Abstract
上部透明電極の配線抵抗を低くして、配線抵抗による消費電力の低減が可能な有機発光装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
有機発光装置は、下部反射電極4,正孔輸送層7,白色発光層8,電子輸送層9,電子注入層10及び上部透明電極11を有する有機発光素子が、金属基板2上に配置されている。上部透明電極11は、コンタクトホール12の接続電極5を介して金属基板2に電気的に接続されている。これにより、上部透明電極11による配線抵抗が低くなり、消費電力が低減される。

Claims (9)
- 下部反射電極、有機層及び上部透明電極を有する有機発光素子を導電性基板上に配置した有機発光装置において、
前記上部透明電極が、前記下部反射電極の周囲に配置されたコンタクトホールを介して前記導電性基板に接続されていることを特徴とする有機発光装置。 - 前記上部透明電極が、前記下部反射電極と同様の材料で形成された接続電極を介して、前記導電性基板に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記下部反射電極に接続する補助配線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記下部反射電極の形状が、ドット状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記ドット状の下部反射電極の四方に配置された複数のコンタクトホールを介して、前記上部透明電極と前記導電性基板とが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記上部透明電極の形状が、ストライプ状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光装置。
- 有機層及び上部透明電極を有する有機発光素子を導電性基板上に配置した有機発光装置において、
前記導電性基板が、発光光の反射性を有する反射電極として機能することを特徴とする有機発光装置。 - さらに、前記上部透明電極と接続する補助配線を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記補助配線の形状が、メッシュ状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光装置。
