The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a leg portion to an attachment portion such as a top plate portion of a table, and a table using the same.

Conventionally, as a table used for outdoor or the like, there are a table whose leg is foldably attached to the top plate, and a table whose leg is press-fitted into a recess of the mounting portion of the top plate. . In addition, Patent Documents 1 and 2 describe the structure for attaching the leg mounting part to the recess.

In the former, the leg portion is not projected from the end portion of the top plate portion in a state where the leg portion is folded along the top plate portion. For this reason, there is an essential drawback that the length of the leg portion depends on the size of the top plate portion.

On the other hand, the latter does not have the disadvantage as the former, but requires a large force when the leg is press-fitted and removed from the recess. That is, the latter has another drawback that it is difficult to attach or remove the legs.

The present invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is to easily attach or remove the leg portion even though the leg portion is press-fitted into the concave portion of the attachment portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a leg mounting structure and a table having the same.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the leg mounting structure according to the present invention has a leg mounting structure in which the tip of the leg is press-fitted into a recess provided on the mounting portion toward the one surface. A through hole provided in the recess toward the press-fitting direction of the leg, and a screw hole provided in the tip end surface of the tip of the leg toward the press-fitting direction; A screw portion that is inserted into the through-hole from the other surface side of the attachment portion and is screwed into the screw hole portion of the leg portion that is inserted into the concave portion.

In this manner, the screw portion is screwed into the screw hole portion of the leg portion inserted into the recess portion through the through hole of the recess portion of the attachment portion. For this reason, by rotating the threaded portion, the tip of the leg can be advanced or moved backward in the recess, and the degree of press-fitting of the tip of the leg into the recess can be improved or decreased. .

It is preferable that a resin-made press-fitting portion that is press-fitted into the concave portion is provided at a distal end portion of the leg portion. In this case, it becomes easy to attach or remove the leg portion to the concave portion.

It is preferable that a slit directed in the axial direction is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the thick insertion portion. By providing the slit in the thick insertion portion in this way, the friction coefficient between the thick insertion portion and the concave portion can be reduced, so that the leg portion can be easily attached to or removed from the concave portion.

The table of the present invention is a table having the mounting structure of the above-mentioned leg portion, and has a top plate portion provided with the mounting portion, and the top plate portion is in a state of being detached from the mounting portion. A holding part for holding the leg part in a detachable manner is provided.

A table having high portability can be obtained by attaching the leg portion thus removed to a holding portion provided on the top plate portion.

In the case of the leg mounting structure of the present invention, the screw portion is screwed into the screw hole portion of the leg portion inserted into the recess portion through the mounting portion and the through hole of the recess portion, so that the screw portion is rotated. If it does, the front-end | tip part of the said leg part will advance or reverse in the said recessed part. As a result, the degree of press-fitting of the tip of the leg into the recess is improved or lowered, so that even if the tip of the leg is press-fitted into the recess, it can be easily attached or detached.

Hereinafter, a table using a leg mounting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Thereby, the press-fit condition to the recessed part 133 of the thick insertion part 230 improves.

Thereafter, the second leg portion 220 is removed from the other holding portion main body 142 of the holding portion 140. Then, the front end portion of the second leg portion 220 is inserted into the rear end portion of the first leg portion 210 while the engagement convex portion 221 of the second leg portion 220 is pressed down. After that, when the positions of the engaging protrusions 221 of the second leg 220 and the engaging holes 212 of the first leg 210 are matched, the engaging protrusions 221 are moved by the urging force of the urging means. The engagement hole 212 is engaged. In this way, the leg portion 210 is attached to the attachment portion 130.

The procedure for removing the table leg 210 will be described below. First, the second leg 220 is pulled out from the first leg 210 while pressing down the engaging convex part 221 of the second leg 220. Then, the second leg portion 220 is fitted to the other holding portion main body 142 of the holding portion 140.

Thereafter, the operating portion 320 is operated to rotate the screw portion main body 310 in the other direction (that is, opposite to one direction). Then, the screw hole portion 211 moves backward along the screw portion main body 310, and the distal end portion of the first leg portion 210 and the thick insertion portion 230 move backward in the recess 133. As a result, the degree of press-fitting of the thick insertion portion 230 into the concave portion 133 is reduced to such an extent that the first leg portion 210 can be easily removed from the concave portion 133.

Thereafter, the first leg 210 is pulled out from the recess 133. Then, the first leg portion 210 is fitted to one holding portion main body 142 of the holding portion 140.

In the case of such a table, the screw portion main body 310 of the screw portion 300 of the attachment structure S is sequentially inserted into the through hole 133a of the concave portion 133 of the attachment portion 130 and the communication hole 233 of the thick insertion portion 230 of the leg portion 200. Screwed into the screw hole 211 of the first leg 210 of the part 200. For this reason, by rotating the screw part 300, the thick insertion part 230 of the leg part 200 moves forward or backward in the recess 133 of the attachment part 130. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, a large force is not required to attach or remove the first leg 210 of the leg 200 to or from the recess 133 of the attaching part 130, and the first leg 210 can be easily attached or detached. .

Moreover, the first and second slits 231 and 232 are provided in the thick insertion portion 230 to reduce the friction coefficient between the thick insertion portion 230 and the concave portion 133. That is, the force required to attach or remove the first leg 210 to or from the recess 133 of the attachment portion 130 can be reduced. Therefore, also in this point, the first leg 210 can be easily attached or detached.

In addition, about the top-plate part 100, what is necessary is just plate shape, and design advance is possible arbitrarily. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, it can be a rectangle, or it can be a circle or a triangle.

The attachment portion 130 is attached between the two guard portions 120, but is not limited thereto. For example, the top plate portion main body 110 of the top plate portion 100 may be provided with a notch and may be fitted into the notch, or may be provided integrally with the top plate portion main body 110.

Moreover, about the shape of the attaching part 130, the recessed part in which a leg part is press-fit at least should just be provided.

Whether or not the holding unit 140 is provided is arbitrary. The shape of the holding portion 140 is not limited to the above embodiment, and the design can be arbitrarily changed as long as a leg portion described later can be held.

About the leg part 200, it is a leg part which can be press-fitted in the recessed part of an attachment part, Comprising: The screw hole part should just be provided in the front end surface. That is, whether or not the thick insertion portion 230 is provided is arbitrary, and the distal end portion of the leg portion may be directly press-fitted into the concave portion.

As for the shape of the thick insertion portion 230, any shape may be used as long as it can be press-fitted into the concave portion of the mounting portion.

In the said Example, although the mounting structure S demonstrated as what is provided in a table, it is not limited to this. For example, it can be set as the structure which attaches a leg part to the attachment part provided in the chair. In addition, a leg part here is the concept containing the support | pillar etc. of assembly structures, such as a shelf, and can be used as a structure which attaches a leg part to the attachment part of the said structure.
