Claims (39)
- 透明材料、及び

- 前記被膜が導電性ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記被膜がポリアニリンを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記被膜が、ポリシロキサン、ポリウレタン及びアクリレートからなる樹脂群から選択される樹脂を含み、さらに透明かつ導電性である、請求項7に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記被膜がナノチューブを約0.01〜約30.0質量%の範囲で含む、請求項8に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記被膜がナノチューブを約0.01〜約30.0質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記透明材料が航空機の風防である、請求項1に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 前記被膜の光透過率が少なくとも約70%である、請求項1に記載の被覆された透明材料。
- 透明材料を用意し、
樹脂を該透明材料に適用し、及び
該樹脂上にナノチューブを吹き付ける
ことを含む、被覆された透明材料の形成方法。 - 前記方法が、吹き付けの前に、前記ナノチューブを溶媒中に分散することをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、水、エタノール、CHCl3、テトラヒドロフラン及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる溶媒群から選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、吹き付けの前に、ナノチューブをドデシル硫酸ナトリウム含有水溶液中に分散して、ナノチューブを含む溶液を作ることをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ナノチューブを含む前記溶液を、水、エタノール及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる溶媒群から選択される溶媒中に分散することをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノチューブを導電性ポリマーと混合することをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノチューブをポリアニリンと混合することをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。

- 前記方法が、前記ナノチューブを前記ポリアニリンと混合する前に、前記ナノチューブをドデシル硫酸ナトリウム溶液中に分散することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアニリンにドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムをドープすることをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアニリンを、エタノール、CHCl3、イソプロパノール、アセトン及びテトラヒドロフランからなる溶媒群から選択される溶媒と混合することをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノチューブを、水、エタノール、CHCl3、テトラヒドロフラン及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる溶媒群から選択される溶媒からなる溶液中に分散することをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 導電性ポリマーを前記ナノチューブ及び前記樹脂と混合することをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- ポリアニリンを前記ナノチューブ及び前記樹脂と混合することをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。

ナノチューブを該樹脂に適用する
