Description

The present invention relates to a bridge girder water stopping means for preventing water leakage between girder gaps formed between bridge girders of a bridge structure such as a viaduct, a road bridge or a railway bridge, and a bridge girder water stopping structure provided with the same. It is.

In the bridge structure, for the purpose of stabilization, a girder gap is formed between the bridge girders to absorb deformation due to temperature changes and wheel loads. Since the gap between the girders is discontinuous, it is protected by a water stop seal or the like, but may be damaged by temperature change or wheel load. For this reason, when it rains on the bridge structure, for example, if the anti-freezing agent is contained in the leakage from the gap between the girders, the chloride in the anti-freezing agent can be used as a bridge pier made of concrete rebar or steel. There is a problem of corroding the troubled part.

On the other hand, as a conventional bridge girder water stopping means, there is one in which an elastic bag extending in a cylindrical shape is disposed between the girder spaces to stop the girder space (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP-A-7-207623

However, as a result of research and development, the inventor of the present application has found that the conventional water stop means is an elastic bag that is exposed to the outside world. It has been recognized that there is no denying the possibility of breakage due to the biting of foreign matter such as dust or stones, or deterioration of the material due to ultraviolet rays, heat, exhaust gas or the like.

The present invention has been made on the basis of the above-mentioned fact recognition, and the problem to be solved is a bridge girder water-stopping means and a bridge girder water-stop structure provided with the same, which are less affected by the outside world and have excellent durability and a long product life. Is to provide.

The present invention relates to a bridge girder water stopping means disposed between the bridge girders between the bridge girders, the bridge girder water stopping means extending in a cylindrical shape and capable of supplying and discharging pressurized fluid inside thereof. And a protective cover that covers at least the range from the upper part to the side part of the elastic bag and that is at least pressed against the bridge beam by the elastic bag when the elastic bag is disposed between the girders.

In the present invention, the elastic bag is filled with a pressurized fluid having a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure to maintain its external shape, and if the pressurized fluid is supplied to or discharged from the elastic bag, the external shape is enlarged.・ Can be reduced.

In this invention, the said protective cover shall have an open part which open | releases the lower side of the said elastic bag.

In the present invention, the protective cover may have a cylindrical shape.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the protective cover preferably has at least one ridge that contacts the bridge girder. In particular, the ridge is preferably a plurality of ridges.

In the present invention, it is preferable that a backup material is provided between the elastic bag and the protective cover for pressing the protective cover so as to follow the shape of the bridge girder when contacting the bridge girder. Furthermore, in this case, it is preferable that the backup material is separated on the upper side of the elastic bag.

Furthermore, the present invention provides a bridge girder having a long product life with less influence from the outside world and excellent durability by providing any of the above-mentioned bridge girder water stop means between the girder between the bridge girder. Can propose a water structure.

In the present specification, “lower side” means a direction of own weight, and “upper side” means a direction against the own weight.

The bridge girder water stopping means according to the present invention covers a range from the upper part to the side part of the elastic bag with a protective cover, and when such a protective cover is disposed at least between the girder formed between the bridge girder and the bridge girder. Since the bridge is pressed against the bridge girder by the elastic bag, the elastic bag which substantially controls water stoppage between the girder is completely isolated from the outside from the bridge structure. Therefore, according to the present invention, for example, the mischief of birds on the bridge structure, the biting of foreign matter such as sharp dust and stones accompanying the displacement between girders, or ultraviolet rays, heat, exhaust gas, etc. It is possible to prevent damage due to deterioration of the resulting material.

That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide bridge girder water stopping means that has little influence from the outside world, can maintain the internal pressure of the elastic bag at a high level for a long period of time, and has a long product life.

By the way, in the present invention, if the protective cover has an open portion that opens the lower side of the elastic bag, the open end can freely move, so the protective cover comes into contact with the bridge girder by the elastic bag. Sometimes the shape of the bridge girder can be easily followed. For this reason, according to this structure, the sealing performance between girders improves and it can further improve water stop performance.

In the present invention, if the protective cover has a cylindrical shape, the protective cover covers the elastic bag over the entire circumference thereof, so the elastic bag and the protective cover are integrated with each other. It can be handled. For this reason, according to this structure, the bridge girder water stop means with a simple structure and excellent workability can be provided. Furthermore, according to this structure, an elastic bag can be protected over the perimeter.

