Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly to an air conditioner to which a suction grille provided with a plurality of slats with a certain inclination at a predetermined interval is attached.

Conventionally, a built-in type air conditioner is known in which an indoor unit body including a heat exchanger, a blower, and the like is embedded in a ceiling and supplies conditioned air into the room through a blowout duct extending from the indoor unit body. Yes. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In addition to this type of built-in type air conditioner, many of the air conditioners have a decorative panel on the side of the air inlet for introducing air into the indoor unit main body, and in the housing recess of the decorative panel. A suction grill provided with a plurality of slats (armor boards) with a certain inclination at a predetermined interval is attached. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2).

In addition, as the suction grill mounting structure, for example, while changing the posture of the suction grill in a state where a hook-shaped locking tool provided on one end side of the suction grill is hooked on the engagement protrusion formed on the decorative panel, A device is known in which a protrusion-shaped locking tool formed on the other end side is stored in a storage recess of the decorative panel and locked to a latch member or the like provided in the storage recess (see, for example, Patent Document 3). ).
JP 2000-249361 A JP-A-6-34156 JP 11-264571 A

However, when the suction grille (Patent Document 2) including a wing plate having a certain inclination is attached to the decorative panel as in the conventional case, depending on the viewing direction, the internal configuration of the indoor unit main body may be between a plurality of wing plates. I could see it. In order to hide this, it is conceivable to prepare a suction grill with a different inclination direction of the slats according to the installation position of the indoor unit main body, but it not only increases the number of parts and the cost, At the time of attaching the suction grille, it is necessary to confirm the direction of inclination of the slats, and there is a problem that the operation becomes complicated.
The subject of this invention is providing the air conditioning apparatus which can change the inclination direction of the wing | blade of a suction grill easily according to the installation position etc. of an indoor unit main body, and can be attached.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an air conditioner of the present invention includes a decorative panel in an indoor unit main body that stores a heat exchanger and a blower, and a wing plate having a certain slope is provided in a storage recess of the decorative panel. In the air conditioner equipped with a plurality of suction grills provided at intervals, a locking piece that can be slid laterally is provided on one side portion of the suction grille, and a hook-shaped locking portion is integrated on the other side portion. A base end portion of the hook-shaped locking portion has substantially the same width as the locking piece, and a distal end portion is provided with a shaft-shaped portion configured to be wider than the base end portion. A bearing groove that can receive the shaft-like portion and a locking groove that is continuous with the bearing groove and that can lock the base end portion and the locking piece are provided on each of the opposing inner walls of the housing recess of the panel. It is characterized by that.
According to the said structure, the decorative panel is equipped with the accommodation recessed part in which a suction grill is accommodated. Moreover, the one side part of the suction grille is provided with a locking piece that can be slid laterally, and the other side part is integrally provided with a hook-shaped locking part. The hook-shaped locking portion is provided with a base end portion having substantially the same width as the locking piece, and a shaft-shaped portion configured to be wider than the base end portion at the tip end portion. Each inner wall facing the housing recess is provided with a locking groove capable of locking the locking piece and the base end portion and a bearing groove capable of receiving the shaft-like portion. For this reason, the shaft-shaped portion of the hook-shaped locking portion is inserted into the bearing groove, and the locking piece is slid and locked in the locking groove while changing the posture of the suction grille, and the base end portion is locked to the other side. By engaging with the locking groove, the suction grille can be easily accommodated in the accommodating recess of the decorative panel by adjusting the inclination direction of the slats to an appropriate direction.

In the air conditioner configured as described above, it is preferable that a groove width of the bearing groove is larger than a groove width of the locking groove.

Moreover, in the air conditioning apparatus having the above configuration, it is preferable to include a lock mechanism that can lock the sliding operation of the locking piece.
According to this configuration, since the sliding operation of the locking piece is locked by the locking mechanism, when the suction grill is housed in the housing recess, not only the hook-shaped locking portion but also the suction grille is The accommodation state can be held more firmly.

