Description

The present invention relates to a storage tray in which a storage recess for storing an object to be stored is formed.

When storing and transporting electronic components and the like, a storage tray in which a plurality of storage recesses are formed so as to be able to store objects to be stored such as electronic components is used. Such storage trays are generally formed by vacuum molding a flat synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polystyrene, or PET.

A conventional general storage tray is shown in FIGS.
The storage tray 10 has storage recesses 12 formed in a plurality of sections so as to be recessed in the size of the storage object so that a single tray can store a plurality of storage objects. The storage recess 12 is formed so as to be surrounded by a rib 13 formed so that the synthetic resin material protrudes upward.
In addition, a flange 14 that protrudes outward is formed at the lower end of each rib 13 located on the outermost periphery of the storage tray 10.

In general, a plurality of such storage trays are stacked and stored or transported.
At the time of stacking, the bottom surface 13a of the rib 13 of the storage tray positioned at the upper level when stacked is brought into contact with the upper surface 13b of the rib 13 positioned at the lower level to prevent the rib 13 from being immersed. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
By preventing the ribs 13 from being immersed, it is possible to ensure reliable protection of the objects to be stored.

In the case where a plurality of storage trays are stacked in the vertical direction when a storage object is stored and a plurality of storage trays are stacked in a vertical direction, if the storage concave portion is excessively heavy, the ribs expand and the collar portion warps upward (A in FIG. 8). Part) may occur. As a result of such deformation, the bottom surface of the rib located in the upper stage is displaced from the upper surface of the rib located in the lower stage, so that the rib is immersed and there is a problem in that the object to be stored cannot be reliably protected.

In recent years, due to demands for weight reduction and cost reductions, developments have been made to make the synthetic resin material thinner. However, if the synthetic resin material is made thinner, the strength becomes weaker and the storage tray is deformed. Therefore, a structure that maintains the strength is desired.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a storage tray that can maintain strength without being deformed even if light weight and cost reduction are achieved by using a thin synthetic resin material. There is to do.

According to the storage tray of the present invention, in the storage tray in which the storage concave portion for storing the object to be stored is formed, the mountain shape that protrudes upward so as to form the storage concave portion surrounding the storage concave portion A storage recess forming rib is formed, and a chevron-shaped reinforcing rib protruding upward is formed surrounding the outer side of the storing recess forming rib, and the outer wall of the storing recess forming rib and the reinforcing rib When the storage trays are stacked, the bottom surface of the groove between the storage recess forming rib and the reinforcing rib of the storage tray is in contact with the middle part of at least one of the inner walls. It is characterized in that an abutting portion protruding inside the groove portion is formed.
By adopting this configuration, when the storage trays are stacked, the bottom surface of the groove portion comes into contact with the top surface of the contact portion, so that the recess of the storage recess forming rib can be prevented. In addition, the effect | action by forming such a contact part in the groove part between an accommodation recessed part formation rib and a reinforcing rib is as follows.
Even if the contact portion is formed on the outer side surface of the reinforcing rib formed on the outer edge of the storage tray, the reinforcing rib easily spreads outward, so that the bottom surface of the reinforcing rib is formed on the contact portion. There is a risk that the reinforcing ribs may be immersed without contact. However, since the groove portion is formed between the reinforcing rib and the housing recess forming rib, the strength is high and there is little fear of spreading. In particular, when a plurality of storage trays are stacked, the outer wall surface of the groove portion positioned on the upper stage is fitted so as to contact the inner wall surface of the groove portion positioned on the lower stage, so that the groove portion positioned on the lower stage widens the groove section positioned on the upper stage. The power to try can be suppressed. As described above, since the abutting portion is formed in the groove portion that is difficult to spread, the bottom surface of the groove portion can surely abut against the abutting portion in the groove portion, and the housing recess forming rib can be prevented from entering. . Further, when an external force is applied from the outer peripheral side of the storage tray, the external force can be absorbed by the groove portion, so that it is possible to prevent the external force from affecting the storage object.

Further, the contact portion may be formed in a reverse taper shape such that a protruding length toward the inside of the groove portion gradually decreases as it goes downward.

In addition, a flange that protrudes outward is formed at the lower end of the outer wall of the reinforcing rib, and the bottom surface of the flange positioned on the upper stage is in contact with the outer wall of the reinforcing rib when stacked. A second abutting portion that protrudes outward may be formed on the outer surface.
By forming the second contact portion in addition to the contact portion, it is possible to reliably prevent the reinforcing rib from being immersed.

The second contact portion may be formed in a reverse taper shape such that the outward projecting length gradually decreases as it goes downward.

According to the storage tray of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the ribs from being immersed when stacked, and the influence of external force can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to prevent damage to stored items. .

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storage tray, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the storage tray. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the BB portion of FIG. 2 when the storage trays are stacked.
The storage tray 30 is formed by vacuum forming a flat synthetic resin material such as polypropylene, polystyrene, PET, etc. to provide unevenness, and stores objects to be stored (not shown) such as electronic components. A storage recess 32, which is a recess for the purpose, is formed.
The storage tray 30 stores the objects to be stored in the storage recess 32 and then is used by stacking a plurality of sheets, and the objects to be stored are stored or transported in the stacked state.

The storage tray 30 is formed so that a plurality of storage recesses 32 are surrounded by a mountain-shaped storage recess forming rib 33 protruding upward from the periphery thereof so that a plurality of articles can be stored. The shape of each storage recess 32 can take various shapes depending on the shape of the object to be stored, but in the present embodiment, a simple shape having a rectangular shape in plan view is shown as an example.

