Abstract
Description
(a)ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)と約0.5〜約20重量パーセントのポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)とを含む第一の組成物(前記重量パーセントは前記第一の組成物中に存在する前記ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)の量に基づく)と、
(b)有機高分子材料を含む第二の組成物と
を含み、
および、前記第一の組成物の第一の面が、前記第二の組成物の第二の面と接触していることを条件とすることを特徴とする装置が記載されている。
アメリケム(Americhem)/(登録商標)1859R3−米国オハイオ州クヤホガフォールのアメリケム(Americhem,Inc.,Cuyahoga Fall,OH 44221,USA)からのPETコポリエステル中の40%カーボンブラック濃縮液
アラルダイト(Araldite)(登録商標)ECN1299エポキシ樹脂、米国ニューヨーク州タリータウンのチバスペシャリティケミカルズ(Ciba Specialty Chemicals,Tarrytown,NY 10591 USA)。

Claims (12)
- (a)ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)と約0.5〜約20重量パーセントのポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)とを含む第一の組成物(前記重量パーセントは前記第一の組成物中に存在する前記ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)の量に基づく)と、
(b)有機高分子材料を含む第二の組成物と
を含み、
および、前記第一の組成物の第一の面が、前記第二の組成物の第二の面と接触していることを条件とすることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)において、少なくとも90モルパーセントのジオール繰り返し単位が1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールに由来し、ならびに少なくとも90モルパーセントのジカルボン酸繰り返し単位がテレフタル酸に由来し、および前記ポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)において、少なくとも90モルパーセントのジオール繰り返し単位が1,4−ブタンジオールに由来し、ならびに少なくとも90モルパーセントのジカルボン酸繰り返し単位がテレフタル酸に由来することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 約1.0〜約10重量パーセントの前記ポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)が前記第一の組成物中に存在することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の組成物中に可塑剤が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の組成物はシリコーンゴムまたはエポキシ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の面と第二の面との間に接着剤層が存在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第一の組成物を造形部品に形成する工程と、次いで、第二の組成物が前記第一の組成物に接着するように、前記造形部品の少なくとも一部を、有機高分子材料を含む前記第二の組成物と接触させる工程とを含み、ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)と約0.5〜約20重量パーセントのポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)とを含む前記第一の組成物(前記重量パーセントは前記第一の組成物中に存在する前記ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)の量に基づく)を含むことを特徴とする装置を製造するための方法。
- 前記ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールテレフタレート)において、少なくとも90モルパーセントのジオール繰り返し単位が1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールに由来し、ならびに少なくとも90モルパーセントのジカルボン酸繰り返し単位がテレフタル酸に由来し、および前記ポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)において、少なくとも90モルパーセントのジオール繰り返し単位が1,4−ブタンジオールに由来し、ならびに少なくとも90モルパーセントのジカルボン酸繰り返し単位がテレフタル酸に由来することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 約1.0〜約10重量パーセントの前記ポリ(1,4−ブチレンテレフタレート)が前記第一の組成物中に存在することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の組成物中に可塑剤が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の組成物はシリコーンゴムまたはエポキシ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の組成物と第二の組成物との間に接着剤層を適用する更なる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
