Abstract

Claims (26)
- ネットワークを介して広告サービスを提供するための方法であって、
ネットワークを介して広告媒体内に提示するために、システム・プロバイダ装置に少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を定義するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告にネットワークを介して応答して、システム・プロバイダ装置において参加広告主に課金できる入札金額を確立するステップと、
前記入札金額に基づいて、システム・プロバイダ装置において前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を参加広告主に関連づけるステップと、
ネットワークを介して前記入札可能な広告への応答を受信するステップと、
ネットワークを介して前記関連する参加広告主に前記応答を提供するステップと、
前記入札金額に基づいて、前記応答が行われた時点でサーバを介して前記入札可能な広告に関連する前記参加広告主に課金するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記広告媒体が静的媒体であり、前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を定義する前記ステップが、ネットワークを介して前記広告内に問合わせ識別子を供給するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。
- 前記問合わせ識別子が、サービス・プロバイダの電話番号であり、前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を前記参加広告主に関連づける前記ステップが、ネットワークを介して前記参加広告主の電話番号により前記サービス・プロバイダの電話番号をマッピングするステップを含む、請求項2に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。

- 前記複数の入札可能な広告掲載欄が異なる値を有し、前記入札可能な広告を前記参加広告主に関連づける前記ステップが、システム・プロバイダ装置において、複数の参加広告主の入札金額により、値の順序で前記複数の広告掲載欄を関連づけるステップをさらに含
む、請求項4に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。 - 前記問合わせ識別子が、サービス・プロバイダのネットワーク・アドレスであり、前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を前記参加広告主に関連づける前記ステップが、ネットワークを介して前記参加広告主に関連するネットワーク・アドレスにより前記サービス・プロバイダのネットワーク・アドレスをマッピングするステップを含む、請求項2に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を定義する前記ステップが、システム・プロバイダ装置において、前記入札可能な広告に関連する前記参加広告主が指定するコンテンツを挿入するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。
- 前記広告媒体が対話型媒体であり、システム・プロバイダ装置において前記参加広告主が指定するコンテンツの少なくとも一部が、ネットワークを介して前記入札可能な広告に応答を行う当事者が供給する入力により決定される、請求項7に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告をある参加広告主に関連づける前記ステップが、複数の参加広告主の間に入札加重ローテーションをさらに含み、前記各参加広告主の参加レベルが、前記各入札金額によりシステム・プロバイダ装置において決定される、請求項1に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。

参加広告主間の前記入札可能な広告に対してオークションを提供するステップであって、前記参加広告主が、前記入札可能な広告への応答に対して支払い可能な入札金額をシステム・プロバイダ装置において供給するステップと、
システム・プロバイダ装置において、少なくとも一部は前記入札金額に基づいて、参加広告主を前記入札可能な広告に関連づけるステップと、
広告主の口座、広告主のリスト、前記広告リストに関連する入札金額、参加広告主に対する問合わせ経路指定情報の記録を有する参加広告主データベースをシステム・プロバイダ装置において維持するステップと、
前記問合わせ識別子を用いて、前記入札可能な広告のうちの少なくとも1つの広告に応答してネットワークを介して消費者から問合わせを受信するステップと、
応答が行われている前記入札可能な広告にシステム・プロバイダ装置においてどの参加広告主が関連しているのかを決定し、ネットワークを介して前記参加広告主に関連する前記問合わせ経路指定情報を用いて、前記問合わせを経路指定するステップと、
前記問合わせが経路指定された前記参加広告主の前記広告主のシステム・プロバイダ装置における口座から前記入札金額を引き落とすステップとを含む静的媒体のペイ・フォー・パフォーマンス広告のための方法。 - 前記問合わせ識別子が、サービス・プロバイダの電話番号であり、前記少なくとも1つの入札可能な広告を前記参加広告主に関連づける前記ステップが、ネットワークを介して前記参加広告主の電話番号により、前記サービス・プロバイダの電話番号をマッピングするステップを含む、請求項12に記載の広告サービスを提供する方法。

システム・プロバイダ装置において前記入札可能な広告に対する前記顧客応答の時点で課金を受信するステップであって、該課金は、前記入札可能な広告と関連づけられた入札金額に基づいている前記課金を受信するステップと、
