Abstract
【解決手段】生物処理槽1から外部に引き出した槽内水をクロスフロー方式で膜ろ過する分離膜2の洗浄方法の発明であり、膜ろ過を停止して行う通常の本逆洗の間に、膜の二次側から一次側に逆圧を加えるパルス逆洗を複数回実施する。パルス逆洗は分離膜の膜差圧が許容膜差圧の80%以下の段階で実施されるもので、膜面の堆積物を剥離し、剥離された堆積物は循環流に乗せて生物処理槽に返送される。本逆洗では逆洗排水の排水先を分離膜の入口側とすることにより、分離膜の閉塞物をパルス逆洗とは反対方向に除去する。

Description
図1において、1は生物処理槽、2は生物処理槽1から引き出された槽内水を膜ろ過する分離膜である。生物処理槽1は例えば活性汚泥処理を行う曝気槽であり、多量の活性汚泥を含む槽内水がろ過ポンプ3により分離膜2に打込まれ、膜ろ過される。しかし生物処理は必ずしも活性汚泥法に限定されるものではなく、硝化液循環法、AO(嫌気−好気)法、A2O(嫌気−無酸素−好気)法、硝化+内生脱窒法、多段ステップ流入式硝化脱窒法、多段ステップ流入式A2O法などであってもよい。

Claims (3)
- 生物処理槽から外部に引き出した槽内水をクロスフロー方式で膜ろ過する分離膜の洗浄方法であって、膜ろ過を停止して行う本逆洗の間に、膜の二次側から一次側に逆圧を加えて膜面の堆積物を剥離し、循環流に乗せて生物処理槽に返送するパルス逆洗を複数回実施することを特徴とする分離膜の洗浄方法。
- パルス逆洗を、分離膜の膜差圧が許容膜差圧の80%以下の段階で実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離膜の洗浄方法。
- 本逆洗では逆洗排水の排水先を分離膜の入口側とすることにより、分離膜の閉塞物をパルス逆洗とは反対方向に除去することを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離膜の洗浄方法。
