Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸11の中心軸線CLから一定距離を隔てて配置された質量体12と、質量体12を回転軸11に対して回転自在に支持するとともに回転軸11の中心軸線CLに対する質量体12の支持姿勢を一定に維持する転がり軸受13と、を備える。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略側面断面図であり、図2はその制振装置の概略正面断面図、図3は第1の実施の形態に係る制振装置を装着した動力伝達装置の側面断面図である。なお、本実施形態は、本発明の制振装置を後輪駆動車のリヤディファレンシャル装置に装着される曲げ共振抑止用マスダンパに適用したものである。
図6(a)は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略側面断面図であり、図6(b)は、第2の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略正面断面図である。
図7(a)は、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略側面断面図であり、図7(b)は、第3の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略正面断面図である。なお、本実施形態は、上述の第1の実施の形態とほぼ同様の全体構成を有し、質量体の断面形状のみが上述の第1の実施の形態と相違するものである。
図8(a)は、本発明の第4の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略側面断面図であり、図8(b)は、第4の実施の形態に係る制振装置の概略正面断面図である。なお、本実施形態は、上述の第1の実施の形態とほぼ同様の全体構成を有し、質量体の形状のみが上述の第1の実施の形態と相違するものである。

Claims (9)
- 回転軸の中心軸線から一定距離を隔てて配置された質量体と、
前記質量体を前記回転軸に対して回転自在に支持するとともに前記回転軸の中心軸線に対する前記質量体の支持姿勢を一定に維持する支持手段と、を備えた制振装置。 - 前記質量体が、前記回転軸を取り囲む環状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制振装置。
- 前記支持手段が、前記質量体を前記回転軸に対し同軸の状態に拘束することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制振装置。
- 前記質量体が、前記回転軸の中心軸線上に重心を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか1の請求項に記載の制振装置。
- 前記質量体が、前記回転軸の中心軸線から外れた位置に重心を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか1の請求項に記載の制振装置。
- 前記支持手段が、前記回転軸と前記質量体との間に設けられた軸受によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか1の請求項に記載の制振装置。
- 前記軸受が、それぞれ前記回転軸の外周側に転動可能に支持されるとともに前記質量体に転動可能に係合する複数の転動部材によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制振装置。
- 前記複数の転動部材が、それぞれ前記回転軸の中心軸線と平行な中心軸線を有する円柱状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の制振装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のうちいずれか1の請求項に記載の制振装置と、
ケースと、
前記回転軸として前記ケースに回転自在に支持され、回転動力を入力する駆動側歯車軸と、
前記ケースに収納され、前記駆動側歯車軸に噛合し減速回転する従動側歯車軸と、
前記従動側歯車軸により回転駆動される出力軸と、を備えた動力伝達装置。
