Abstract
Description
本発明は、電子受容体または電子供与体官能基を有するオキセタン化合物を含有する硬化性組成物に関する。
ラジカル硬化性組成物は、例えば半導体パッケージおよびミクロ電子工学的デバイスの加工および組立における接着剤組成物に用いられる。産業で用いられている電子供与体/電子受容体接着剤系は多数あるが、これらのすべてがすべての用途で必要とされている性能を十分に与えるわけではない。ラジカル硬化性部分とエポキシ官能基の両方を含有する接着剤系もある。エポキシ官能基は必ずしも望ましいとは限らない;したがって、本明細書で開示する化合物により、半導体加工産業内で用いるための多様な高性能材料が増加する。
本発明は、オキセタン官能基および電子受容体または電子供与体官能基を含有する化合物を含有し、接着剤、コーティングまたは封入材として用いるための組成物に関する。好ましい電子受容体官能基はマレイミドである。好ましい電子供与体官能基はシンナミルである。
反応性の高い環状エーテルであるオキセタンは、カチオン性およびアニオン性の両方の開環単独重合を経ることができる。電子供与体基および電子受容体基はフリーラジカル重合をすることができる。本発明のハイブリッド化合物は、オキセタンおよび電子供与体または電子受容体官能基の両方を含有し、二重の硬化工程、すなわち熱硬化および放射線硬化の両方を経る能力を有する。この能力により、それらは、多くの用途、例えば、接着剤、コーティング、封入剤および複合体において興味深いものになっている。

Claims (4)
- (a)オキセタン官能基および電子供与体または電子受容体官能基を含有する化合物、
(b)硬化剤、ならびに
(c)充填材
を含む硬化性組成物。 - Eが、スチレン、シンナミル、ビニルエーテル、マレイミド、アクリレート、フマレートまたはマレエート基である、請求項2に記載の硬化性組成物。
- Eがマレイミドまたはシンナミル基である、請求項3に記載の硬化性組成物。
