カンラン(品種:YR晴徳)を圃場に定植し、定植約1ヵ月後に30株あたりの寄生虫数を調査し、有効濃度に希釈調製した薬液を十分散布する。散布後約1週間後に30株あたりの寄生虫数を調査し、式1にて防除価を算出する。1区2反復で試験する。