Further, in the air conditioner having the above-described configuration, the wing plate is located on the air inlet side, has a flat plate portion having a plate surface substantially perpendicular to the air suction surface, and is located on the air outlet side and on the flat plate portion. It is preferable to include an inclined plate portion that has an inclined surface that is connected and inclined at the predetermined angle with respect to the flat plate portion.
According to this configuration, the slat includes a flat plate portion having a plate surface substantially perpendicular to the air suction surface on the air inlet side, and is connected to the flat plate portion on the air outlet side and is connected to the flat plate portion. Therefore, the flat plate portion makes it difficult to visually recognize the inside of the suction grill, that is, the internal configuration of the indoor unit, except when viewed from the front of the suction grill. Also, when viewed from the front of the suction grille, it is possible to block the line of sight with the inclined plate portion and make it difficult to visually recognize the internal configuration of the indoor unit main body, as compared with the case where it is configured by only the flat plate portion.

According to the present invention, the inclination direction of the inclined surface of the slats can be changed to be accommodated in the accommodation recess of the decorative panel, and the slats can be easily changed in the inclination direction regardless of the attachment position of the suction grille. be able to.

The present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, schematic structure of the air conditioning apparatus 10 of this Embodiment is shown. As shown in FIG. 1, the air conditioner 10 has an indoor unit main body 11 embedded in a ceiling space A of a building, and is air-conditioned indoors through a blowout duct 12 and a blowout chamber 13 extending from the indoor unit main body 11. This is a so-called built-in type air conditioner 10 that supplies air.

The casing 11a of the indoor unit body 11 is suspended in the ceiling space A via a suspension bolt (not shown), and an air inlet 14 is formed at the lower part of the casing 11a. A filter chamber 15 to which a filter (not shown) for removing dust contained in the air is attached is attached to the suction port 14. In addition, the indoor heat exchanger 16 and the blower 17 are built in the housing 11a, and the indoor air sucked through the filter chamber 15 and the suction port 14 is heat-exchanged by the indoor heat exchanger 16 to generate heat. The conditioned air after replacement is supplied indoors through the blowout duct 12 and the blowout chamber 13 as described above. However, the indoor heat exchanger 16 is connected to a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a four-way valve, and the like by a refrigerant pipe (not shown) to constitute a refrigerant circuit.

A ceiling plate 21 stretched on the ceiling of the building is formed with a suction opening 22 in which the filter chamber 15 is disposed and a blow-out opening 23 in which the blow-out chamber 13 is disposed. The blowout opening 23 can be formed at an arbitrary position on the ceiling board 21, and the suction opening 22 is formed below the suction port 14 formed in the housing 11 a. The peripheries of the suction opening 22 and the blowout opening 23 are respectively covered with, for example, resin-made ceiling panels 30 and 24 (decorative panels). The ceiling panel 30 is, for example, the same as the ceiling panels 30 and 24. A suction grill 40 and a blow-out grill (not shown) made of a material are respectively mounted. In this way, by configuring the ceiling panels 30 and 24 and the suction grille 40 and the blowout grille with resin instead of sheet metal, raw material costs can be reduced, and these members are mass-produced. And the cost can be reduced. Further, the resin ceiling panels 30, 24, the suction grill 40 and the blow grill are reduced in weight with respect to the sheet metal ceiling panel, the suction grill 40 and the blow grill. Becomes easy.

FIG. 2A is a perspective view showing an example of the state in which the suction grill 40 is accommodated in the accommodation recess 31a formed in the ceiling panel 30 that covers the periphery of the suction opening 22 of the ceiling plate 21 from the air suction surface side. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ in FIG. 2A in which the internal structure is omitted, and FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a part of FIG. 2B enlarged. .

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the ceiling panel 30 covers the periphery of the suction opening 22 formed in a long rectangular shape on the ceiling plate 21, and the decorative frame portion 31 in which the suction grill 40 is accommodated. And a fitting portion 32 that is connected to the decorative frame portion 31 and protrudes from the decorative frame portion 31 toward the housing 11 a of the indoor unit main body 11. The fitting portion 32 is formed in a rectangular frame shape and is fitted on the inner wall of the filter chamber 15 formed in the rectangular frame shape. When the fitting portion 32 is fitted in the filter chamber 15, A frame portion 31 covers the periphery of the suction opening 22 formed in the ceiling plate 21.

