Abstract
【解決手段】車両駆動システムは、電源ラインPL2および接地ラインSLにともに電気的に接続され、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2の各ステータコイルに流れる電流をそれぞれ制御するインバータ20,30と、モータジェネレータMG1のステータコイルの中性点N1とバッテリB1との接続および切離しを行なうスイッチ40とを備える。制御装置60は、モータジェネレータMG1を使用せず、モータジェネレータMG2を使用する場合に、昇圧ユニット10の電圧変換動作と並行してスイッチ40を接続状態にしインバータ20にモータジェネレータMG1のステータコイルをリアクトルとして使用した電圧変換動作を行なわせる。

Description
図2を参照して、この車両1は、バッテリユニットBUと、昇圧ユニット10と、インバータ20,30と、電源ラインPL1,PL2と、接地ラインSLと、U相ラインUL1,UL2と、V相ラインVL1,VL2と、W相ラインWL1,WL2と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、中性ラインML1と、スイッチ40と、エンジン4と、車輪2とを含む。
図3は、スイッチの第1の構成例スイッチ40Aを示した回路図である。
図4を参照して、スイッチ40Bは、アノードが中性ラインML1に接続されるダイオード156と、ダイオード156のカソードにコレクタが接続されエミッタが電源ラインPL1に接続されるIGBT素子158とを含む。スイッチ40Bは、中性ラインML1から電源ラインPL1に向けて電流を流すことができるスイッチである。
図5を参照して、スイッチ40Cは、アノードが電源ラインPL1に接続されるダイオード152と、ダイオード152のカソードにコレクタが接続されエミッタが中性ラインML1に接続されるIGBT素子154とを含む。
図6を参照して、スイッチ40Dは、電源ラインPL1と中性ラインML1とを機械的接点で接続するリレーを含む。このリレーは、図2の制御装置60によって導通/非導通が制御される。スイッチ40Dは、電源ラインPL1から中性ラインML1に向けて電流を流すことができ、かつ中性ラインML1から電源ラインPL1に向けて電流を流すことができるスイッチである。
図7を参照して、図2のインバータ20および30のうちのU相アームが代表として示されている。またモータジェネレータの3相コイルのうちU相コイルU1が代表として示されている。U相に代えて他の相を用いてもよい。また、U相だけを用いても良いし、必要電力に応じて他のV相およびW相をさらに用いてもよい。
図8は、体感振動を減少させるために設けるクラッチを説明するための図である。
図10を参照して、車両201は、バッテリB1と、インバータ20,30と、電源ラインPL1,PL2と、接地ラインSLと、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、中性ラインML1と、スイッチ240と、エンジン4と、車輪2とを含む。
Claims (13)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の正極および負極と正極電源線および負極電源線との間で電圧変換を行なう電圧変換部と、
各々がY結線の三相ステータコイルを含む第1、第2の回転電機と、
前記正極電源線および前記負極電源線にともに電気的に接続され、前記第1、第2の回転電機の各ステータコイルに流れる電流をそれぞれ制御する第1、第2のインバータ回路と、
前記第1の回転電機のステータコイルの中性点と前記蓄電装置との接続および切離しを行なう接続部と、
前記第1、第2のインバータ回路および前記接続部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1の回転電機を使用せず、前記第2の回転電機を使用する場合に、前記電圧変換部の電圧変換動作と並行して前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路に前記第1の回転電機のステータコイルをリアクトルとして使用した電圧変換動作を行なわせる、車両駆動システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記電圧変換部に前記蓄電装置の電圧を昇圧させて前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間に供給させるとともに、前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路にも前記蓄電装置の電圧を昇圧させて前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間に供給させる、請求項1に記載の車両駆動システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記電圧変換部に前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間の電圧を降圧させて前記蓄電装置に供給させるとともに、前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路にも前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間の電圧を降圧させて前記蓄電装置に供給させる、請求項1に記載の車両駆動システム。
- 前記第1のインバータ回路は、
前記Y結線の三相ステータコイルの第1〜第3相コイルの端部をそれぞれ前記正極電源線に接続する第1〜第3の電力スイッチング素子と、
前記第1〜第3相コイルの前記端部をそれぞれ前記負極電源線に接続する第4〜第6の電力スイッチング素子とを含む、請求項1に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 前記第1の回転電機は、内燃機関から機械的動力を受けて発電し、または前記内燃機関に機械的動力を与えて始動させ、
前記制御部は、少なくとも前記内燃機関の運転中は前記接続部を切離し状態に制御する、請求項1に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 前記車両駆動システムは、内燃機関と前記第2の回転電機とを機械的動力源として併用する車両に搭載され、
前記制御部は、前記車両が前記内燃機関を使用せずに走行する場合に、前記接続部を接続状態に制御する、請求項1に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 前記車両は、前記第1、第2の回転電機と前記内燃機関との間で機械的動力を分割する動力分割機構と、前記内燃機関と前記動力分割機構との間に設けられ機械的動力の伝達を切断するクラッチ機構とをさらに搭載し、
前記制御部は、前記車両が前記内燃機関を使用せずに走行する場合に、前記クラッチ機構を切断状態に制御する、請求項6に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 蓄電装置と、
各々がY結線の三相ステータコイルを含む第1、第2の回転電機と、
正極電源線および負極電源線にともに電気的に接続され、前記第1、第2の回転電機の各ステータコイルに流れる電流をそれぞれ制御する第1、第2のインバータ回路と、
前記蓄電装置の正電極および負電極のいずれか一方の電極を、前記第1の回転電機のステータコイルの中性点と、前記正極電源線および前記負極電源線のうち前記一方の電極に対応する電源線とのいずれかに接続する接続部と、
前記第1、第2のインバータ回路および前記接続部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1の回転電機を使用せず、前記第2の回転電機を使用する場合に、前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路に前記第1の回転電機のステータコイルをリアクトルとして使用した電圧変換動作を行なわせる、車両駆動システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路に前記蓄電装置の電圧を昇圧させて前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間に供給させる、請求項8に記載の車両駆動システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記接続部を接続状態にし前記第1のインバータ回路に前記正極電源線と前記負極電源線との間の電圧を降圧させて前記蓄電装置に供給させる、請求項8に記載の車両駆動システム。
- 前記第1の回転電機は、内燃機関から機械的動力を受けて発電し、または前記内燃機関に機械的動力を与えて始動させ、
前記制御部は、少なくとも前記内燃機関の運転中は前記接続部を切離し状態に制御する、請求項8に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 前記車両駆動システムは、内燃機関と前記第2の回転電機とを機械的動力源として併用する車両に搭載され、
前記制御部は、前記車両が前記内燃機関を使用せずに走行する場合に、前記接続部を接続状態に制御する、請求項8に記載の車両駆動システム。 - 前記第2の回転電機で発生される機械的動力が伝達される車輪と、
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムとを備える、車両。
