Abstract
【解決手段】本方法は、セラミック又は金属発泡体材料を含むコアを準備する段階と、構成部品又はブレードの外部輪郭を定める空洞を有する金型内にコアを配置する段階と、混合物を金型内に射出して発泡体のセル内容積に侵入させる段階と、プリフォームから結合剤の大部分を除去する段階と、プリフォームを加熱して、結合剤の残部を除去しかつ金属粉末を互いに焼結させて完成構成部品又はブレードを形成する段階とを含む。金属複合材構成部品のためのプリフォームは、それらの間にセル内容積を備えたセラミック又は金属セル壁を有する発泡体材料のコアを含む。コアは、構成部品の外部輪郭の少なくとも一部分を形成する。金属粉末及び結合剤の混合物が、セル内容積内に配置される。

Claims (10)
- 金属複合材構成部品を製造する方法であって、
それらの間にセル内容積(30)を備えたセラミック又は金属セル壁を有する発泡体材料を含むコアを準備する段階と、
前記構成部品の外部輪郭を定める空洞を有する金型内に前記コアを配置する段階と、
金属粉末(42)及び結合剤(40)の混合物を準備する段階と、
前記結合剤(40)を溶融させかつ前記混合物を金型内に射出して前記セル内容積(30)に侵入させる段階と、
前記プリフォームから前記結合剤(40)の一部分を除去する段階と、
前記プリフォームを加熱して、前記結合剤(40)の残部を除去しかつ前記金属粉末(42)を互いに焼結させて前記完成構成部品を形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記加熱する段階の後に、前記構成部品に対して熱間等静圧圧縮成形処理を行う段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コアが、前記構成部品の外部輪郭の少なくとも一部分を形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コアが、前記構成部品よりも小さく、かつ内部補強部材を形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セル壁がセラミックである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セル壁が、本質的にアルミナから成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記構成部品が、ガスタービンエンジン用の翼形部(12)である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属複合材構成部品のためのプリフォームであって、
それらの間にセル内容積(30)を備えたセラミック又は金属セル壁を有する発泡体材料を含み、かつ前記構成部品の外部輪郭の少なくとも一部分を形成するコアと、
前記セル内容積(30)内に配置された金属粉末(42)及び結合剤(40)の混合物と、
