図5、図6に示すように、第三実施形態は、第一実施形態と同じ構成の積層体を用いたピロー袋の形態としている。すなわち、矩形状積層体の対向する端縁を熱接着性樹脂層4が当接するように重ね合わせて熱接着して合掌シール部10(図6参照)を有する筒状体となし、合掌シール部10が易開封性包装袋1’’の中央に位置するように該筒状体の対向する両側部に凸状折り部A11、B11を有するように構成して、上下開口端の端縁部を上端縁熱接着部20および下端縁熱接着部70で熱接着して密封したピロー袋とするとともに、一方の凸状折り部A11の端縁部に開封開始端A21が設けられ、開封予定線に沿って、開封用切れ目線30が上端縁熱接着部20に平行して略直線状にピロー袋全周に亘り、基材層3に形成されている。図6のY−Y線断面図に示すように、表層に易引裂きフィルム層2、基材層3が順次設けられ、最内層に熱接着性樹脂層4が積層され、さらに基材層3に切れ目部5が形成されている。このように構成したピロー袋形態の易開封性包装袋1’’は、優れた密封性と易開封性を有し、開封に際しては、図示しないが開封開始端A21より開封を開始し、基材層3に形成された開封用切れ目線30に沿って引裂かれ、他方の凸状折り部B11に至り上端縁熱接着部20を含む引裂き片として切取られ、開口部が形成されて、内容物が容易に取出せるものである。尚、開封用切れ目線30は開封予定線により、部分的に設けることもできる。その場合、引裂き片は、上端縁熱接着部20に向かって引張ると、易引裂きフィルムを使用していることにより、容易に引裂けて取除くことができる。その他は、第一実施形態と同様であり説明を省略する。

基材層に両面コロナ処理された厚さ20μmの二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(以下OPPと呼称する)を用いて、一方の面にウレタン系インキを使用してグラビア印刷を施して印刷絵柄層を設けるとともに、所定位置に設けられた開封予定線に沿って、周面の所定位置に切刃を突設したロータリーダイロールとアンビルロールとからなるロータリーダイカッターを用いて前記OPPを貫通する開封用切れ目線30を切れ目部の長さ1.0mm、非切れ目部の長さ0.5mmの破線状として形成した。その後、OPPの表層に易引裂きフィルム層として厚さ14μmの易引裂き二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム(東洋紡績株式会社製、商品名TF110。以下PETと呼称する)を下面に中間層として厚さ7μmのアルミニウム箔(以下ALMと呼称する)をウレタン系接着剤を介してドライラミネーション(以下DLと呼称する)方式で積層し、さらに、ALM面にウレタン系アンカーコートを施し、厚さ40μmの低密度ポリエチレンフィルム(以下LDPEと呼称する)とをTダイ押出機で低密度ポリエチレン(以下PEと呼称する)を厚さ20μmで溶融押出してサンドイッチラミネーションしてPET14μm/DL/OPP20μm/印刷絵柄層/AC/PE20μm/LDPE40μmなる積層体を作製した。該積層体を用いて、第一実施形態に示すガセット袋形態の易開封性包装袋1を作製した。   Using a biaxially stretched polypropylene film (hereinafter referred to as OPP) having a thickness of 20 μm that has been subjected to double-side corona treatment on the base material layer, a printed pattern layer is provided by performing gravure printing on one surface using urethane-based ink. 少なくとも表層から易引裂きフィルム層、基材層が順次設けられ、最内層に熱接着性樹脂層が積層された矩形状積層体の対向する端縁を前記最内層同士が当接するように重ね合わせて熱接着して合掌シール部を有する筒状体となし、少なくとも側端縁に凸状折り部を有するように構成して上下開口端の端縁部を上下端縁熱接着部で熱接着して密封した包装袋において、一方の前記凸状折り部を開封開始端とする開封予定線に沿って基材層に開封用切れ目線が形成されていることを特徴とする易開封性包装袋。