The storage recess forming rib 33 is formed in a mountain shape as a whole, and is an upper surface formed so as to connect the two side walls 36a and 36b raised upward and the upper ends of both side walls. Part 38. The two side walls 36a and 36b are two, an outer wall 36a that is located on the outer side and rising upward, and an inner wall 36b that is raised upward on the inner side. In the present embodiment, the inner wall 36 b forms the inner wall surface of the storage recess 32.
The adjacent storage recesses 32 are partitioned by partition ribs 31 that are formed in a mountain shape and are raised upward. The partition rib 31 also forms the storage recess 32, and the storage recess formation rib 33 here is a rectangular shape that forms the outer edges of the plurality of storage recesses 32 in the storage tray 30.

The outer periphery of the storage recess forming rib 33 is surrounded by the reinforcing rib 34. The reinforcing rib 34 is formed on the outer edge of the storage tray 30 and has a mountain shape protruding upward. Since the reinforcing rib 34 is formed on the outer edge of the storage tray 30, it has substantially the same shape as the planar shape of the storage tray 30 and is concentric. Therefore, since the storage tray 30 of the present embodiment is substantially rectangular in plan view, the reinforcing ribs 34 are also formed to be substantially rectangular in plan view.

The reinforcing rib 34 is formed in a mountain shape as a whole, and is an upper surface portion formed so as to connect the two side walls 39a and 39b raised upward and the upper end portions of both side walls. 40. The two side walls 39a and 39b are two, an outer wall 39a that is located on the outer side and rises upward, and an inner wall 39b that is raised on the inner side. The outer wall 39 a of the reinforcing rib 34 is the outer wall of the entire storage tray 30.
At the lower end portion of the reinforcing rib 34, a flange portion 41 protruding outward is formed.

Since a groove portion 37 is formed between the storage recess forming rib 33 and the reinforcing rib 34, the inner inner wall surface of the inner wall surface of the groove portion 37 is the outer wall 36 a of the storage recess forming rib 33, and the inner wall surface of the groove portion 37. The inner wall surface on the outside is an inner wall 39 b of the reinforcing rib 34. Since both the storage recess forming rib 33 and the reinforcing rib 34 are formed in a mountain shape whose width gradually decreases upward, the groove portion 37 has a valley shape whose width gradually increases upward. Formed.

A contact portion 42 that protrudes into the groove portion 37 is formed on the inner wall surface of the groove portion 37. The abutting portion 42 is formed in an inversely tapered shape so that the protruding length that gradually protrudes into the groove portion 37 becomes shorter as it goes downward.
The contact portion 42 is a portion where the bottom surface 37 a of the upper groove portion 37 contacts within the groove portion 37 when the storage trays 30 are stacked. As described above, when the storage trays 30 are stacked, the bottom surface 37 a of the upper groove portion 37 contacts the contact portion 42 in the lower groove portion 37, so that the upper groove portion 37 enters too much into the lower groove portion 37. It is possible to prevent this, and to prevent the storage recess forming rib 33 from being immersed.

Further, when the storage trays 30 are stacked, the outer wall surface of the upper groove portion 37 is provided so as to contact the inner wall surface of the lower groove portion 37. As described above, when the storage trays 30 are stacked, the outer wall surface of the upper groove portion 37 and the inner wall surface of the lower groove portion 37 are in contact with each other, thereby preventing rattling in the groove portion 37 and being positioned in the upper stage. Even if the groove portion 37 is subjected to a force of spreading, the lower groove portion 37 contacts the outer wall surface of the upper groove portion 37 to prevent the upper groove portion 37 from spreading. In this way, the stacking trays 30 are stacked so that the groove portion 37 is held so as not to widen. Therefore, the contact portion 42 formed in the groove portion 37 and the upper groove portion 37 positioned on the upper surface of the contact portion 42 are arranged. It is possible to prevent the bottom surface 37a from shifting, and it is possible to prevent the storage recess forming rib 33 from being immersed when stacked.

In the present embodiment, the contact portion 42 is illustrated as being formed on the inner inner wall surface of the groove portion 37, that is, the outer wall 36a of the housing recess forming rib 33. There is no limit.
Therefore, the contact portion 42 may be formed on the outer inner wall surface of the inner wall surface of the groove portion 37, that is, the inner wall surface 39 b of the reinforcing rib 34.
Further, the contact portion 42 may be formed on both the outer and inner inner wall surfaces of the inner wall surface of the groove portion 37.

Next, another embodiment as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 will be described.
In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the component same as embodiment mentioned above, and description may be abbreviate | omitted.
In this embodiment, in addition to the abutting portion 42 in the groove portion 37, an abutting portion 44 (second abutting portion referred to in the claims) is also formed on the outer wall 39 a of the reinforcing rib 34. . The contact portion 44 is formed to protrude outward from the wall surface of the outer wall 39a.

The contact portion 44 formed on the outer wall 39a of the reinforcing rib 34 is a portion with which the bottom surface 41a of the upper flange portion 41 contacts when the storage tray 30 is stacked. The abutting portion 44 is formed in a reverse taper shape such that the projecting length gradually projecting outward becomes shorter as it goes downward.
In this way, when the storage trays 30 are stacked, the bottom surface 41a of the upper flange portion 41 contacts the contact portion 44 of the outer wall 39a of the lower reinforcement rib 34, so that the reinforcement rib 34 is immersed. Can be prevented.

While the present invention has been described above with reference to a preferred embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and it is needless to say that many modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. .
