Claims (12)
- スポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)が、リム・ベースを貫通している少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(5、25)によって、ホイール・リム(2)と接続されていること、接続エレメント(5、25)はスポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)の中に収納されているため、接続エレメント(5、25)が一方ではタイヤにより、もう一方ではスポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)により、完全に隠されていることを特徴とし、タイヤを支持するホイール・リム(2)およびホイール・リム(2)をホイール・ハブ(4、14、24)と接続するスポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)から構成され、その際、ホイール・リム(2)はプラスチック製、スポーク・ユニットまたはホイール・ディスク(23)は金属製であり、ホイール・リムは、形態拘束的および / または力拘束的あるいは材料拘束的にスポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)と接続されている、とくに乗用車およびモータサイクル用の車両ホイール(1)。
- ホイール・リム(2)が炭素繊維強化プラスチック、とりわけ炭素繊維強化エポキシ樹脂から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両ホイール。
- 繊維または繊維複合材料が、ホイール・リムの回転軸に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両ホイール。
- バルブ孔がリム・マウス側からリム・ベースのホイール・ハブ側の面に通っていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイール・リム(2)とスポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)間の接続を支持するためにバルブ孔が準備され、その際、タイヤ窒素ガスを通すため、この接続が中空構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- リム・ベースを貫通している少なくとも1つの接続エレメント(5、25)が、ホイール・リムのマウス側に少なくとも1つのシールを装備しており、その際、そのシールは、紙製、ゴム製、シリコン製、ポリウレタン製またはその他のエラストマ製であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- 優先的に植込みボルトの形をした複数の接続エレメント(5、25)が、リム・ベースの周囲に分配されて配置されており、スポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)のネジ穴にねじ込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- シールが、その他の材料またはシール材自身によって、少なくともひとつの接続エレメント(5、25)と接着していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両ホイール。
- スポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)が形態拘束的にホイール・ハブ側の面に重着し、その際、形態拘束面は少なくともcm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイール・リム(2)がテーパビードシート・リムとしてデザインされており、スポーク・ユニット(3、13)またはホイール・ディスク(23)が形態拘束的にリム・ショルダのホイール・ハブ側の面に重着し、その際、形態拘束面は少なくとも1cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイール・リム(2)がホイール面において、またはラジアルに分割されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
- 1つのスポーク構造が準備されており、その際、個々のスポーク(32)は、ホイール・ハブ(34)部分においてのみ材料拘束的に互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の車両ホイール。
