Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング2と、ロータ軸及び該ロータ軸に固定された少なくとも1つの羽根車5,5’を備えるとともに前記ケーシング2内で軸方向とこの軸方向と直行する方向に対して支持されたロータ3とを備えて成るターボ機械において、前記ロータ3がその軸方向に支持されるよう、傾斜パッド11を備えて構成した2つの傾斜パッド軸受9,9’を互いに対置させるとともに、前記ロータに当接面を設けてこれに各傾斜パッドを当接させ、前記傾斜パッド11の少なくとも1つに該傾斜パッド11に作用する軸力を直接測定するための力測定装置12,12’を設けるとともに、該力測定装置12,12’に電子制御装置13を接続した。

Description
図1にはケーシング2及びこのケーシング2内で支持されたロータ3を備えたターボ機械1が示されており、ロータ3は、ロータ軸4と、該ロータ軸4の端部に可動に設けられた羽根車5,5’とを備えている。ここで、タービン側6の羽根車及びコンプレッサ側7の羽根車をそれぞれ符号5,5’で示している。
図2にはターボコンプレッサとしてのターボ機械1の実施の形態が示されており、ロータ3にはコンプレッサ24側のコンプレッサ羽根車5”が可動に設けられているのみである。

Claims (8)
- ケーシング(2)と、
ロータ軸(4)及び該ロータ軸に固定された少なくとも1つの羽根車(5,5’,5”)を備えるとともに前記ケーシング(2)内で軸方向とこの軸方向と直行する方向に対して支持されたロータ(3)と
を備えて成るターボ機械において、
前記ロータ(3)がその軸方向に支持されるよう、傾斜パッド(11)を備えて構成した2つの傾斜パッド軸受(9,9’)を互いに対置させるとともに、前記ロータ(4)に当接面を設けてこれに各傾斜パッドを当接させ、
前記傾斜パッド(11)の少なくとも1つに該傾斜パッド(11)に作用する軸力を直接測定するための力測定装置(12,12’)を設けるとともに、該力測定装置(12,12’)に電子制御装置(13)を接続したことを特徴とするターボ機械。 - 前記ロータの所定の面(14)と前記ケーシングの壁面(15)の間に密閉された圧力室(16,16’)を形成し、該圧力室(16,16’)を前記電子制御装置(13)で制御される圧力調整弁(18)に接続管路(17)を介して接続するとともに該圧力調整弁(18)に高圧管路(19)及び排気口(20)を接続することにより、前記圧力室(16,16’)内の圧力(p)で前記ロータ(3)に作用する軸力を緩衝させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のターボ機械。
- 前記羽根車(5)を前記ロータ軸(4)の端部に可動に設けるとともに、前記圧力室(16)を前記羽根車の押圧面(14)と前記壁面(15)の間に形成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載のターボ機械。
- 前記圧力室(16)を、一方では前記押圧面(14)と前記ケーシング(2)の間で羽根車側ラビリンス(21)によりシールし、他方では前記ロータ軸(4)と前記ケーシング(2)の間でロータ軸側ラビリンス(22)によりシールすることを特徴とする請求項3記載のターボ機械。
- 前記ロータ(3)の前記ロータ軸(4)の両端に1つずつ羽根車(5,5’)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記ロータ(3)に、少なくとも1つの駆動側としてのタービン羽根車(5)及び/又は少なくとも1つの出力側としてのコンプレッサ羽根車(5’)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記ロータ軸(4)にギヤ(27)及び/又はクラッチを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記ケーシング(2)に電動機械(23)を設けるとともに、該電動機械を前記ロータ軸(4)に連結させてモータ又は発電機として使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のターボ機械。
