自動二輪車、自転車等で使われるレバー類、又は農業機械などハンドル操作と同時にレバー操作が必要な装置で使用。
ハンドルから指を離すことが危険な機械や装置類で極めて有効である。

クラッチやブレーキ操作には握り式のレバーが用いられている。レバーは物理的な駆動の為摺動により削られ金属粉が発生しその動作を鈍くし手に大きな負担を掛けている。
その抵抗を小さくする為に軽い金属等が使われている場合が多いが、「破損し易い」という弱点を持っている。

(4)レバーという物がハンドルについている為に、転倒時(自動二輪車)にレバーが折れたり変形したりしてハンドルを握る指に大怪我をする場合がある。

(1)ハンドルバーに取り付ける手握り式ポンプを考案した。ハンドルから手を離す事無くポンプ圧力を発生させる事が出来るようにした。
(2)流体レバーによるワイヤー牽引機構の考案により、(1)で発生した圧力をワイヤーの牽引力に変換できるようにした。よって「機械的なレバー」を必要とすることなくワイヤー動作を可能にした。

よってクラッチ操作は必要であり、本発明はその操作をレバー無しで行いレバーの持つ弱点を克服した考案である。
(2)緊急対応時の誤操作も減らす事ができる。
(3)本考案はあらゆる装置に応用できる。手を使って操作する装置ならどんなものにも応用可能である。