In the illustrated example, two suction grills 40 are accommodated in an accommodation recess 31 a formed inside the decorative frame portion 31 of the ceiling panel 30. The suction grill 40 is formed in a long shape along the longitudinal direction (arrow X in the drawing) of the decorative frame portion 31 in a plan view, and a plurality of wing plates formed in a long thin plate shape along the longitudinal direction. 41. Each wing plate 41 is arranged at a predetermined interval W1 in the short direction of the suction grill 40 (arrow Y in the figure). Grill frame parts 43 and 44 are provided at both ends of the slat arrangement part 42 where the slats 41 are arranged. A crosspiece member (not shown) is passed between the grill frame portions 43 and 44 so as to be orthogonal to the wing plate 41 at a plurality of locations, and each wing plate 41 is connected to the crosspiece member to the grill frame portions 43 and 44. It is supported.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wing plate 41 is located on the air inlet side of the suction grille 40, that is, on the air suction surface side, and has a flat plate portion having a plate surface substantially perpendicular to the air suction surface. 41a and the air outlet side of the suction grill 40, that is, the casing unit 11a side of the indoor unit main body 11, and is connected to the flat plate portion 41a, and the plate surface has a predetermined inclination angle θ with respect to the flat plate portion 41a. The wing plate 41 having an inclined plate portion 41b that is inclined and formed in a thin plate shape is bent at a predetermined position (41c). However, the air suction surface of the suction grill 40 is a surface facing the indoor side of the building, and indoor air is sucked from the air suction surface side of the suction grill 40 by the blower 17 and introduced into the housing 11a. . FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram schematically showing an enlarged arrangement state of the blades 41.

In this way, by configuring the wing plate 41 from the flat plate portion 41a and the inclined plate portion 41b, it is possible to make it difficult to visually recognize the inside of the suction grill 40. That is, since the flat plate portions 41a that are substantially perpendicular to the air suction surface are arranged on the air suction surface side with a predetermined interval W1, the suction is performed from the front of the suction grill 40, that is, from directly below the suction grill 40 in the room. Except when looking up at the grill 40, the flat portion 41a can make it difficult to visually recognize the interior of the indoor unit main body 11. In addition, when viewing the inside of the suction grill 40 from directly below the suction grill 40, the inclined plate portion 41b may make it difficult to see the gap between the blade 41 and the blade 41 to a predetermined degree (width W2). it can. In addition, since the internal configuration of the indoor unit main body 11 is shielded in this way, there is an effect that noise such as the blowing sound of the blower 17 and the wind noise of the heat exchanger is reduced.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that the connecting portion 41 c between the flat plate portion 41 a and the inclined plate portion 41 b of the wing plate 41 is positioned substantially at the center of the wing plate 41 in the air suction direction. That is, it is preferable that the length T1 of the flat plate portion 41a in the air suction direction is equal to the length T2 of the inclined plate portion 41b in the air suction direction. The inclined plate portion 41b preferably has an inclination angle θ of about 15 to 45 degrees with respect to the flat plate portion 41a, and has an inclination angle θ of about 20 to 40 degrees. More preferably, it has an inclination angle θ of about 25 to 35 degrees.

The connecting portion 41c between the flat plate portion 41a and the inclined plate portion 41b is positioned substantially at the center of the wing plate 41 so that the area of the plate surface of the flat plate portion 41a and the area of the plate surface of the inclined plate portion 41b are substantially the same. Thus, even when the suction grill 40 is looked up from all directions, a predetermined shielding effect is exhibited, and the internal configuration of the indoor unit body 11 can be made difficult to see. In addition, by setting the inclined plate portion 41b to about 15 to 45 degrees with respect to the flat plate portion 41a, it is possible to suppress the influence of ventilation resistance when air is sucked and to exhibit the above-described shielding effect. That is, when the interval W1 between the blade 41 and the blade 41 is constant, if the inclination angle θ of the inclined plate portion 41b is less than 15 degrees with respect to the flat plate portion 41a, the suction grill 40 When the suction grill 40 is looked up from directly below, the area of the gap between the blade 41 and the blade 41 that is shielded by the inclined plate portion 41b is reduced, and the indoor heat exchanger 16 provided inside the housing 11a It becomes easy to see the internal configuration of the blower 17 and the like. In addition, when the inclination angle θ of the inclined plate portion 41b is larger than 45 degrees with respect to the flat plate portion 41a, the ventilation resistance when air is sucked increases, which is not preferable.

