Abstract
【解決手段】クラッチ制御部130は、クラッチ6が切断された第1制御状態Aにおいて、エンストが非検知、かつニュートラルが非検知、かつ発進操作が非検知の状態で所定時間が経過すると、第3制御状態Cへ遷移できる第2制御状態Bに遷移させる。クラッチ6が切断された第2制御状態Bにおいて発進操作が検知されると、液圧モジュレータ20を駆動してクラッチ6を接続または半クラッチとする第3制御状態Cに遷移させる。第2制御状態Bおいて、エンストが検知、または、ニュートラルが検知されると、第1制御状態Aに遷移させる。第3制御状態Cにおいてニュートラル状態が検知されると第1制御状態Aに戻り、非走行が検知されると第2制御状態Bに戻る。

Claims (5)
- 車両のエンジンから変速機を介して駆動輪へ伝達される回転駆動力を断接するクラッチのクラッチ制御装置において、
前記クラッチを断接するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの動作を制御する制御手段と、
前記変速機のニュートラルを検知するニュートラル検知手段と、
少なくとも前記エンジンの運転状態を検知する車両状態検知手段と、
前記車両の発進操作を検知する発進操作検知手段とを具備し、
前記制御手段は、前記ニュートラルが非検知となった後に、前記発進操作が検知されずに所定時間が経過すると、前記クラッチの接続方向への駆動を許可することを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 車両のエンジンから変速機を介して駆動輪へ伝達される回転駆動力を断接するクラッチのクラッチ制御装置において、
前記クラッチを断接するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの動作を制御する制御手段と、
前記変速機のニュートラルを検知するニュートラル検知手段と、
少なくとも前記エンジンの運転状態を検知する車両状態検知手段と、
前記車両の発進操作を検知する発進操作検知手段とを具備し、
前記制御手段は、前記クラッチが半クラッチまたは接続状態の第3制御状態と、前記クラッチが切断されていると共に前記発進操作が検知されても前記第3制御状態への遷移を禁止する第1制御状態と、前記クラッチが切断されていると共に前記発進操作の検知に応じて前記第3制御状態への遷移を許可する第2制御状態とを有し、さらに、
前記制御手段は、前記第1制御状態において、エンジンの運転が検知され、かつ前記ニュートラルが検知されず、かつ発進操作が検知されずに所定時間経過すると、前記第2制御状態に遷移させ、
前記第2制御状態において、前記エンジンの運転が検知されず、または前記ニュートラルが検知されると、前記第1制御状態へ遷移させることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記発進操作検知手段は、スロットルの開度を検出するスロットル開度検出手段またはエンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出手段の出力信号の少なくともいずれか一方に基づいて、前記発進操作を検知することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記車両状態検知手段は、さらに車両の走行も検知し、
前記制御手段は、前記第3制御状態において、前記ニュートラル状態が検知されると第1制御状態に遷移させ、前記第3制御状態において、車両の非走行が検知されると前記第2制御状態へ遷移させることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記クラッチを断接操作するためのクラッチレバーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
