【解決手段】代表例として、独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構特許微生物寄託センターに、受領番号NITE AP−390として寄託されたテピジミクロビウムsp ストレインHUT8118(Tepidimicrobium sp. strainHUT8118)もしくは受領番号NITE AP−391として寄託されたテピジミクロビウムsp ストレインHUT8119(Tepidimicrobium sp. strainHUT8119)と命名したバクテリアのいずれかまたは両方を混入させた発酵資材をアンモニア発酵槽に投入して所定の温度を保つ。

Claims (21)
- 独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構特許微生物寄託センターに、受領番号NITE AP−390として寄託されたテピジミクロビウムsp ストレインHUT8118(Tepidimicrobium sp. strainHUT8118)と命名したバクテリア、受領番号NITE AP−391として寄託されたテピジミクロビウムsp ストレインHUT8119(Tepidimicrobium sp. strainHUT8119)と命名したバクテリア、テピジミクロビウム フェリフィラム(Tepidimicrobium ferriphilum)、クロストリジウム ウルツネンセ(Clostridium ultunense)、ペプトストレプトコッカセ バクテリウム19gly(Peptostreptococcaceae bacterium 19gly)、クロストリジウムsp PO(Clostridium sp. PO)、スポロアンアエロバクター アセチゲネスLup33(Sporanaerobacter acetigenes Lup33)およびアセトアンアエロバクターsp(Acetanaerobacter sp.)のうち少なくとも一種のバクテリアを含み、前記一種または複数種のバクテリアを混入させた発酵資材を投入するための容器と、該発酵資材の温度を制御する温度制御手段とを含むことを特徴とするアンモニア発酵槽。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽が嫌気性発酵槽であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアンモニア発酵槽。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽から前記発酵資材を外部に移送する発酵資材移送手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアンモニア発酵槽。
- 前記発酵資材の混合手段が、自由落下手段および機械的攪拌手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽で発生する臭気成分を焼却するための燃焼装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽。
- 発生するアンモニアを水素源として回収する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽と、前記アンモニア発酵槽から移送された前記発酵資材を更に発酵させて可燃性ガスを取り出す可燃性ガス発酵槽とを含むことを特徴とする可燃性ガス製造装置。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽と前記可燃性ガス発酵槽とが直結してあることを特徴とする請求項7記載の可燃性ガス製造装置。
- 前記可燃性ガスから機械的エネルギー、電気エネルギーまたは熱エネルギーを取り出すエネルギー変換装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の可燃性ガス製造装置。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽の温度制御手段が、前記エネルギー変換装置からの電気エネルギーまたは熱エネルギーを利用することを特徴とする請求項9記載の可燃性ガス製造装置。
- 前記アンモニア発酵槽から発生する臭気成分を、前記エネルギー変換装置に導いて除去することを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造装置。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造装置と、前記可燃性ガス発酵槽から排出された発酵残渣を消化液と固形分とに分離する固液分離手段とを含むことを特徴とする可燃性ガス製造システム。
- 前記消化液を浄化するための消化液浄化手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項12記載の可燃性ガス製造システム。
- 前記固形分を乾燥する固形分乾燥手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の可燃性ガス製造システム。
- 前記固形分乾燥手段により乾燥した前記固形分を炭化する炭化炉と、該炭化炉から発生する乾留ガスを燃焼する燃焼装置とを含むことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造システム。
- 前記可燃性ガス製造装置から得られた前記可燃性ガスを貯蔵する可燃性ガス貯蔵タンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造システム。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法であって、前記発酵資材の温度を、常温より高く、かつ75℃より低く保つことを特徴とするアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法であって、前記発酵資材のpHが7.5未満になった時には、前記アンモニア発酵槽から前記発酵資材を外部に移送することを特徴とするアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法であって、前記アンモニア発酵槽内の前記発酵資材の滞留時間を6日以内としたことを特徴とするアンモニア発酵槽の運転方法。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造装置の運転方法であって、前記アンモニア発酵槽内の発酵資材中のアンモニア濃度が3500mg/kg以下になった時にアンモニア発酵槽内での滞留を終了し、該発酵資材を前記可燃性ガス発酵槽に移送するように制御することを特徴とする可燃性ガス製造装置の運転方法。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれかに記載の可燃性ガス製造装置の運転方法であって、前記アンモニア発酵槽内の前記発酵資材の滞留時間を6日以内としたことを特徴とする可燃性ガス製造装置の運転方法。