Furthermore, in the present invention, if the protective cover has at least one protrusion that contacts the bridge girder, for example, the gap between the girder gaps may change due to temperature change or seismic motion, or the bridge girder end face may be uneven. However, if pressurized fluid is supplied to the elastic bag, the contact pressure against the bridge girder at the ridge is significantly increased with the expansion of the elastic bag, and the influence from the surrounding environment is small, and excellent water stopping Performance can be demonstrated. Furthermore, if the said protrusion is a some protrusion, the sealing performance between girders will improve further and it can improve water-stopping performance further.

Further, in the present invention, if a backup material is provided between the elastic bag and the protective cover to press the protective cover so as to follow the shape of the bridge girder when contacting the bridge girder, the bridge girder is provided. Even when there is unevenness, the shape of the bridge girder can be surely followed when the protective cover abuts against the bridge girder by the elastic bag. For this reason, according to this structure, the sealing performance between girders improves and it can further improve water stop performance.

Further, in the above case, if the backup material is separated on the upper side of the elastic bag, even if the contact length of the protective cover changes due to the change in the girder gap according to the work, the protective cover The water stop function can be secured by following the drag of the elastic bag. That is, according to this configuration, it is possible to provide a highly versatile bridge girder water stop means that can be applied even between gaps with some errors.

Furthermore, the present invention provides a bridge girder having a long product life with less influence from the outside world and excellent durability by providing any of the above-mentioned bridge girder water stop means between the girder between the bridge girder. A water structure can be provided.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following description, “lower side” means a direction of own weight, and “upper side” means a direction against the own weight.

FIG. 1 is a perspective sectional view showing a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view schematically showing the embodiment. Furthermore, FIG. 3 is a principal part perspective view which shows the bridge girder water stop means 110 concerning the form.

The present embodiment is a bridge girder water stop structure 1 at a joint portion of a road bridge, and in FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 is a steel or concrete bridge girder. The end of the bridge girder 2 is protected by a steel reinforcing plate 2a, and a bridge plate 2b is provided on the upper part thereof.

Further, the bridge girder 2 is arranged with a reinforcing plate (hereinafter referred to as “girder end”) 2a at the end of the girder in a posture facing each other, so that a gap d (see FIG. 2) is provided between the bridge girder 2 and the bridge girder 2. ), And a girder gap 3 extending along the width direction w of the bridge girder 2 is formed. Further, each of the bridge girders 2 is provided with a joint member 4a constituting a finger joint 4 as a telescopic device at the upper part of the gap 3 between the girders. As a result, the two bridge girders 2 are combined in a stretchable manner via the finger joint 4.

Reference numeral 110 is a bridge girder water stop means according to the present invention which is disposed in the girder gap 3 and prevents water leakage from the girder gap 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the bridge girder water stopping means 110 extends in a cylindrical shape and has an elastic bag 111 capable of supplying and discharging a liquid or a gas inside, and a range from the upper part to the side part of the elastic bag 111. And a protective cover 112 that is pressed against the bridge girder 2 by the elastic bag 111 when disposed in the girder gap 3.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the elastic bag 111 has a cylindrical shape made of a material excellent in airtightness and durability (for example, butyl rubber), and has an inner space (hereinafter referred to as “inner chamber”). It can be enlarged or reduced by supplying and discharging a pressurized fluid having a pressure P higher than atmospheric pressure.

The protective cover 112 has a sheet shape made of a material conforming to external conditions, for example, an ethylene propylene rubber or a chloroprene rubber excellent in weather resistance, cold resistance, solvent resistance, inorganic chemical resistance, and the like. Thus, when the range from the upper part to the side part of the elastic bag 111 is covered with the protective cover 112, the lower side of the elastic bag 111 is opened between the hem parts (end parts) 112e as shown in FIG. An opening 113 is formed.

When constructing the girder gap 3, first, after inserting the bridge girder water stop means 110 into the girder gap 3, by supplying pressurized fluid to the inner chamber R of the elastic bag 111 and expanding the elastic bag 111, The protective cover 112 is pressed against the beam end 2a by the elastic bag 111. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2, the elastic bag 111 exerts a water stop function in the girder gap 3 by being in close contact with the girder end 2 a in the range of the length X through the protective cover 112.

That is, the bridge girder waterproofing means 110 covers the range from the top to the side of the elastic bag 111 with the protective cover 112, and when the protective cover 112 is arranged in the girder gap 3, it is pressed against the bridge girder 2 by the elastic bag 111. Therefore, the elastic bag 111 that substantially controls the water stoppage of the girder gap 3 is completely isolated from the outside from the road bridge. For this reason, according to the means 110, for example, the mischief of birds on the road bridge, the biting of foreign matter such as sharp dust and stones accompanying the displacement of the gap d between the girder gaps 3 due to temperature change, etc., or ultraviolet rays Further, it is possible to prevent damage due to deterioration of the material due to heat or exhaust gas.

