Abstract
【解決手段】筒状のホルダ部材52の一端開口部には環状受部56を一体形成する一方、蓋板部材62をホルダ部材52に嵌め入れて蓋板部材62の外周縁部をホルダ部材52の環状受部56と第二の取付部材16の間で挟持固定する。また、蓋板部材62を挟持固定する第二の取付部材16の軸方向端部を軸方向先端側に向かって小径化する傾斜外周面として、第二の取付部材16の軸方向端部と蓋板部材62およびホルダ部材52の間の隙間を流体密に封止するシールゴム70を設けることにより、可撓性ゴム膜36を挟んで平衡室44と反対側には、蓋板部材62で覆われた密閉空気室80を形成した。

Claims (12)
- 第一の取付部材を筒状の第二の取付部材の一方の開口部側に離隔配置して該第一の取付部材と該第二の取付部材を本体ゴム弾性体で連結すると共に、該第二の取付部材の他方の開口部を可撓性ゴム膜で覆蓋する一方、該本体ゴム弾性体と該可撓性ゴム膜の対向面間に仕切部材を配設して該第二の取付部材で支持せしめることにより、該仕切部材を挟んだ一方の側には該本体ゴム弾性体で壁部の一部が構成されて振動が入力される受圧室を形成し且つ他方の側には該可撓性ゴム膜で壁部の一部が構成されて容積変化が許容される平衡室を形成して、それら受圧室と平衡室に非圧縮性流体を封入すると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路を設けた流体封入式防振装置において、
前記第二の取付部材を筒状のホルダ部材に圧入固定して該ホルダ部材を介して該第二の取付部材を防振対象部材に取り付けるようにすると共に、該ホルダ部材の一端開口部には内周側に突出する環状受部を一体形成する一方、該ホルダ部材の内径寸法よりも小さな外径寸法の蓋板部材を該ホルダ部材に嵌め入れて該蓋板部材の外周縁部を該ホルダ部材の該環状受部で支持させて該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部と該環状受部との間で挟持固定すると共に、該蓋板部材の外周縁部を挟持固定する該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部を軸方向先端側に向かって小径化する傾斜外周面として、該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部と該蓋板部材および該ホルダ部材の間の隙間を流体密に封止するシールゴムを設けることにより、前記可撓性ゴム膜を挟んで前記平衡室と反対側には該蓋板部材で覆われた密閉空気室を形成したことを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記シールゴムが前記蓋板部材に対して加硫接着されて該蓋板部材の外周縁部から前記ホルダ部材の軸方向内方に向かって突出形成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記シールゴムは、前記蓋板部材の外周縁部から軸方向に向かって突出する筒状外周面と、突出先端部から基部側に向かって小径化する傾斜内周面とを有しており、該シールゴムが、前記第二の取付部材の軸方向端部と該蓋板部材および前記ホルダ部材の間の隙間において軸方向および軸直角方向で挟圧介在されている請求項2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材が、その一方の軸方向端部において前記本体ゴム弾性体の外周面に対して加硫接着されている一方、前記可撓性ゴム膜の外周縁部には環状のゴム膜固定部材が加硫接着されており、該ゴム膜固定部材に対して該第二の取付部材の他方の軸方向端部が外挿されて縮径加工により該ゴム膜固定部材に該第二の取付部材が固着されている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記ホルダ部材には、前記第二の取付部材の圧入方向先端側部分において筒壁部を貫通するエア抜孔が形成されている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記シールゴムが前記蓋板部材の外周縁部に加硫接着されて該蓋板部材の外周縁部から前記ホルダ部材の軸方向内方に向かって突出形成されていると共に、該シールゴムの組付前の部品単体での外径寸法が該ホルダ部材の内径寸法よりも小さくされており、該ホルダ部材に圧入された前記第二の取付部材の軸方向端部で該シールゴムが拡径変形されて該ホルダ部材の内周面に密着されていることによって該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部と該蓋板部材および該ホルダ部材の間の隙間が流体密に封止されている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記蓋板部材の外周縁部の底面に第二のシールゴムが設けられており、該第二のシールゴムが該蓋板部材の外周縁部と前記ホルダ部材における前記環状受部の軸方向間で全周に亘って挟圧介在されている請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二のシールゴムを挟圧する前記蓋板部材の外周縁部と前記ホルダ部材の前記環状受部の重ね合わせ面が、何れも、軸直角方向で所定幅をもって全周に亘って広がる平坦面とされている請求項7に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材の軸方向端部に重ね合わせられる前記シールゴムの内周面の全周に亘って連続して延びる環状突部が設けられている請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記蓋板部材は、その中央部分が前記ホルダ部材の軸方向端部よりも軸方向外方に突出している請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置を製造するに際して、
前記第一の取付部材と前記第二の取付部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体で連結されて内部には前記受圧室や前記平衡室が形成された流体封入式防振装置本体を、前記ホルダ部材および前記蓋板部材とは別途に製造して準備し、該ホルダ部材に対して該蓋板部材を差し入れて該蓋板部材の外周縁部を該ホルダ部材の前記環状受部に重ね合わせて位置決め支持させた後、該ホルダ部材に対して該流体封入式防振装置本体の該第二の取付部材を圧入固定して、該第二の取付部材と該ホルダ部材の該環状受部の間で該蓋板部材の外周縁部を挟圧固定すると同時に、それら第二の取付部材とホルダ部材および蓋板部材の間の隙間を前記シールゴムで流体密にシールすることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。 - 前記蓋板部材の外周縁部に前記シールゴムが加硫接着されて前記蓋板部材から筒状外周面をもって軸方向に突出せしめられた一体加硫成形品を採用し、該一体加硫成形品を前記ホルダ部材に差し入れて該蓋板部材における該シールゴムの突出方向と反対側の外周縁部を該ホルダ部材の前記環状受部に重ね合わせて位置決め支持させた後、該ホルダ部材に対して前記流体封入式防振装置本体の前記第二の取付部材を圧入する際に、該第二の取付部材と該ホルダ部材の間の空気を該一体加硫成形品の外周面と該ホルダ部材の内周面の間の隙間を通じて該ホルダ部材の一端開口部から外部に放出せしめ、その後、該ホルダ部材に圧入した該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部で該シールゴムを拡径変形させて該ホルダ部材の内周面に密着させることによって該第二の取付部材の軸方向端部と該蓋板部材および該ホルダ部材の間の隙間を流体密にシールする請求項11に記載の流体封入式防振装置の製造方法。
