Abstract
【解決手段】 分割コア10,…からなるコア体100の直径以上の大きさの内空径を有し、かつ、コア体100の高さ未満の内空高さを有する環状側壁21と、該環状側壁21の両端において径方向内側へ突出するフランジ22と、を備えた円筒体20を用意し、該円筒体20を熱膨張させる第1の工程と、熱膨張した姿勢の円筒体20の内部に円環状のコア体100を形成する第2の工程と、円筒体20を収縮させ、フランジ22にてコア体100に高さ方向の押圧力を付与して該コア体100を締め付ける第3の工程と、からなる。

Claims (2)
- 分割コアを周方向に組み付けてなる円環状のコア体をその外周から円筒体にて締め付けることにより、電動機の分割ステータコアを製造する方法であって、
前記コア体の直径以上の大きさの内空径を有し、かつ、前記コア体の高さ未満の内空高さを有する環状側壁と、該環状側壁の両端において径方向内側へ突出するフランジと、を備えた前記円筒体を用意し、該円筒体を熱膨張させる第1の工程と、
熱膨張した姿勢の前記円筒体の内部に前記円環状のコア体を形成する第2の工程と、
前記円筒体を収縮させ、前記フランジにて前記コア体に高さ方向の押圧力を付与して該コア体を締め付ける第3の工程と、からなる分割ステータコアの製造方法。 - 前記コア体の端部もしくは前記フランジの一方に突起が設けられ、他方の該突起に対応する位置に凹溝が設けられており、少なくとも前記円筒体が収縮した際に前記凹溝に前記突起が嵌め合いされる、請求項1に記載の分割ステータコアの製造方法。
