Abstract
【解決手段】除湿装置5では再生した吸着剤粒子を貯留する粒子溜1からの吸着剤粒子を導入して室内空気を除湿する。再生装置12では除湿装置5からの水分を吸着した吸着剤粒子を導入し、民生用コジェネ装置13等の民生用各種機器からの排熱を用いる熱交換器11で加熱して吸着した水分を脱離して再生する。再生した吸着剤粒子は真空ポンプ16によって吸引し吸着剤粒子を粒子溜1に搬送する。真空ポンプ16からの排気は適宜民生用機器の燃焼空気として利用する。また、上記のように吸着剤粒子を循環させずに、吸着剤粒子を収容した容器を併設し、各容器に交互に室内空気、或いは廃熱を利用した温水等を切り換えて導入し、この切り換えを繰り返すことにより連続的に作動させる。

Claims (6)
- 吸着剤を収容した第1吸着剤容器及び第2吸着剤容器と、
室内の空気を前記第1吸着剤容器と第2吸着剤容器の片方に選択的に導いて吸着剤に水分及び有害物質を吸着して、その後室内に送気する除湿操作部と、
加熱流体を前記第1吸着剤容器と第2吸着剤容器の他方に選択的に導いて前記水分及び有害物質を吸着した吸着剤粒子を再生する再生操作部とを備え、
前記加熱流体の熱源は民生用機器の排熱を用いることを特徴とする小型デシカント空調装置。 - 前記再生操作部側の吸着剤容器は真空ポンプにより吸引し減圧されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の小型デシカント空調装置。
- 前記民生用機器として、民生用小型熱電併給装置またはヒートポンプ式エアコンの排熱を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の小型デシカント空調装置。
- 前記加熱流体の熱源として民生用機器の燃焼装置又は内燃機関の排気を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の小型デシカント空調装置。
- 前記吸着剤の再生後の空気を前記燃焼装置又は内燃機関に供給し燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の小型デシカント空調装置。
- 前記民生用機器の排熱として、民生用機器からの温排水を用い、吸着剤再生後に該民生用機器に循環させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一つに記載の小型デシカント空調装置。