Incidentally, as described above, the wing plate 41 provided in the suction grille 40 has the inclined plate portion 41b inclined at a predetermined inclination angle θ, so that the inclined plate portion 41b of the inclined plate portion 41b depends on the installation position of the indoor unit main body 11. It is necessary to adjust the inclination direction to an appropriate direction so that the inside of the indoor unit body 11 is difficult to visually recognize. The suction opening 22 for introducing air into the indoor unit main body 11 is often formed at a corner of the room, for example, the window side or the wall side of the ceiling board 21. Therefore, when the suction grill 40 is looked up from the center of the room, the suction grill 40 is preferably attached so that the internal configuration of the indoor unit main body 11 is shielded by the inclined plate portion 41b. It is also preferable from the viewpoint of reduction of noise at the time.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the locking pieces 45 and the hook-shaped locking portions 46 provided on the grill frame portions 43 and 44 of the suction grill 40 are engaged with the inner wall 33 of the housing recess 31a of the ceiling panel 30. The engaging portion 34 is formed (see FIG. 8), and the inclined direction of the inclined plate portion 41b of the wing plate 41 can be attached so as to be appropriately changeable.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the suction grill 40 and the ceiling panel 30 will be described in more detail.
FIG. 4 shows a plan view of one suction grill 40 as viewed from the air outlet side of the wing plate 41, that is, the back surface side. As shown in FIG. 4, the grille frame portion 43 (one end portion) on one end side of the suction grill 40 is provided with a locking piece 45, and the grille frame portion 44 (other end portion) on the other end side is hook-shaped. Two locking portions 46 are provided, and the locking piece 45 and the hook-shaped locking portion 46 are arranged at positions facing each other with the slat arrangement portion 42 interposed therebetween. A string 47 having a hook 47 a at the tip is screwed to the grill frame portion 44 on the other end side by a screw 48. The hook 47a is hooked on any place such as the indoor unit main body 11 or the ceiling panel 30 and the suction grill 40 is hung, so that the suction grill 40 can be easily attached at a high place.

Further, claw portions 49 a and 49 b for attaching the filter 50 are provided on the back surface of the suction grill 40 so that the filter 50 can be attached to the back surface of the suction grill 40.

Next, the structure of the locking piece 45 will be described with reference to FIGS. However, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show the locking piece 45 from the back side of the suction grill 40. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the locking piece 45 is accommodated inside the grill frame portion 43 and is formed into a thin plate shape from an insertion hole 43 a formed at the end of the grill frame portion 43. 45a is configured to be slidable by a predetermined protrusion L (for example, 8.5 mm) (see FIG. 6B) outside the grill frame 43.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a long hole 45b into which the screw 51 is inserted is formed at the approximate center of the locking portion 45a. Further, a knob portion 45c is provided so as to be connected to the locking portion 45a, and a blade-like portion 45d configured in the same shape as the blade 41 is provided in the knob portion 45c. The screw 51 is screwed into the screw hole 53 formed on the back surface of the grill frame portion 43 through the washer 52 and the long hole 45 b, thereby grasping the knob portion 45 c and holding the locking portion 45 a inside the grill frame portion 43. It can be slid to the outside. However, the slat arrangement part 42 is formed with a notch 54 in which a part of the slat 41 is notched, and the knob 45 c is inserted into the notch 54.