That is, according to the bridge girder water stopping means 110, it is possible to maintain a high internal pressure of the elastic bag 111 for a long period of time with little influence from the outside, and it is possible to provide a bridge girder water stopping means with a long product life.

In particular, as in this embodiment, if the protective cover 112 has an opening portion 113 that opens the lower side of the elastic bag 111, the hem portion 112e, which is the open end, can move freely. The shape of the spar end 2a can be easily followed when it abuts on the spar end 2a by 111. For this reason, according to this structure, the sealing performance in the girder gap 3 is improved, and the water stop performance can be further enhanced.

Here, the attachment state of the bridge girder water stopping means 110 is illustrated in FIGS.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the bridge girder water stopping means 110 has a configuration in which an elastic bag 111 is formed in a cylindrical shape in advance, and both ends thereof together with a protective cover 112 are connected to a girder end 2a via a sealing fitting 101, respectively. Can be fixed to. Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the bridge girder water stopping means 110 has a flat shape in which the inner chamber R of the elastic bag 111 is in a peelable close contact state, and the girder end together with the protective cover 112 via the sealing metal fitting 101. It may be fixed to 2a. In any case, the supply and discharge of the pressurized fluid to and from the elastic bag 111 is performed by providing the nozzle 102 leading to the inner chamber R in one of the two sealing fittings 101.

FIGS. 5A and 5B are front views schematically showing the second and third embodiments of the present invention, respectively. In the following description, the same parts as those in FIGS.

The second form shown in FIG. 5 (a) is a modification of the first form. The protective cover 112 extends along the width direction w of the bridge girder 2 on each side thereof, and the girder One protrusion 114 that comes into contact with the end 2a is integrally provided. Further, the third form shown in FIG. 5B is a modification of the second form, and a plurality of protrusions 114 are integrally provided on each side of the protective cover 112.

According to the form shown in FIG. 5 (a), the bridge girder water stopping means 110 brings the protrusion 114 into contact with the girder end 2a through the protective cover 112 by the expansion of the elastic bag 111. As a result, the bridge girder water stopping means 110 is brought into contact with the girder end 2a at the position of the plurality of ridges 114 extending along the width direction W of the bridge girder 2 and the peripheral area thereof, thereby contacting the ridge 114. The pressure rises remarkably, and the water stop function at the girder gap 3 is demonstrated.

That is, according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 (a), for example, the gap d of the girder gap 3 may change due to temperature change or earthquake motion, or the girder edge 2a may be uneven, for example. If a pressurized fluid is supplied to the elastic bag 111, the contact pressure of the ridge 114 on the bridge girder 2 is remarkably increased with the expansion of the elastic bag 111, the influence from the surrounding environment is small, and excellent water stopping Performance can be demonstrated.

The protrusion 114 may be provided on at least one of the two side portions of the protective cover 112. However, in consideration of improvement in water stopping performance, the protrusion 114 may be provided on both sides as in the same form. preferable. Further, as in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5 (b), if the ridge 114 is a plurality of ridges, the sealing performance between the girder gaps 3 is further improved, and the water stop performance is further improved. it can. In addition, it is preferable that the protrusion 114 has a curved shape in which a cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction has no corners, for example, a substantially semicircular shape like the same shape.

FIG. 6 is a perspective sectional view showing a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in the following description, the same part as FIGS. 1-5 has the same code | symbol, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

The form shown in FIG. 6 is a modification of the third form, and the protective cover 112 uses a single sheet material integrally provided with protrusions 114 on both the front and back surfaces, and this sheet material is arranged in the thickness direction. It is made to peel, and the one part becomes the top part 115 extended along the width direction w of the bridge girder 2. FIG. Such a protective cover 112 can be diverted to the first to third forms.

7 (a) to 7 (c) are front views schematically showing fifth to seventh embodiments of the present invention, respectively. In the following description, the same parts as those in FIGS.

In FIG. 7, reference numeral 116 denotes a backup material for pressing between the elastic bag 111 and the protective cover 112 so that the protective cover 112 follows the shape of the beam end 2a when contacting the beam end 2a. It is.

In the form shown in FIG. 7A, the backup material 116 is adopted in the first form shown in FIG. Similarly, the configurations shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C are obtained by adopting the backup material 116 in the second and third configurations shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, respectively.

