Abstract
【解決手段】カップ11の蓋部18と、十字形軸10の軸部15の端面32との間に軸部15の端面32に対して相対回転可能にワッシャ30を配置する。ワッシャ30に、軸部15の端面に形成された凹部33内に突出する突出部41を形成する。上記突出部41の外面に、羽根部を形成する。ワッシャ30の突出部41側の軸方向の端面のみに、突出部41から径方向の外方に延在する溝を形成する。

上記十字形軸の軸部に外嵌すると共に、円筒状部と、蓋部とを有する有底円筒状のカップと、
上記カップの上記円筒状部の内周面と、上記軸部の外周面との間に配置された転動体と、
上記カップの上記蓋部と、上記軸部の端面との間に位置し、上記軸部の上記端面に対して相対回転可能である円板状のワッシャと
を備え、
上記軸部は、上記端面の中心に孔部を有し、
上記ワッシャは、上記ワッシャの上記軸部側に、上記孔部内に突出する突出部と、上記突出部から径方向の外方に延在する溝とを有し、
上記突出部の外面は、羽根部を有することを特徴としている。

- 十字形軸と、
上記十字形軸の軸部に外嵌すると共に、円筒状部と、蓋部とを有する有底円筒状のカップと、
上記カップの上記円筒状部の内周面と、上記軸部の外周面との間に配置された転動体と、
上記カップの上記蓋部と、上記軸部の端面との間に位置し、上記軸部の上記端面に対して相対回転可能である円板状のワッシャと
を備え、
上記軸部は、上記端面の中心に孔部を有し、
上記ワッシャは、上記ワッシャの上記軸部側に、上記孔部内に突出する突出部と、上記突出部から径方向の外方に延在する溝とを有し、
上記突出部の外面は、羽根部を有することを特徴とする十字軸継手。
