Abstract
Description
凍結生成物を水平ミキサーに導入すること、
ミキサーを加熱すること、および
同時にミキサーの内容物を激しく循環させること
によって解凍する方法であって、浮いている凍結生成物を液化相に連続的に沈めて液化相を混合することを特徴とする方法を提供する。
Claims (7)
- 凍結している含水生成物、特にプロテイン含有生成物を、
凍結生成物を水平ミキサーに導入すること、
ミキサーを加熱すること、および
同時にミキサーの内容物を激しく循環させること
によって解凍する方法であって、浮いている凍結生成物を液化相に連続的に沈めて液化相を混合することを特徴とする方法。 - 水平ミキサーとして、ディスクミキサー、プラウシェアミキサー、またはベッカーミキサーを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部加熱装置を有する混合要素を用いることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 水平ミキサーは、壁の周りで動くワイピング要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 凍結生成物は、天然の生物源、または生物学的プロセスからのプロテイン含有生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 全プロセスの間、混合物の温度を、主成分の融点よりも10℃を超えない、好ましくは、主成分の融点よりも5℃を超えない状態に保つことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 水平ミキサーを連続的に操作することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
