制御のアバターを含む、方法。
- 少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置を含む三次元模擬環境を確立する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置を少なくとも1つの情報源に接続する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置と前記少なくとも1つの情報源との間で情報を交換する工程とを含む、情報交換を容易にする方法。 - 請求項45に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置が、バーチャル計算機、バーチャル電話機器、バーチャルテレビ会議機器、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから成る群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項45に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置がバーチャル電子健康記録システムを含む、方法。

- 請求項53に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つのシナリオをユーザに提示する前記工程が、前記少なくとも1つのシナリオを提示する前に、前記ユーザの前記職業適格性のレベルに基づいて少なくとも1つのシナリオを選択することを含む、方法。
- 請求項52に記載の方法において、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの特性を評価する前記工程が、前記捕捉したユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを1つ以上の事前選択した評価基準と比較することを含む、方法。

前記少なくとも1つのシナリオに応答して、前記ユーザと前記少なくとも1つのシナリオ・アバターとの間の相互交流を含むユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを捕捉するように構成された捕捉用プロセッサと、
捕捉した前記ユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを使用して、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの対人相互交流特性を評価するように構成された評価プロセッサとを備える、対人相互交流を評価するシステム。 - 請求項59に記載のシステムにおいて、前記評価用プロセッサと有効に連通しており、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つのパフォーマンス目標を生成するように構成された目標用プロセッサを更に備え、前記評価用プロセッサが、前記目標用プロセッサが生成した前記少なくとも1つの目標に対して前記少なくとも1つの対人相互交流特性を評価する、システム。
- 請求項59に記載のシステムにおいて、該システムが、前記捕捉用プロセッサと有効に連通している少なくとも1つのユーザ入力装置を更に備える、システム。
- 少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置を含む三次元模擬環境を確立するように構成された設定用プロセッサと、
少なくとも1つの情報源と前記少なくとも1つのバーチャル通信装置との間で情報を交換するように構成された参照用プロセッサとを備える、情報交換を促進するシステム。 - 三次元模擬環境を確立するように構成された設定用プロセッサと、
前記三次元模擬環境内で、評価されるべきユーザの少なくとも1つの特性に関連する少なくとも1つのシナリオを、システムの前記ユーザに提示するように構成されたシナリオ用プロセッサと、
前記少なくとも1つのシナリオに応答してユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを捕捉するように構成された捕捉用プロセッサと、
捕捉した前記ユーザ・パフォーマンス・データを使用して、前記ユーザの少なくとも1つの特性を評価するように構成された評価用プロセッサとを備える、個別評価に使用する情報を収集するシステム。
