Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-faced block material facilitating the laying work. <P>SOLUTION: The double-faced block comprises a block frame body comprising two wall faces forming a right angle, and a rectangular block receiving base arranged horizontally at the center of the wall faces. Projections to be inserted into holes formed in the wall faces are arranged on the block receiving base. Blocks different from each other are respectively bonded to both faces of the block receiving base in a manner that their surfaces face outside, so that the double-faced block may be formed. The block frame body is used to improve the work efficiency. Description

The present invention belongs to flooring technology that can be used on both front and back sides.

Conventionally, flooring has been developed in which one side is a tatami mat and the other side is a carpet. Since this type of flooring that can be used on both sides is turned upside down and the tatami surface and the carpet side are used properly, it is necessary to make the flooring thinner and lighter in order to reduce the flipping work. If the floor material is made thin, the floor material is bent during the above-described operation, which makes it difficult to work.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-179129 proposes a double-sided floor material using different surface materials on both sides of a central material such as a fiber resin reinforced sheet.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-52326 discloses that a decorative sheet is bonded to both sides of a substrate and the decorative sheet is subjected to different designs.

All flooring materials were long and heavy, and the switching operation between the front and back sides was heavy.

An object of the present invention is to provide a block material that can be easily laid and used on both sides.

The present invention comprises a block frame body formed of two wall surfaces forming a right angle and a rectangular block cradle provided horizontally at the center of the wall surface, and the block cradle includes a hole provided in the wall surface. It is a block that can be used on both sides, provided with protrusions to be inserted and pasted with different blocks on both sides of the block cradle so that the surface thereof is on the outside. In order to improve the workability, a block frame was used, the connecting portion was provided on the block frame, and the blocks on both sides were attached to the front and back of the block cradle, which is the central surface of the block frame.

Since the block frame has a connecting portion, front-rear and left-right connection is facilitated. Since the rectangular block cradle is horizontally provided at the center of the wall surface of the block frame body, blocks of different designs can be attached to both the front and back surfaces of the block cradle.

As shown in the drawing, the block frame body is composed of a right-angle wall surface and a block cradle provided horizontally at the center of the wall surface.
