前記溶解タンクから前記型の供給口方向に、内部に前記ゾル溶液の液溜ができないように延出された供給ノズル配管と、
前記供給ノズル配管の途中に設けられ、前記供給ノズル配管を開閉する自動弁とを具備する食品ゲル成形体の製造装置であって、
前記型の供給口に沿って前記溶解タンクと供給ノズル配管とを移動する移動手段が設けられ、
前記移動手段によってゾル溶液が貯留された溶解タンクと供給ノズル配管とを移動し、前記供給ノズル配管の先端が所定の型の供給口上方に位置したとき、前記自動弁を開いて前記溶解タンク内のゾル溶液を前記型内に充填するように、前記移動手段と自動弁とを制御する制御部が設けられていることを特徴とする食品ゲル成形体の自動製造装置。
