Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材23と、外側継手部材23に内嵌される内側継手部材26と、外側継手部材23と内側継手部材26との間に介在してトルク伝達を行なうトルク伝達部材27とを備える。内側継手部材26にシャフト31が嵌挿されて、内側継手部材26を含む内部部品S1が外側継手部材23に対して軸方向に沿って摺動する。外側継手部材23に、シールプレート40と、シールプレート40よりも内部部品側に配置されるサークリップ44とを内装する。サークリップ44は、非衝撃時には内部部品S1のシールプレート40への接触を規制し、衝撃時には内部部品S1のシールプレート40側への衝突によるシールプレート40の外れを許容する。

Claims (3)
- 外側継手部材と、外側継手部材に内嵌される内側継手部材と、外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在してトルク伝達を行なうトルク伝達部材とを備え、前記内側継手部材にシャフトが嵌挿されて、この内側継手部材を含む内部部品が外側継手部材に対して軸方向に沿って摺動する推進軸用等速自在継手において、
前記外側継手部材に、シールプレートと、シールプレートよりも内部部品側に配置されるサークリップとを内装するとともに、前記サークリップは、非衝撃時には、内部部品のシールプレートへの接触を規制し、衝撃時には、内部部品のシールプレート側への突き当たりによるシールプレートの外れを許容することを特徴とする推進軸用等速自在継手。 - 前記サークリップは、衝撃時の内部部品のシールプレート側への移動で破損する低強度材からなることを特徴とする推進軸用等速自在継手。
- 前記サークリップは、一部に欠損部を有するリング状体又は欠損部を有さないOリングを含むエンドレスリング体からなることを特徴とする推進軸用等速自在継手。