As shown in FIG. 6A, when the locking portion 45 a is accommodated inside the grill frame portion 43, the wing plate-like portion 45 d of the knob portion 45 c is separated from the grill frame portion 43 side at the notch portion 54. It contacts the wing plate 41 arranged as the third sheet. Further, when the locking portion 45a is protruded outside the grill frame portion 43 by a predetermined protrusion amount L, the wing plate 41 (1 counted from the grill frame portion 43 side) arranged around the notch portion 54 is provided. The first and second blades 41) and the blade-like portion 45d of the knob 45c are arranged in a line (see FIG. 2A). That is, the knob portion 45c can be moved within the interval at which the two wing plates 41 are arranged.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, insertion pieces 45e to be inserted into the guide grooves 55 formed in the grill frame portion 43 are provided on both sides of the locking portion 45a, and the tip of the insertion piece 45e is provided. Is provided with a protrusion 45f. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 6, the outer wall surface 56 constituting the guide groove 55 is formed with engagement grooves 56a and 56b with which the protrusion pieces 45f are engaged at two locations. .

These projection pieces 45f and engagement grooves 56a and 56b constitute a lock mechanism that can lock the sliding operation of the locking portion 45a. That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), when the locking portion 45a is housed inside the grill frame portion 43, the protruding piece 45f is an engagement groove formed near the wing plate arrangement portion 42. 56a, the movement of the locking part 45a is stopped and held (locked) in a stopped state. As shown in FIG. 6B, the locking part 45a has a predetermined protruding amount outside the grill frame part 43. When projecting by L, the protruding piece 45f is engaged with an engaging groove 56b formed on the outer side of the grill frame 43, and is locked in a state where the movement of the locking portion 45a is stopped.

However, the locking piece 45 is made of an elastically deformable member such as a synthetic resin, and a slit 45g (see FIG. 5B) is provided between the locking portion 45a and the insertion piece 45e. . For this reason, the insertion piece 45e can be bent toward the locking portion 45a, whereby the engagement state between the projection piece 45f and the engagement grooves 56a and 56b can be easily released.

Next, the hook-shaped locking portion 46 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b). Here, FIG. 7A is a perspective view showing the appearance of the hook-shaped locking portion 46, and FIG. 7B is a side sectional view showing the hook-shaped locking portion 46, the grill frame 44, and the like. .

As shown in FIGS. 7A and 4, the hook-shaped locking portion 46 is provided to project outward from the end of the grill frame portion 44, and has a width W4 that is substantially the same as the width W3 of the locking portion 45a. And a shaft-like portion 46b provided at the tip of the hook-like portion 46a and having a width W5 wider than the width W4 of the hook-like portion 46a.

The hook-shaped portion 46 a has a hook shape that is curved so as to protrude downward when the suction grill 40 is accommodated in the ceiling panel 30. The base end portion 46 c of the hook-shaped locking portion 46 is formed to have substantially the same height as the locking portion 45 a of the locking piece 45.

Both the locking piece 45 and the hook-shaped locking portion 46 are configured to be engageable with an engaging portion 34 provided on the ceiling panel 30. As shown in FIG. 8A, the engaging portion 34 has the same shape on the inner wall 33 on the side where the grill frame portions 43 and 44 of the suction grille 40 of the housing recess 31a of the ceiling panel 30 abut. It has been. An opening 35 is formed at the center of the ceiling panel 30.

As shown in FIG. 8B, the engaging portion 34 includes a locking groove 45 a provided on the locking piece 45 and a locking groove having a width that can receive the base end portion 46 c of the hook-shaped locking portion 46. 34 a and a bearing groove 34 b that is continuous with the locking groove 34 a and has a width that can receive the shaft-shaped portion 46 b of the hook-shaped locking portion 46. That is, the groove width of the bearing groove 34b is configured wider than the groove width of the locking groove 34a.

Next, with reference to FIG. 8, FIG. 9, and FIG. 6, the operation | movement at the time of attaching the suction grill 40 to the accommodation recessed part 31a of the ceiling panel 30 is demonstrated. First, the mounting direction is confirmed so that the inclined direction of the inclined plate portion 41 b of the wing plate 41 is aligned with the position of the suction opening 22. Then, when the shaft-like portion 46b of the hook-like engaging portion 46 is inserted into the bearing groove 34b of the engaging portion 34, and the suction grill 40 is lowered slightly, the hook-like portion 46a is inserted into the engaging groove 34a. The hook-like portion 46a is prevented from coming off the locking groove 34a by the shaft-like portion 46b, and the other end side of the suction grill 40 is hooked on the ceiling panel 30.