The back-up material 116 is made of foam or a liquid-filled bag having excellent elasticity and resilience, and is deformed into the shape of the beam end 2a when the protective cover 112 abuts against the beam end 2a by the elastic bag 111. can do. That is, according to the backup material 116, even when the beam end 2a is uneven, the shape of the beam end 2a can be surely followed when the protective cover 112 abuts against the beam end 2a by the elastic bag 111. For this reason, according to this structure, the sealing performance in the girder gap 3 is improved, and the water stop performance can be further enhanced.

FIGS. 8A to 8C are front views schematically showing the eighth to tenth embodiments of the present invention, respectively. In addition, also in the following description, the same part as FIGS. 1-7 has the same code | symbol, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

Each of the above forms is two members 116a and 116b separating the backup material 116 on the upper side of the elastic bag 111. The form shown in FIG. 8A is the same as the fifth form shown in FIG. 7A. The materials 116a and 116b are used. Similarly, the configurations shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C are obtained by adopting the backup materials 116a and 116b in the sixth and seventh configurations shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, respectively.

If the backup material 116 is divided into the two members 116a and 116b and a space (hereinafter referred to as “play space”) Ro is formed between the members in this manner, Even if the contact length X changes due to the change in the distance d, the elastic bag 111 can follow the drag of the protective cover 112 to ensure the water stop function. That is, according to such a configuration, it is possible to provide a highly versatile bridge girder water stopping means that can be applied to the girder gap 3 having some errors.

The backup material 116 can be separated from the elastic bag 111 and the protective cover 112. However, in consideration of workability, the backup material 116 is preferably integrated with the elastic bag 111 and the protective cover 112.

FIG. 9 is a front view schematically showing an eleventh embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a main part showing a bridge girder water stopping means 210 according to the embodiment.

In this embodiment, the bridge girder water stopping means 210 is used in place of the bridge girder water stopping means 110 in the joint structure 1 of the road bridge shown in FIG. For this reason, in the following description, the same part as FIGS. 1-8 has the same code | symbol, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

The protective cover 212 is made of the same material as that of the protective cover 112 and has a cylindrical shape extending along the width direction w of the bridge beam 2. Accordingly, when the elastic bag 111 is covered with the protective cover 212, the lower side of the elastic bag 111 is closed, and the elastic bag 111 is protected over the entire circumference.

In order to stop the girder gap 3, as in other embodiments, first, after inserting the bridge girder water stop means 210 into the girder gap 3, a pressurized fluid is supplied to the inner chamber R of the elastic bag 111 and the elastic bag 111. , The protective cover 212 is pressed against the beam end 2a by the elastic bag 111. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 9, the elastic bag 111 exerts a water stop function in the girder gap 3 by being in close contact with the girder end 2a in the range of the length X via the protective cover 212.

That is, the bridge girder water stopping means 210 also covers the range from the top to the side of the elastic bag 111 with the protective cover 212, and when the protective cover 212 is disposed in the girder gap 3, it is pressed against the bridge girder 2 by the elastic bag 111. Therefore, the elastic bag 111 that substantially controls the water stoppage of the girder gap 3 is completely isolated from the outside from the road bridge. For this reason, even with such means 210, for example, the mischief of birds on the road bridge, the biting of foreign matter such as sharp dust and stones accompanying the displacement of the gap 3 between the beam gaps 3 due to temperature changes, etc., or ultraviolet rays, Damage due to deterioration of the material due to heat or exhaust gas can be prevented.

In other words, the bridge girder water stopping means 210 is also less affected by the outside world and can maintain the internal pressure of the elastic bag 111 at a high level for a long period of time, thereby providing a bridge girder water stopping means having a long product life.

In particular, in this embodiment, since the protective cover 212 covers the elastic bag 111 over the entire circumference, the elastic bag 111 and the protective cover 212 can be handled integrally. For this reason, according to this structure, the bridge girder water stop means with a simple structure and excellent workability can be provided. Furthermore, according to this configuration, the elastic bag 111 can be protected over the entire circumference.

Here, the attachment state of the bridge girder water-stopping means 210 is illustrated in FIGS.

Similarly to the bridge girder water stop means 110, for example, the bridge girder water stop means 210 is formed in a cylindrical shape in advance as shown in FIG. 11 (a), and both ends thereof are respectively connected to the girder end 2a via the sealing fitting 101. Or a flat shape as shown in FIG. 11 (b), and may be fixed to the beam end 2a via the sealing fitting 101. Also in this case, the supply and discharge of the pressurized fluid to and from the elastic bag 111 is performed by providing the nozzle 102 on one side of the sealing fitting 101 as in the bridge girder water stopping means 110.

