Abstract
【解決手段】本発明はアルミニウムおよびマグネシウム並びにその合金表面に優れた潤滑性を有する皮膜を形成する方法である。
すなわち、アルミニウム及びマグネシウム並びにその合金の表面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成した後、反応性界面活性剤を含むポリテトラフルオロエチレンの分散水溶液から、電気化学的もしくは、化学的に吸着させ、乾燥することを特徴とする潤滑皮膜の形成方法である。

Description
すなわち、請求項1の発明は、アルミニウム及びマグネシウム並びにその合金の表面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成した後、反応性界面活性剤を含むポリテトラフルオロエチレンの分散水溶液から、電気化学的もしくは、化学的に吸着させ、乾燥することを特徴とする潤滑皮膜の形成方法であり、請求項2の発明は、反応性界面活性剤としてシランカプリング剤及び有機チタン化合物のいずれか1種又は2種以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法であり、請求項3の発明は、被処理物を陽極とし、直流電圧5〜200ボルトで電気化学的に処理することを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2のいずれかに記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法であり、請求項4の発明は、5〜40℃の該分散液に接液し、化学的に処理することを特徴とする請求項1、2もしくは3のいずれかに記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法であり、請求項5の発明は、請求項1ないし4のいずれかにより処理した後、水洗することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3もしくは4のいずれかに記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法である。

Claims (5)
- アルミニウム及びマグネシウム並びにその合金の表面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成した後、反応性界面活性剤を含むポリテトラフルオロエチレンの分散水溶液から、電気化学的もしくは、化学的に吸着させ、乾燥することを特徴とする潤滑皮膜の形成方法。
- 反応性界面活性剤としてシランカプリング剤及び有機チタン化合物のいずれか1種又は2種以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法。
- 被処理物を陽極とし、直流電圧5〜200ボルトで電気化学的に処理することを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2のいずれかにの潤滑皮膜の形成方法。
- 5〜40℃の該分散液に接液し、化学的に処理することを特徴とする請求項1、2もしくは3のいずれかに記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかにより処理した後、水洗することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3もしくは4のいずれかに記載の潤滑皮膜の形成方法。
