Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、エンジンと、そのエンジンを航空機の翼と一体化するパイロンのケーブル(5、103)間の電気接続を確立するのに適したコネクタアセンブリ(1、100)に関する。雄部(2、101)は、突起端子(7、107)を持ち、雌部(3、102)は、ラグ端子(10、108)を持つ。雄部と雌部との中心には、芯となるシリコーン製の防火コアを充填する。一実施例では、突起端子は、その突起端子を持つケーブル(5)の軸線(A)に対して放射線状に延びる。別の実施例では、突起端子は前記突起端子を持つケーブル(103)の軸線(A´)に平行に延び、ラグ端子は、そのラグ端子を持つケーブルに対して直角に延びる。

Claims (11)
- エンジンと、エンジンを航空機の翼に固定するパイロンのケーブル(5、103)間の電気接続を確立するのに適した航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ(1、100)であって、該コネクタアセンブリはエンジンとパイロン間の隔壁(4、105)の箇所に位置し、前記コネクタアセンブリは、雄形コンタクト(7、107)を持つ雄部(2、101)と、雌形コンタクト(10、108)を持つ雌部(3、102)とを備え、前記雄形コンタクトは前記雄形コンタクトに電気接続されるように適合しており、
前記雄形コンタクトが突起端子(7、107)であり、前記雄形コンタクトがラグ端子(10、108)であり、各突起端子がそれぞれラグ端子を貫くように適合していることを特徴とする、航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。 - 前記コネクタアセンブリの雄部、および/または、雌部の芯を形成するような防火コア(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記防火コアが、シリコーン製のコアであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記防火コアが、ゴム製のコアであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記突起端子が、前記突起端子を持つケーブル(5)の長手方向の軸線(A)に対して放射線状に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記突起端子が、前記突起端子を持つケーブル(103)の長手方向の軸線(A´)に平行に延び、前記ラグ端子が、前記ラグ端子を持つケーブルに対して直角に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記ラグ端子が、フレキシブルな材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタアセンブリの雌部を備えるケーブルが、エンジン側に位置し、前記突起端子を備えるケーブルが、前記パイロン側に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記ラグ端子(10、108)の突起端子(7、107)への固定手段(115)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記固定手段が、ナットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記電気接続が、三相であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10に記載の航空機用のコネクタアセンブリ。