12 (a) and 12 (b) are front views schematically showing twelfth and thirteenth embodiments of the present invention, respectively. In the following description, the same parts as those in FIGS.

A twelfth embodiment shown in FIG. 12A is a modification of the tenth embodiment, and a plurality of protrusions 214 are integrally provided over the entire circumference of the protective cover 212. The protrusion 214 has the same effect as the protrusion 114 described above. The plurality of protrusions 214 may be provided on at least one of the two side portions. However, considering improvement in water stopping performance, both sides thereof, and more preferably, all of them as in the same form. It is preferable to provide over the circumference.

Further, the twelfth embodiment shown in FIG. 12 (a) has, as a modification thereof, one protrusion 214 on each side portion 212s of the protective cover 212, similarly to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5 (a). Only one may be provided. In this case as well, the protrusion 214 may be provided on at least one of the two side portions of the protective cover 212. It is preferable to provide it on both sides.

The thirteenth embodiment shown in FIG. 12B has the same effect as the twelfth embodiment shown in FIG. 12A as described in the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. A backup material 216 is provided.

The backup material 216 is made of a foam or a liquid such as water having excellent elasticity and resilience, and is provided over the entire circumference of the elastic bag 111. In this case, in addition to the effect as a backup material, the bridge girder water stopping means 210 can be introduced into the girder gap 3 from any direction along the circumferential direction during construction, and workability is improved.

Note that the thirteenth embodiment shown in FIG. 12B is a modified example in which the backup material 216 is separated above the elastic bag 111 as in the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. If the play space Ro is formed, the same effects as described in the fifth embodiment and the like can be obtained. In this case, the play space Ro may be formed by dividing the backup material 216 into two members as in the eighth embodiment, or may be formed by simply notching.

Each of the above-described protective covers 212 uses a single sheet material by applying the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 6, and is peeled inside the sheet material so that both ends thereof are in the width direction w of the bridge girder 2. You may make it become the top part extended along.

By the way, in order to stop the girder gap 3 by the above-mentioned bridge girder water stopping means 110, 210, the wire 5 spanned over the bridge girder 2 along the width direction w of the bridge girder 2 is used. There is a construction method that leads to 3 and attaches.

FIGS. 13A to 13C are front views schematically showing fourteenth to sixteenth embodiments of the present invention suitable for the construction method. In the following description, the same parts as those in FIGS.

In the form shown in FIG. 13 (a), the wire 5 is passed through the elastic bag 111 shown in FIG. 5 (b) along the longitudinal direction (the width direction w of the bridge girder 2 at the time of construction). A portion 111a is provided. Similarly, in the form shown in FIG. 13B, a wire attaching portion 111a is provided inside the upper portion of the elastic bag 111 shown in FIG. 12A.

Further, the sixteenth embodiment shown in FIG. 13 (c) is the same as the twelfth embodiment shown in FIG. 12 (a) except that the backup material 116 shown in FIG. Further, a wire attaching portion 111a is provided.

According to each form shown in FIG. 13, since the wire 5 can be used as a guide when constructing the bridge girder water stopping means, the workability can be improved. According to such a configuration, a through-hole through which the wire 5 passes is formed in the elastic bag 111. The through-hole is provided with a plug or the like separately after the bridge girder water stop means 110, 210 are arranged in the girder gap 3. It may be sealed by mounting or the like. Further, if the wire attaching portion 111a and the nozzle 102 are made to communicate with each other, workability during construction is further improved.

Furthermore, the wire attachment portion can be provided on the protective cover.

14 (a) and 14 (b) are front views schematically showing the seventeenth and eighteenth forms of the present invention in which the protective cover is employed. In the following description, the same parts as those in FIGS.

The seventeenth form shown in FIG. 14 (a) is such that, in the first form shown in FIG. 1 and the like, a wire attaching portion 112a through which the wire 5 is passed is provided above the protective cover 112. Further, an eighteenth form shown in FIG. 14B is obtained by providing a wire attaching portion 212a on the upper portion of the protective cover 212 in the eleventh form shown in FIG.

According to each form shown in FIG. 14, since the bridge girder water stop means can be constructed while maintaining the airtightness of the elastic bag 111, the workability can be improved.

Further, according to the present invention, the bridge girder water stop means 110 and 210 described above are provided in the girder gap 3 between the bridge girder 2 and the bridge girder 2 so that the influence from the outside world is small and the durability is excellent and the product life is long. Structure can be provided.

The above is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. For example, the configurations employed in the above-described embodiments can be appropriately combined depending on the purpose and application.
