Description

Claims (5)
- エレクトロルミネッセンスセルに分割され、且つ、一方は透明で他方は不透明な2つの電極の層の間に挿入され、各セルは、各層の1つの電極を被覆する領域に対応する、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス層と、
反射によって動作する光抽出子の層とを有し、
各抽出子は、透明な材料から成り、且つ、前記透明な電極の層を介して、前記エレクトロルミネッセンス層に光学的に結合される光入射界面と、ディスプレイパネルの外側方向に向けられた光出射界面と、前記抽出子の内部に伝播する光のための反射光界面を形成する側壁とを支持する基板を含む、
照明又は映像ディスプレイパネルであって、
各抽出子の前記側壁は、閉塞された反射表面を形成し、且つ、各セルの前記エレクトロルミネッセンス層領域は、複数の抽出子に光学的に結合されていることを特徴とする、
ディスプレイパネル。 - 前記セルに関連する前記複数の抽出子は、100個を超える抽出子を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記透明な電極の層は、前記基板とは反対側の前記有機エレクトロルミネッセンス層の上に位置し、
当該ディスプレイパネルは、前記透明な電極の層の上に位置する封入層を含み、
前記抽出層は、前記封入層の一部を形成することを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載のディスプレイパネル。 - 前記抽出子の層は、前記透明な電極の層の上に直接的に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記不透明な電極層は反射的であることを特徴とする、上記請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイパネル。
