Abstract
Description
圧弁部から構成されている。ここで、電磁石は、中空円筒形の磁石ハウジングを有しており、その磁石ハウジングには、少なくとも1つのコイル巻線と軸方向に移動可能な磁性アーマチュアとが配置されている。磁石ハウジングにはまた、第1および第2の極片が配置されている。比例弁の弁部は、対照的に、中空円筒形の弁ハウジングによって形成されており、その弁ハウジングは、端部側において開口しており、また、その弁ハウジングの中空円筒形部内には、電磁石の磁性アーマチュアによってプランジャーロッドを介して軸方向に移動させることができる制御ピストンが収容されている。さらに、弁ハウジングは、その外周に、周囲を囲む複数の環状溝を有し、その複数の環状溝は、互いに軸方向に離間し、また、その環状溝の中には、いずれの場合も、弁ハウジングの中空円筒形部内へと開口し、横方向の孔部として形成される複数の半径方向の開口部が形成されている。中空円筒形の設計である弁部の制御ピストンはここでは、一方の端部側においては磁性アーマチュアのプランジャーロッドに連結され、他方の端部側においては、磁性アーマチュアの力に反して作用する圧縮ばねに連結されており、前記制御ピストンは、その外周に2つの環状制御部を有し、その2つの環状制御部は、電磁石への電流供給に応じて、弁ハウジング内の少なくとも2つの環状溝の半径方向の開口部の上に重なるかまたは下に重なる。さらに、制御ピストンは、軸方向に、長手方向孔部として実現された空洞を有しており、その空洞は、圧縮ばね側においては開口し、プランジャーロッド側では、半径方向孔部として形成された複数の半径方向の窓によって、弁ハウジングの中空円筒形に連結されており、また、その空洞は、弁ハウジング内で圧媒体をさらに輸送するために設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関のクランク軸に対するカム軸の回転角度を調整する装置を制御するための電磁油圧弁(1)、特に比例弁であって、一方では、中空円筒形の磁石ハウジング(4)と、少なくとも1つのコイル巻線(5)と、軸方向に移動可能な磁性アーマチュア(6)と、さらに第1および第2の極片(7、8)とを有する電磁石(2)で構成され、他方では、前記電磁石(2)の前記磁性アーマチュア(6)によってプランジャーロッド(11)を介して軸方向に移動されうる制御ピストン(12)が収容された中空円筒形の弁ハウジング(9)と、前記弁ハウジング(9)内に形成された圧媒体連結部であって、前記制御ピストン(12)の位置の関数として互いに連結または分離されうる圧媒体連結部と、前記磁性アーマチュア(6)の力に反して作用する圧縮ばね(13)によって影響を受ける前記制御ピストン(12)の復原部とを有する弁部(3)で構成されており、基部(18)と中空円筒形の側壁(19)とから構成されるスリーブ(17)が、前記プランジャーロッド(11)の方向に位置する前記制御ピストン(12)の端部に配置され、そのスリーブ(17)が、前記制御ピストン(12)よりも高い硬度を有することを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の電磁油圧弁(1)であって、前記スリーブ(17)が鉄鋼材料から製作され、非切断工程で製作される部品として形成され、硬度を増すために熱処理を受けることを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の電磁油圧弁(1)であって、前記プランジャーロッド(11)の方向を指す中央隆起部(20)が、前記スリーブ(17)の前記基部(18)に配置されることを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の電磁油圧弁(1)であって、前記スリーブ(17)の前記中空円筒形の側壁(19)が、前記基部(18)から離れた端部に、前記中空円筒形の側壁(19)よりも薄い肉厚を有するつば付縁部(21)を有することを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の電磁油圧弁(1)であって、前記制御ピストン(12)が、プラスチックからまたは軽金属から製作されることを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
- 請求項5に記載の電磁油圧弁(1)であって、前記プラスチックのピストンが、射出成形によって前記スリーブ(17)に連結されることを特徴とする電磁油圧弁(1)。