In this state, one end of the suction grill 40 is moved in the direction indicated by the arrow Z in FIG. 9A so as to rotate about the shaft-like portion 46b of the hook-like locking portion 46 as a fulcrum. At this time, the locking portion 45a of the locking piece 45 provided on the grill frame portion 43 is accommodated inside the grill frame portion 43 as shown in FIG. Then, the end of the grill frame portion 43 is brought into contact with the inner wall 33 of the housing recess 31a, and as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the knob portion 45c is pinched to move the locking portion 45a from the inside of the grill frame portion 43 to the outside. When the sliding movement is made so as to project, the protruding piece 45f is first disengaged from the engaging groove 56a, and the insertion piece 45e moves while being guided by the guide groove 55. When the protruding piece 45f moves until it is engaged with the engaging groove 56b, the engaging portion 45a is inserted into the engaging groove 34a of the engaging portion 34 by a predetermined protrusion amount L, and the engaging portion 45a is moved. Is stopped. Further, the base end portion 46c of the hook-shaped locking portion 46 is also inserted into the locking groove 34a, and the hook-shaped locking portion 46 is locked.

As described above, the suction grill 40 is locked and attached to the ceiling panel 30 by the locking pieces 45 and the hook-shaped locking portions 46.

According to the present embodiment described above, the ceiling panel 30 includes the accommodation recess 31a in which the suction grill 40 is accommodated, and the grill frame portion 43 provided on one end side of the suction grill 40 of the accommodation recess 31a or the other end side. Engaging portions 34 are respectively provided on the inner walls 33 on the side where the grill frame portion 44 provided on the abutting portion abuts. Since this engaging portion 34 is configured to be able to engage both a locking piece 45 provided on one end side of the suction grill 40 and a hook-shaped locking portion 46 provided on the other end side, The inclination direction of the inclined plate portion 41b can be appropriately changed to be accommodated in the accommodating recess 31a, and the inclination direction of the inclined plate portion 41b of the wing plate 41 can be easily changed and attached regardless of the attachment position of the suction grill 40. be able to.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the latching | locking part 45a with which the latching piece 45 is provided, and the hook-like part 46a with which the hook-like latching part 46 is provided have the substantially same width | variety, and the latching with which the engaging part 34 is provided. The groove 34a is configured to be receivable. Further, the shaft-like portion 46 b provided in the hook-like locking portion 46 is configured to be received in the bearing groove 34 b provided in the engaging portion 34. Therefore, even if the grill frame portion 43 on one end side of the suction grill 40 is accommodated so as to contact any surface provided with the engagement portion 34 of the inner wall 33 of the accommodation recess 31a, the locking piece 45 is engaged. It is inserted into the locking groove 34a provided in the portion 34 to be engaged. Further, in the hook-shaped locking portion 46 provided on the grill frame portion 44 on the other end side, the shaft-shaped portion 46b is first inserted into the bearing groove 34b, and the width of the hook-shaped portion 46a connected to the shaft-shaped portion 46b is the shaft. Since it is narrower than the width of the shaped part 46b, it is inserted into the bearing groove 34b. Then, the hook-shaped portion 46a moves to the side of the locking groove 34a connected to the bearing groove 34b, and the engagement state between the hook-shaped locking portion 46 and the engaging portion 34 is changed by the shaft-shaped portion 46b in the locking groove 34a. It can be prevented from being released easily.

Further, according to the above embodiment, the movement of the locking portion 45a is stopped by the protruding piece 45f provided on the locking piece 45 and the engaging grooves 56a and 56b, so that the suction grill 40 is received in the receiving recess 31a. In this case, the housing state of the suction grill 40 can be more firmly held by the lock mechanism as well as the hook-like locking portion 46.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, since it is set as the structure which provides the wing board 41 which has the same shape, manufacture of a metal mold | die is easy and it can suppress the increase in manufacturing cost.

However, the above-described embodiment is one aspect of the present invention, and it is needless to say that the embodiment can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the ceiling panel 30 has been described as an example of the decorative panel, but the decorative panel according to the present invention is not limited to the ceiling panel.
