Claims (7)
- 各処理工程の蒸気及び水が供給水から作られ、各蒸発処理工程の残存水が後続の処理工程の供給水として供給される、多段流下液膜フィルム蒸発処理工程による精製水の製造方法であって、
各蒸発処理工程の分留を排出流として除去することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記排出流は、各処理工程で作り出される蒸気相から分離された分留であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 蒸気相の分留を、基本的に液相の水へと凝縮することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 複数の処理工程部を備え、各処理工程部は流下液膜蒸発部と分離部とを備え、該分離部は、蒸気を導く導管と、後続の処理工程部に液相の水を導く導管とを備える精製水の製造装置において、
各処理工程部には、各処理工程部からの排出流を排出する管路が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記分離部には蒸気を導く導管と、該蒸気の分留を分離する手段とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記蒸気を導く部分には、螺旋状導管が含まれることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記分離部には、分離された蒸気を集めるための隔室が含まれ、処理工程部から排出流を排出する管路は、前記隔室に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の装置。
